02/10/2025: I recently attended a wedding. I was scolded for asking if I could take away the fresh flower centerpieces, both myself and other guests, making it seem like they owned them, when I later discovered they were paid for by the couple. There's no doggy bag service... terrible gluten-free food... Staff always in a rush to stay within working hours... Positive notes: enchanting location, good starter buffet. I wouldn't recommend it.

I personally found the food prices generally high, both for the pizzas, which are small, and for the fried potato croquettes and other items. A pizza with water, a potato croquette, some micro-sized bruschetta, and a medium slice of panettone cost €25/30 per person.

11/11/2025: Finally! Great food at a reasonable price. Arrived in Italy a week ago and suffered overpriced, bad food at tourist dives eager for a good meal at a fair price. Galileo was perfect! Eggplant Parmasean was awesome and the Pizza was perfect. Recommendation: Eat! Great food at a fair price.

The wood-fired pizza was exquisite, fragrant, and generously topped, one of the best I've ever had. But what was truly amazing was the speed of service: everything arrived at the table in just a few minutes, from the pizzas to the main courses, without ever sacrificing quality. The management was impressive; everything ran smoothly with great efficiency and courtesy. Excellent food, welcoming atmosphere... kudos to the staff! I'll definitely be back.

20/10/2025: A fairly good traditional osteria, located a few steps from Trani Cathedral. The food is excellent (try the mixed grill), the staff are friendly, and the place is quite cozy. Reservations are recommended.

The chef's creativity, the combination of ingredients, and the imaginative flavor combinations make this a place to avoid because it's addictive. 😋 We've been customers for years and we always try new dishes. Unfortunately, I can't post photos of the dishes because I don't have time to get my phone out. 😅 The staff makes you feel at home, kind and attentive, always ready to keep the table tidy and ensure nothing is missing. If you're looking for a place to eat well and feel at home, this is the place!

17/10/2025: A terrible experience even before the event. We had booked at the end of August to celebrate our son's first birthday, agreeing on the room and menu just to be safe. A few weeks before the date, we received a WhatsApp message informing us that the room we had chosen was no longer available because they had accepted a larger reservation. They moved us to a smaller room without prior notice, without asking our consent, and without even apologizing. I tried to contact them by phone for an explanation, but they never returned my calls. The only response was a WhatsApp audio message telling us they didn't have to apologize for anything or even explain anything. A presumptuous, unprofessional, and profoundly disrespectful attitude. As a "remedy," they offered us a "free double prosecco," as if that were enough to compensate for their lack of integrity and integrity. A real shame: respect, professionalism, and communication would have been enough to avoid all this. Obviously, we canceled because trust can't be restored with a glass of prosecco.
