19/08/2025: The food was excellent. All the dishes were seafood-based: Tramonto appetizer, mixed seafood troccoli, linguine in salted butter with lots of fresh shrimp, sea bass, cuttlefish, and grilled prawns, still with the aroma and flavor of the sea.
The staff, as young as the owners, were professional and very kind. I really appreciated the opportunity to host our dog.

24/08/2025: Their hospitality and passion in explaining and recommending their culinary offerings immediately made us feel pampered and valued. The dishes—from caciocavallo cheese with potatoes, to goat's ham and cartellate with onions, to the excellent meats paired with an excellent glass of wine—made this culinary experience unforgettable. Kudos to the owners for their passion for this business.

01/09/2025: I can't recommend either the pizza or the paposcia. The paposcia was very light on toppings, with very little tomato, mozzarella, cacciocavallo cheese, and salami. The same goes for the grilled vegetable pizza: it was very meager. I think it's a shame that by charging €10 for a paposcia, you save on the toppings. I think charging €12 for a slice of grilled cacciocavallo cheese is excessive.

The Slow Food snail was a testament to this: every dish tells a story, the flavors are authentic, and the respect for the ingredients is palpable. 22/08/2025: Excellent location. Relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Excellent table service. Excellent pizza. The only negative is the restrooms, which, while clean and complete, consist of just one small restroom, with no distinction between men and women, much less for use by people with disabilities. I hope they can work to improve this significant shortcoming in the future. I'll be back anyway.

05/09/2025: Stumbled on this little gem on our three night stay in Peschici. Lovely people, tones of atmosphere and excellent food. Had a delicious whole fish catch of the day. Reasonably priced. Went to the much acclaimed Trabucco one night, and it was no where near as good as I Tre Arch, and three times as expensive.

After visiting many restaurants over the past three years, this is the best restaurant in Peschici 👍

21/08/2025: A trattoria you search for and never find, but when you find it... It stays in your heart (and on your palate!).
The fish is incredibly fresh and all caught (how rare).
The raw fish platter is exceptional: I've never eaten such good shellfish and oysters in my life.
The first courses are delicious (both the u'tubbett with mussels and pecorino cheese and the spaghetti with crab and shellfish are superb).
I didn't get to the second courses because I had also ordered a fantastic appetizer and wanted to try a dessert! However, I did see some real specialties here and there in the dining room (the crispy fish looked beautiful and everyone who tried it seemed enthusiastic).
The vanilla ice cream made by U'Vulesce is divine. Definitely worth it! I would have loved three glasses!
The wine list is also very interesting.
Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food and service.
A special mention goes to the owner, who is a true host: he guides you through the menu, explaining the dishes and suggesting combinations or alternatives to make your experience at his restaurant memorable. And he succeeds very well. You leave wanting more.
09/08/2025: After watching Alessandro Borghese's "4 Ristoranti" show, my husband and I decided to stop by Cerignola (we live in Cattolica, Emilia Romagna) 😁 and, I'd say, we did very well 😊
Located in the city center, the restaurant is very charming inside, unpretentious but tidy and unique.
We ate outside and were very satisfied with their excellent dishes.
Given the distance from our hometown, the owner and staff were very kind and gracious in offering us a typical local dish. The fish is always fresh. Highly recommended: location, food, kindness, and hospitality.
