21/10/2025: Maybe I ate at this trattoria on the wrong day! Many people recommended this trattoria to me, including my hotel staff! Upon arrival, I felt like I was in a barracks, given the number of people in uniform sitting at the tables. Not a bad thing, in fact, I felt a bit at home, given that I was also in the military for almost 40 years! The service was slow, there were few staff, and there were many customers. But since I wasn't in a hurry, it wasn't a bad thing, but the wait between dishes was quite long. Appetizer: orecchiette with turnips, and a mixed roast to share with my wife! Typical dishes for a Puglian trattoria, perhaps prepared hastily; the orecchiette were adequate, but the mixed roast was overcooked! The staff, however, were kind and attentive, and the price was a bit higher than the local average.

The atmosphere is extremely relaxing and welcoming, perfect for a quiet evening with friends. The staff demonstrates impeccable professionalism, always attentive and courteous without ever being intrusive. A great strength of the restaurant is the excellent quality of the ingredients used: extremely fresh and authentic ingredients that emerge simply yet with great flavor in every dish. The cleanliness of the premises is also impeccable, a factor that helps make guests feel completely at ease. Considering the quality offered, the prices are more than fair, offering truly remarkable value. I highly recommend L'Aura to anyone who wants to enjoy local cuisine in a charming and professional setting. An experience worth repeating!

27/08/2025: I'm grateful to them; they've solved all our problems. We have lunch at the company with colleagues, all together, and everyone satisfies their cravings with a kitchen close to home. Excellent raw materials; anyone who eats out for lunch every day knows that their stomachs are at risk. Some people criticized the price of the chicken...perhaps they didn't notice the difference in flavor and quality. I'll just add that they deliver with precision and extreme care. Everything always arrives perfect and hot. Finally, I'd like to add the kindness and natural friendliness of all the staff. I can only thank them; it's a pleasure to deal with such a reputable company.

27/09/2025: A beautiful place with great taste in its furnishings. Service was a bit slow for a place with limited seating. A very extensive wine list, but unfortunately, several were missing—a shame! On the other hand, I drank a spectacular white wine (PECORINO) that paired perfectly with the tonnarelli carbonara with truffle and zucchini—DIVINE! I would recommend reviewing the wines paired with the dishes on the menu because they are random and inappropriate. The pinsa was also excellent; I recommend it, although I can't say the same for the desserts. I will definitely be back, thank you!

19/10/2025: I've been there more than once and will continue to go back. The puccia is really large and well-filled, but really filling. Excellent value for money. The puccia is fantastic, delicious, truly excellent!! Cooked to perfection, and I can tell you it's the best puccia in San Vito. There's no table service; you order at the counter, wait for them to call your number, and then you sit at your table. We waited just the right amount of time to be served. Highly recommended.

30/08/2025: A rustic atmosphere and self-service service make for a delightful evening with excellent food at very reasonable prices. A must-try (takeout also available).

17/10/2025: A beautifully furnished, stylish, and top-notch grill restaurant and pub. There's more than enough parking. Seating is available both inside and outside. Whether you're just looking for a drink or a snack, there's something for everyone. The owner (Marco) is very friendly and knowledgeable, and he can even tell you a good story about the city of Lecce upon request. A stop here is a must. A cool drink combined with delicious food served by friendly staff rounds off your stay. We were and still are very impressed and will visit the restaurant on our next visit to Lecce. TOP. ❤️ Thank you so much.

14/09/2025: Excellent pizza, although the buffalo mozzarella wasn't great. Service was good, the place was clean, bright, and spacious.

05/09/2025: We went out for dinner last night and were very satisfied. The mussel soup was really good and plentiful, and we finished it with a bread pucciatina. Two pizzas were well-cooked and topped with the right sauce. We loved them. We also had a classic fried potato, which was also good and plentiful, and fried well. Both the young man who took our order and the young woman who served us were very kind. The menu is extensive and not just limited to pizzas. We'll be back to try something else.
