SIR Special Italian Roots In Monopoli

My husband and I went to this restaurant for dinner this evening. The reservation service was very quick and efficient. The location is one of the most beautiful we've ever experienced: there's a truly pleasant "Puglian" atmosphere. Despite the lack of background music, we were able to chat comfortably without feeling excessively silent. We were served by a very sweet, kind, efficient, and never intrusive young woman. The small welcome appetizer of taralli was much appreciated. The timing between courses was well-timed. Finally, a place that serves sauces in special bowls and not in the inconvenient sachets, which are often annoying to open (not to mention polluting). The pizza, in our opinion, is a cross between a Bari-style pizza and a Neapolitan pizza. It's very tasty and light, more crunchy than soft. You can immediately tell the ingredients are high-quality. Their attention to celiac disease is commendable. The bill is slightly higher than average, but overall it's worth the experience. It's definitely highly recommended in Monopoli!

Quiet, family-friendly place, excellent, easy-to-digest pizza, and excellent service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had dinner at this place a little while ago with my family and we were satisfied with the really fast service and the delicious pizzas, especially their special best seller, and even the children finished the whole pizza.

Highly recommended place, last night we were with my family for the first time, I had a gluten-free pizza, very good to look at, you can't tell the difference with a normal pizza, even the gluten-free sufle was very good, very kind guys, thank you, we will definitely be back

Beautiful place, very welcoming atmosphere, as are all the staff. I've been there several times and have never been disappointed, even when it comes to the food. Excellent value for money, from appetizers to dessert, including drinks. Very satisfied from the first few times, I will definitely be back. Top, 5 stars deserved!!

We had dinner last night with friends, what can I say? Delicious pizza, crunchy, well-made filling, down to the smallest details, the crocchettona, very soft mortadella, staff managed by very courteous guys, highly recommended place

On Friday we went to this pizzeria, I celebrated my 60th birthday, the starters were delicious, the pizza was very well-seasoned and light, very digestible, the staff were very friendly, what can I say? The surprise cake thrilled me, I recommend this place.
