20/08/2024: Staying at Casa 28 was a true moment of relaxation and emotion. Nunzia, the owner of the house, paid attention and care to every detail. The breakfast, excellent and plentiful, with local products, never the same and banal, the soft music in the alley, the tables under the vines, were the perfect setting for unique hospitality. 08/08/2024: Prices very reasonable. 2€/person costs for table setting. Nice atmosphere and lots of Italians too. Gladly again.
08/08/2024: We needed lunch before getting on a 4 hour train ride and this place was perfect. Great food - hearty burger, Mavi original (meatball sandwich) and spaghetti with tuna tartare. Lots of space for our luggage.

03/08/2024: It's the third time I've come here and I must say that I'm always amazed. The quality of the food is high, excellent meat, excellent cheeseburger. This time I tried the hamburger, really good. The glasses of wine are also good, as are the craft beers. So I highly recommend it!

However the food was very average
A mixed fry with very rubbery squid, a tuna tataki whose consistency and texture are questionable (frozen??) The monkfish boconcini were overcooked...
It is true that the restaurant had some power cuts that day, did this impact the meal?
Anyway, I was disappointed with this restaurant.
Very poor quality/price.55€/pers
I hope it was just the wrong night.

19/08/2024: If you want to eat really well in Brindisi, this is the right place. We recommend the first courses, in particular the paccheri della Secca and the house ravioli, but it is all good and of excellent quality. The staff is friendly and helpful. The fast service. The location is excellent, close to both the center and the station, in a delightful little square. Highly recommended!
13/08/2024: Disappointing! The paccheri with scampi are very spectacular but qualitatively below a normal frozen sauce, the same goes for the orecchiette with turnip greens. Lunch is better in any company canteen.

18/08/2024: Really good pucce, the sausages to fill them, were cut in front of us! Unfortunately it is very hot inside, even though there is air conditioning.
