More than a dinner, a true journey into flavors and tradition. We felt super pampered, the staff is very well trained. The food is delicious, the dishes and combinations were perfect from start to finish. It will become a fixed stop during our visits to the city, it is an excellence

Excellent restaurant. gourmet dishes attentive, friendly service, customer care. Fish, meat, white truffle - the fresh tagliolini with white truffle is fantastic. Duck with crispy bacon on a creamed pumpkin base Dessert: Charlotte chantilly cream With fruit. Sella and Mosca bubbles, peated blend. Elena walch pinot noir red glass. Coffee. Mini pastry shop. Everything excellent, perfect service. Cost parametric to quality and white truffle. Advised

I was a guest on 09/30 and I learned by chance that one of my guests was offered and served the opening sparkling wine at the end of the meal so as not to uncork another bottle of wine. The waitress who also acts as a sommelier is clearly inadequate to the level of the restaurant, too bad! What would dear Ricatti from via Sipontina say???? Be careful so you will end up making a difference only for parvenuae and prices.

An excellence in Puglia, yesterday I tried the new POP menu, an explosion of well-balanced flavors and some courses that seem like a work of art. Super friendly and helpful staff.

06/03/2024: Visited in March 2022, we found it to be a welcoming place that offers superlative pizza complete with a waiting appetizer offered on the house. The prices are quite high but it is not something to review because they are absolutely in line with the quality offered, which is truly the top.
