31/08/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant, and I must say the service was very good: the staff was friendly and helpful. As for the food, I wasn't entirely satisfied: the raw vegetables appetizer was good, but the lobster entree wasn't so great: tasteless, and the lobster was overcooked. The desserts were so-so.

28/08/2025: A somewhat disappointing experience, unlike other times. The dishes didn't live up to the restaurant's reputation, which I already knew. A bad night can happen, of course, but four bland first courses (three of which were different) weren't exactly what I expected.

05/09/2025: Driven by curiosity, we decided to have lunch at this beautiful place nestled in the Alta Murgia park. It's a very welcoming place, the owner Ugo is incredibly friendly, and the chef confirmed what we'd seen on social media about his dishes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The traditional cuisine is excellent, locally sourced, from the vegetables to the cured meats and cheeses, all home-made. The capocollo is superb, the vegetable frittata is delicious, and the mini pulled pork bun is something I dream about at night :-D. Too bad about the wine, Santa Lucia had run out :-D Jokes aside, it's an authentic place where you can feel good about yourself, others, nature, and food!

02/09/2025: I stayed with my family from August 20th to 27th. A simply wonderful, fantastic location, super quiet and well-maintained in every aspect. Absolutely excellent location for nearby Otranto and the nearby beaches of Salento. Giusy and Giuseppe, like all the staff, are exceptional people, always present and available. They make you feel at ease from the first moment. It's hard to find a flaw. The pool is superb, the rooms are spacious and always clean... breakfast, well, what can I say? Their products are top-quality. Wonderful holiday. We will return, but in a few days. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

12/09/2025: The best meal I have had in Ostuni. Multiple courses with amazing food originating from Ostuni. Angela and Stefano were amazing hosts and so friendly. It felt like I was at home. The set menu was a great option as we had different plates to try. Would recommend highly.

11/09/2025: The orecchiette was floating on the plate in the water it had been cooked in. My dinner was a disappointment. Perhaps other dishes are tastier there, but I wouldn't recommend the pasta. There are places in Ostuni that offer tastier food.

21/08/2025: If you're in the Carpino area, you can't miss this butcher shop! Helpful and welcoming: Giuseppe, the owner, went out of his way to find us a seat even though we showed up at 8:00 PM without a reservation. What you order goes directly from the counter to your plate. The meat is truly excellent, the portions are incredibly generous: even though I was hungry, I couldn't finish the standard menu. (The photos are of what I managed to eat.) Excellent value. Since the butcher shop opened on the morning of Ferragosto, the day we returned home, I took the opportunity to grab some meat for the traditional barbecue dinner with the family, and I received many compliments on the deliciousness of the meat.

22/08/2025: Worst bar I've ever been to. I ordered a simple croissant, arrived ten minutes later, and of course it was gone. But the worst part was the arrogance and mockery: the girl serving, instead of admitting her mistake, had the nerve to make up a pathetic excuse, insulting the customer's intelligence. There's no respect or professionalism here: zero organization, zero seriousness, zero credibility. A place that allows itself to treat customers like this deserves nothing more than to close. Avoid it like the plague: there are a thousand better places where they won't mock you or humiliate you for a croissant.

25/07/2025: Una bomboniera di locale, pulito,accogliente con staff meraviglioso che ti fa sentire a casa, prodotti buonissimi,produzione artigianale che si sente in ogni pietanza assaggiata,una più squisita dell'altra. E nota di merito importantissima per me che sono intollerante al lattosio ho potuto scegliere diversi dolci e gelato con tranquillità perché senza lattosio, una rarità nei bar pasticceria. 28/07/2025: Wonderful dinner at De Vinum in Peschici! A truly special experience: exquisitely prepared dishes, a professional, kind, and attentive staff. The wine list is extensive and well-thought out, a true gem for lovers of fine wine. It's hard to choose a favorite dish, but the amberjack carpaccio and the warm cuttlefish tagliatelle are absolutely unmissable. A big round of applause also for the gluten-free options: from the bread to the pasta dishes to the desserts, everything was impeccable. I can't wait to return! A truly wonderful dinner at De Vinum in Peschici! Every detail was taken care of—beautifully presented dishes, a super professional, kind, and attentive staff. The wine list is excellent: well-curated and full of great choices for true wine lovers. Hard to pick a favorite dish, but the amberjack carpaccio and the warm cuttlefish are definitely must-tries. Also incredibly impressed by how well they handled gluten-free options, from the bread to the pasta and even desserts. Can't wait to go back!

25/07/2025: We came across this place by chance. We ordered appetizers, including a slice of toast with butter, anchovies, and orange (€16). We were expecting a different presentation than the one served at the table. Then a slice of toast with salmon and buffalo mozzarella stracciata (a slice of bread??). Then a fresella with stracciata and dried tomatoes. Basically, the ingredients served at the table are never processed. You take a slice of bread, toast it, and add the ingredients. We ordered orecchiette with tomato sauce for my daughter, and she got orecchiette with raw tomatoes. The first courses were good, but not excellent. Excellent service from the blonde girl. The location was really cute and unique. A terrible advert for Apulian cuisine (and not only). Puglia, which during our stay here, proved to be a region with a tendency to fleece tourists. Edit I'm replying to the answer you offered under my review. "Are our prices in line with the quality offered?" A slice of bread with butter, anchovies, and orange zest €16? Where do you get the oranges? Are you kidding? You said we liked the pasta dishes, but I said they were good but not excellent. Are you implying we're used to jarred sauces just because I think we're all good at making orecchiette with raw cherry tomatoes sautéed in a pan with pasta? But wouldn't tomato puree for children's penne be better than using raw cherry tomatoes? This doesn't mean we're used to pre-made sauces. In any case, the service is excellent, and so is the location. I think I've been as objective as possible, because I paid and thanked them, I complimented the staff and the location, but you just can't believe that someone who grew up in a grandmother's or mother's Italian kitchen is accustomed to anything better. 22/03/2025: Excellent food. The only flaw is that although I was kind to the staff and didn't give the opportunity to receive the attitude of the girl who works there who was grumpy, she should be more friendly and smiling towards the customer.
