Refined and cozy hostaria in the center of Cerignola, reported in the Michelin Guide, once you enter you feel catapulted into a welcoming, warm, familiar location, surrounded by a myriad of bottles on display. Here we offer excellent cuisine made of top quality raw materials, enclosed in a menu that combines tradition and innovation, here the dishes are revisited with skill and you can feel a strong personality in the combinations. The Hostaria includes 400 wine labels, and its chef-owner Rosario Di Donna is a professional, very friendly, well-prepared host, with an extreme connoisseur of true Apulian and national craftsmanship, with a contagious verve and love for his work. It is no coincidence that he is also the Ambassador of Taste for Foodscovery and the greatest architect of the "internationalization" path of good Apulian cuisine. U'Vulesce in local jargon stands for "indefinite desire for something good", come here and try it to believe it

After hearing countless praises, we finally decided to visit this much-acclaimed restaurant, and I must say, it surpassed all our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance hinted at the rich tradition they're renowned for. Each dish we tried was a testament to the chef's mastery in striking the perfect balance between traditional flavors and inventive culinary techniques. It was a delightful journey through tastes that were both familiar and intriguingly novel. The ingredients were clearly top-notch, each flavor profile meticulously crafted to stand out yet harmoniously blend with the others. What truly elevated our dining experience was the exceptional wine selection. It's rare to find a place that holds true to its roots while boldly embracing innovation. This restaurant does just that, offering a dining experience that's both authentically traditional and refreshingly modern. A perfect 5-star experience that not only met but exceeded our high expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking to indulge in a meal that's a true celebration of flavors.

Rosario e la sua squadra sempre una grande conferma! Cibo buono ,ottime materie prime ,sempre nuove proposte in un menù non scritto che ti sorprende con sempre novitá. Ottima cantina nota ai visitatori . Menzione speciale a Maria Antonietta cuore vivo della sala che accoglie insieme a Rosario ,tutti sempre con grande empatia. Domenica a pranzo....come im famiglia La Puglia del Tavoliere

Let me start by saying that I don't like to write badly about a business and if I do it is precisely because I was extremely disappointed... I have a lot of respect for the work and sacrifices that are behind this type of business. It is the second time that I find myself having lunch in this place with my partner and already on the first occasion it did not make a very good impression on me despite being included in the Michelin guide.. What can I say... the owner is a good person and knows how to "sell" well but not too much in the sense that in my specific case he proposed a first course off the menu (for €25) and another one arrived, the second one as well and when I pointed it out to him and he "naively" told me that I probably hadn't tasted the anchovy in the side dish (but it was totally missing). Trying to apologize for both courses, he offered us (in vain) a sweet that we didn't want (regardless of the mistake). Last but not least, the bill was excessively salty compared to the dishes consumed (1 starter, 2 first courses of land, 1 second course of land, 1 wine) €102.5 The only positive note of this lunch was the wine... the cellar of the place actually deserves it. I give three stars to encourage you to do more... because it can do so much more.

Osteria di classe, finalmente piatti non scontati e stravisti… le proposte a base terra sono state eccezionali. Carta dei vini di alto livello. Prezzi nella norma! Complimenti davvero
