If you're looking for a gluten-free place with extremely high standards, you've found it. A varied menu, carefully presented plating, and top-quality ingredients: you can taste it in every bite. No "substitute" aftertaste, just amazing dishes. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive to cross-contamination. Even my non-celiac friends were blown away. The price is fair for the quality. Top!

Good pizzas, delicious pucce at reasonable prices. They don't take reservations on Saturdays, so I recommend arriving before eight. They're professional and courteous.

Palazzo San Giorgio

05/06/2026: Excellent location for its space and location in Trani. Mr. Enzo, the property manager, is present and very professional, as well as extremely helpful and collaborative. The staff, like him, is prompt and efficient. I recommend the property for meetings, gatherings, or other types of events.
24/04/2026: I attended a conference held at this beautiful building overlooking the port of Trani. The organization was flawless, and the staff was professional and friendly. An excellent location for events and conferences.
