30/01/2025: The restaurant was suggested to me by a friend, in the villages it is difficult to find restaurants open after 1.40pm. the restaurant is nice and welcoming, clean bathrooms, for me a sign of respect for customers. The very kind waiter suggested various dishes but I chose the seafood-based menu of the day. Very good starter and everything of high quality, I come from a seaside town and I'm quite demanding. Everything was excellent, the roasted and fried octopus, the fresh salmon marinated at home and the cuttlefish tagliatelle, even the prawn was of high quality, the seaweed meatball was very tasty. The very well served risotto was well matched with prawns but, in my opinion, it exaggerated with the lemon, in fact in the places where the lemon pulp was absent the risotto was much better. The second course, a roast of prawns, was more than satisfactory. A small note on the oil used to dress the salad, I don't think it was local, the oil from the province of Foggia and Torremaggiore have much better oils. Closing with coffee and meringue both perfect. I consider the restaurant to be of a good standard in terms of raw materials and courtesy. Requested invoice done without batting an eyelid. Advised . Sorry, I forgot the bread...we are in Puglia...Excellent.

25/01/2025: Locale carino e personale cordiale. Ottima le pietanze di carne che abbiamo mangiato consigliate anche dalla ragazza che ci ha servito. Buona la scelta dei vini e è molto buono quello che abbiamo bevuto. Ritornerò sicuramente.

08/01/2025: Really nice, welcoming and relaxing place, we had a really good time tonight, we had dinner with an excellent platter, grilled mortadella, delicious meatballs and excellent quality meat. We felt at home, thank you for the nice hospitality! We'll see you again soon.

07/04/2025: Ci siamo recati alle 20 con famiglia e amici per mangiare qualcosa al volo. Ci ha consigliato un antipasto della casa. Siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti. Vario con tutte portate di prodotti della zona murgiana. Pane ottimo prodotto in casa. Sinceramente dopo l'antipasto eravamo già soddisfatti ma ci siamo fatti convincere ad assaggiare salsiccia e braciole di asino. Davvero una prelibatezza.

15/03/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo in 52, soci dell'università delle 3 età, abbiamo apprezzato il menù scelto: 10 antipasti squisiti e abbondanti di tradizione locale come fave e cicoria, sformato di finocchio selvatico, pancotto con cime di rapa, funghi cardoncelli e tanto altro ancora. Ottimo il primo: maltagliati, preparati al momento, con salsiccia e cruschi e superlativo lo sporcamusso. Si aggiunge al buon rapporto prezzo qualità la disponibilità e la cortesia del personale. Grazie di tutto.

23/03/2025: Very small and flavorless dishes, they didn't have most of the things we ordered, there were 4 of us and we had to order 3 identical dishes even though we had ordered all different ones. The guy who served us was good, but there was a lady with a terrible way of speaking, who didn't like it when we told her that 2 of the dishes didn't have anchovies (which she did say she had), and left without answering us after making gestures at us and grunting. Of course we won't be back in the next 5 days we have.

11/09/2024: Takeaway lunch here in September. Exceptional quality, slightly limited variety in the period, but certainly at full capacity in July and August, it will be able to satisfy all palates. Clearly artisanal and freshly prepared, you won't be disappointed! An inevitable stop if you are in Gallipoli.

Nicola followed us step by step in all our dish requests and, I say this sincerely, coming from Milan, I wish there was an Osteria Piga here! 04/12/2024: Una cena in 2 passata anni fà per mangiare quei bei spaghetti alle cozze è il secondo salsiccia con insalata ed eri sazio, in quel posto si sentiva l'odore delle pizze ho altro prima che portavano questi piatti 😋😋
