17/08/2024: Siamo stati per tre giorni, o ospiti al lido Albatros, e abbiamo usufruito anche del ristorante che è di ottimo livello. Non conviene andare a mangiare fuori dal lido. Il lido fa degli ottimi piatti di pesce fresco e i prezzi sono comunque nella norma del posto. la spiaggia è sempre pulita e ordinata e ci sono tutti i servizi.

03/08/2024: Mi riferisco al servizio di ristorazione (non sono un cliente del lido): In una settimana ci sono venuto già 2 volte e sto pianificando la terza. Si mangia molto molto bene. La prima volta ho mangiato orecchiette e il caciocavallo alla brace, superlativi. La seconda volta ho mangiato il branzino. Il menù è ricco di scelte. Il personale è molto gentile e sono anche molto simpatici. E poi….. mangiare di fronte al mare non ha prezzo. A proposito di prezzi, sono molto onesti.

10/08/2024: Maybe they happened on an unlucky day, yesterday, but everything didn't add up, the mediocre food, poor service, location too, at least compared to the prices, which compared to the quality and other factors are high. There is no menu but they are sold by weight, but the receipt they give you is not indicative, you only see the total.

23/08/2024: I have been to this place several times and found the food delicious and of excellent quality. The place is relaxing and you can enjoy the owner's spaghetti. The pizza is also delicious. Highly recommended!!!!!!

22/08/2024: Braceria immersed in the magical streets of Cisternino, a place known for bowlers, a typical Apulian specialty. The butcher's counter offers a vast selection of fresh meat which, cooked on the grill, can be enjoyed on site. Average grilled bombette and vegetables, nothing exceptional as we expected (the meat was a little dry), however the grilled potatoes were really very good and recommended. The only big flaw was the service: the girl who served us was kind and friendly, however we waited an hour and a half sitting at the table to eat. Cool environment despite the summer heat, certainly a very touristy place, I recommend a walk in the streets of the ancient village if you decide to stop in this place

21/08/2024: The best bowler hats ever, an evocative experience that accompanies you from the choice of meat in the butcher's shop to its consumption in the restaurant. Try both classic bombettes and those stuffed with cheese and those with bacon, also very good sausage

26/06/2024: Yesterday I was invited to a birthday for the first time here in Torre Belvedere... Location: 10 and praise!!! An exceptional structure to say the least located at the entrance to Rutigliano. Equipped with a parking space, in fact upon arrival there was also a kind valet who showed us where to park; so there is no stress in finding a place.. As soon as you enter you understand that you are not in the usual reception room, you feel like you have just entered a place that you have only seen in your dreams, ideal for those who want exclusivity in their celebration. As soon as you enter you find yourself in a well-kept garden with a patio that we used for dancing and even a swimming pool kept in excellent condition with various colors that created the atmosphere.. Service: 10! As soon as everyone arrived, the waiters were available to arrange a buffet with Spritz, prosecco and a soft drink and at the same time we took advantage of tasting a mix of products in finger food mode... they then set up a table for starters in buffet mode ( chosen by the birthday girl), and what am I telling you to do... Wonder for my taste buds, I have difficult tastes and I must say that the chef got them all right!! An incredible contrast of flavors that for this reason alone I would return 1000 times... followed by an excellent first course served to us at the table: Capunti with asparagus cream with crispy capocollo and crumbled olives, EXCEPTIONAL. accompanied by some excellent fresh Maremosso rosé wine... after which we arrived at the fresh seasonal fruit served in cubes with some tasty ice cream with a crunchy crumble placed on top... And finally to follow the cake..... Gentlemen if you have to come here to organize an event don't go crazy looking for a pastry shop as the cake I tasted was nothing short of exceptional! Music: 10 I'm not an expert in music but we had a lot of fun, an evening of good food and fun. I had the opportunity to speak with the owner and I had to give only praise, for the professionalism, care and concern they have towards the customer is UNEXCEPTIONABLE. From my years of experience in reviewing and seeing structures you can go there with your eyes closed... I attach some photos taken by me

31/08/2024: Excellent catering, delicious food especially meat, not to mention the varied specialties of pizzas, calzones & many other specialties. Excellent service, despite having booked on a Thursday for Saturday evening, we had a good time Praise goes to all the waiters and not only to the pizza chefs and the dining room staff, the owner is great at knowing how to manage everything

05/09/2024: Few times have I eaten such good meat, delicious bombette stuffed in various ways and delicious scottona cacio e pepe, tender and well cooked meat, everything perfect even the simple fries. We will definitely return

01/09/2024: They told me it was a good restaurant but when I arrived and made a reservation for dinner they told me I had to wait about an hour and I understood. I was waiting for more than an hour and when I asked them again they treated me terribly saying that I had not been there. I made them check the name of the reservation but they didn't give me a table. The person in charge of reservations was very young and unprofessional. She even laughed when I said that I had been waiting for a long time. I think having uneducated and unprofessional staff determines the level of the restaurant. I will never return

27/04/2024: Highly recommended especially for the gluten-free option, my celiac wife was able to enjoy from the starter to the first courses, the second courses and the dessert every dish from the cuisine exclusively from the Salento tradition... excellent for a celiac... friendly environment, family management, everyone is very friendly and prepared and highly recommended good.. also prepared for gluten-free.. they conveyed passion for their work, excellent guys.. we recommend it. giovanni/chantal

24/04/2024: As a celiac I am fully satisfied with everything 😀 from the staff to the food so far I have tasted some excellent panzerotti and a good pizza and the pasticciotto cake! I will definitely return to try the restaurant sector 😃 but ultimately everything is ok

13/08/2024: Immersed in well-kept and harmonious greenery, the structure is welcoming and elegant. The Sunday lunch, with a fixed menu, gracefully presented the flavours, colors and scents of the Itria valley. The wine is good. A susumaniello capable of enhancing every course. The oil is excellent. All produced on site. Zero km lunch. The service was impeccable. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. At the end of the meal, the walk among the animals, the trulli and the olive trees of the farm concluded our beautiful visit to the farm.
