07/08/2025: This year too we ate very well, the fish is really fresh and treated with love, spectacular tuna tartare and octopus salad 🐙 very good and very fresh, excellent value for money, highly recommended

16/05/2025: Disappointing experience Excessive prices for what is offered. The pizza was poorly stretched, more like a pinsa, and the "La grande abbuffata" dish for two was barely enough for one. The €2.50 for a small bottle of water and €3 for the cover charge are absurd. Too bad, I would have gone back, but it really seems like the goal is to squeeze the customer as much as possible, offering the bare minimum. I do not recommend it.

28/08/2025: Given that this review is for this type of restaurant (a trattoria with a fixed-price menu at lunchtime and a choice of several courses in the evening), the restaurant is spacious, clean, with very friendly staff and a very good value. Definitely recommended for a quick lunch break.

16/08/2025: Excellent stay and top-notch hospitality. The room is equipped with every comfort, elegantly furnished, and includes a spacious hot tub. The location is strategically close to both the sea and Otranto (obviously, you'll need a car to get around). A generous breakfast is included, featuring fresh fruit from the estate. Highly recommended.

22/08/2025: A good restaurant in a semi-central area, at the entrance to the Varazze "Budelo" (street). Unfortunately, the location is a bit disappointing, being below street level and protected by a green wall of laurel and other plants that impede ventilation. Decent dishes, good service. Prices are moderately high for the location. The complimentary digestif at the end of the meal is appreciated.

03/08/2025: Bad experience. I came here expecting a good experience, but instead I left disappointed. The girl taking orders literally doesn't understand a thing; she doesn't even know the menu or its ingredients, so she couldn't provide any information. She also got the order wrong twice, and they wouldn't even remake our panzerotti. The prices seem fair, but the normal panzerotti are actually small, so if you're hungry, they won't be enough to fill you up. You'll have to opt for the XL or order at least three. I expected something more.

12/07/2025: I recently had dinner with friends. I highly recommend it! The food quality and cooking are top-notch, even the raw seafood is truly fresh! Impeccable service. The atmosphere is intimate and familiar. I recommend it for a romantic dinner or even with friends. If I'm back in the area, I'll gladly stop by.

05/07/2025: Mi hanno consigliato questo ristorante a oria se volevamo mangiar del buon pesce fresco , Abbiamo ordinato del crudo di mare e qualche antipasto “ eviterei di scrivere qualche “piatti fatti veramente con sapori puliti e preparati anche agli occhi ,la scelta del primo dopo il consiglio di Salvatore e di un spaghetto allo scorfano scelto nella vetrina vasta di pesce fresco , waaaoooo che bontà !!! Chiudiamo con un gran piatto mix di dolci e frutta, complimenti. Consiglio veramente

05/09/2025: We went out for dinner last night and were very satisfied. The mussel soup was really good and plentiful, and we finished it with a bread pucciatina. Two pizzas were well-cooked and topped with the right sauce. We loved them. We also had a classic fried potato, which was also good and plentiful, and fried well. Both the young man who took our order and the young woman who served us were very kind. The menu is extensive and not just limited to pizzas. We'll be back to try something else.

02/09/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A perfect experience for the whole family! I visited this restaurant with my whole family and I can only say it was a truly exceptional experience! The food was exquisite, prepared with great care and using quality ingredients. Every dish was a delight, from the starters to the desserts: you could really taste the passion in the kitchen. The staff also helped make the evening special: highly knowledgeable, friendly, and always available, they made us feel welcomed from the very first moment. The atmosphere was warm and family-friendly, perfect for a dinner with friends. I absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food and impeccable service. We'll definitely be back!

13/09/2025: We had a wonderful time at Il Pettolino! The waiter was particularly attentive and gave us time to savor every moment, without ever rushing us. We also really appreciated his efforts to speak French, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Finally, we ate very well: delicious and perfectly prepared dishes. A place we highly recommend!

05/08/2025: Everything was excellent, aperitif with lots of appetizers

29/07/2025: Last night we were two adults and a child. As soon as we arrived, we asked for the menu to order and were told they didn't have one. So we ordered a Spritz, a small beer, a small bottle of water for the child, and something to snack on. To eat, we were served a small tray with some appetizers for two (which weren't even fresh, but reheated). The final bill was €19 (€3 for a small beer, €7 for a non-alcoholic aperitif, €9 for a cocktail with an aperitif). When asked for clarification, we were told that €7 was for the small bottle of water with appetizers(!) and €9 for a Spritz with appetizers. My only regret was that I didn't take a photo of the appetizer plate... (Anyway, two rustic pizzas, two small panzerotti, two small omelette rolls, two small bread rolls, two small pieces of toast, and two clam puff pastry with vegetables—and I repeat, all very, very small.) Then we wonder why there are no tourists in our cities...PS we were told that they don't have a menu because they change things every night, but I think I understand why they don't have one....
