04/04/2025: The place is small, but on nice days you can also sit outside. The staff is very courteous and quick in preparing the dishes which you can choose instantly from the refrigerated counter or from their menu. Fresh and visible ingredients, quality service and food. Rating: Excellent. Highly recommended!

17/02/2025: Sandwich ok, raw potatoes next to the sandwich and I can't give more than 3 stars for the atmosphere due to the absence of a bathroom, otherwise a nice place.

29/12/2024: Ho passato in masseria il pranzo di Natale con i miei familiari. Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza soddisfacente, guidata da un menù vario con qualche piccola pecca. Se infatti per gli antipasti e il secondo piatto il mio giudizio è ottimo, per i due primi va fatto un discorso diverso. Il primo a base di pesce era carente di sale anche se con un gusto gradevole. L'altro primo di terra, invece, era insipido e con poco condimento, ma anch'esso accettabile nel complesso. Il pandoro con crema chantilly artigianale era semplice e si lasciava gustare con piacere. In altre occasioni ho pranzato in masseria e mi sono sembrate un po' strane le piccole incertezze riscontrate nei primi, ma errare è umano e sicuramente questo episodio sporadico non si ripresenterà. In conclusione vorrei esprimere un parere sul personale di sala sempre discreto e garbato. Ci tornerò con piacere molto spesso.

13/02/2025: Well-stocked butcher's shop. Delicious meat cooked on the ready stove. Friendly owner. We took: bombette, livers, sausage with cheese as well as potatoes cooked in the same oven. Good quality/price ratio. To be recommended.

30/03/2025: If you walk 2-3 minutes to the left along the main street before entering the Trulli Zone in Alberobello, you will see it on your right. This is a representative restaurant in Puglia that continued to receive one Michelin star for many years until a few years ago. Recently, the restaurant has been divided into a Ristorante and an Osteria, and you can choose whichever you prefer. At the Osteria, you can enjoy traditional Puglia dishes such as orecchiette in a casual setting, and at the Ristorante, you can enjoy traditional Puglia dishes with a modern twist. Of particular note is the wine, which boasts one of the best collections in Italy. Definitely a restaurant worth visiting in Alberobello. They are understanding of Japanese people and the service is excellent! The photo shows Cima di rapa (rapeseed blossom) ravioli, one of the courses at the Ristorante, and Cima di rapa orecchiette at the Osteria. There are two entrances in the same building, so choose whichever you prefer. There are much fewer Japanese people in Alberobello than there used to be. This is a rare restaurant that is just right for Japanese tastes and stomach capacity.

21/03/2025: I don't usually leave reviews, but this restaurant deserves it. A perfect union between traditional and classic products, a good wine list and excellent desserts. We had grilled scamorze, local cheeses and capocollo di Martina Franca with burrata, and then continued with the historic and wonderful bombette made here to perfection. Folk atmosphere, from the flooring to the choice of tables, to the chandeliers and details here and there on the walls, which make it very much a tavern for travellers.

28/02/2025: A place that stands out for the excellence of its pizzas and the welcoming atmosphere. Nice furnishings and quick service, with courteous and helpful staff. The quality of the ingredients and attention to detail make each pizza a unique tasting experience. If you are a lover of real Neapolitan pizza, Pizzeria Kalò is a must-see in Foggia.

06/11/2024: Qualità del Cibo e cortesia sono di casa da nonno Tore. Menù a prezzo fisso compreso di antipasti,primo,secondo,contorno dolce, acqua,vino buono e spremuta di melograno eccezionale. Il tutto a €40,00/persona. Mi sembra onesto e in linea con altri ristoranti del posto. Cibo comunque della tradizione pugliese e ben preparato. Sicuramente da consigliare.

30/10/2024: I will never return to this place which takes advantage of the prices compared to other pizzerias, 1 normal sized calzone 3.50 euros, half a Margherita i.e. a very thin pizza 4 euros, but have you really gone crazy? I hope people realize that there is better and cheaper!!!!

20/03/2025: Today was a day with a golden edge. I got the chance to make cheese with Gretha and her mother Luisa. Fresh natural cheese, cheese with salt and also ricotta. The whole process was a lot of fun, thanks to the open and friendly attitude of mother and daughter. Afterwards I was also served an extensive cheese tasting with wine and two desserts. I received the homemade cheese neatly packaged Not only did the two super hospitable ladies provide me with a wonderful morning, but the entire environment in which it took place was fantastic. I was given a tour of their 17th century palace. From the basement with a kind of natural swimming pool, to the roof terrace where the restaurant with 130 seats is located in the summer. The family also has a farm, so the products are used directly in the restaurant. What really struck me was the hospitable, open and pleasant reception. Fortunately, I can go again on Sunday, this time to make pasta with the family's grandmother. Thank you! If you have the time and opportunity: Do this workshop, highly recommended!!

26/01/2025: We had an unforgettable cooking class with Nonna and Greta, and we highly recommend it! The experience was interactive, educational, and so much fun. We spent an incredible time laughing, learning, and sharing moments with these wonderful people. After the class, we enjoyed a fantastic dinner made entirely by us—two types of fresh pasta crafted with local, zero-kilometer ingredients. It was incredible to learn that they personally grow or produce everything they serve, from olive oil to bread and cheese. To top it off, they gave us a tour of the stunning estate, including the beautiful rooms and the fascinating history of the place. It was truly amazing, and I don’t want to spoil the surprise—just go and experience it for yourself! Our only regret? Not staying longer. But we’ll definitely be back! 08/04/2025: Esperienza negativa, menù inesistente conto salato. Anticipato alla marinara riscaldato e preparato qualche giorno prima. Le cozze al grate ' non erano fresche anzi! Non torniamo più altro che 20/ 30 euro . Girate al largo da altre parti.

07/04/2025: Ristorante sconsigliato non hanno o non mostrano la lista prezzi menù, abbiamo cenato con " antipasto di mare" si fa per dire ...antipasto non fresco di cucina ma probabilmente riscaldato .Un orata diviso due e una bottiglia di vino del Salento venduta 3,50 al supermercato. Conto salato altro che 20 - 30 euro come loro scrivono. Mai più ritornare. Girate a largo.
