09/02/2026: Excellent quality ratio on the product served, helpful and kind waiters.... the negative thing is that the prices on the list do not match then reported on the bill (on the bill you will find prices increased by € 1-2) pointed out at the time of payment and justified with absurd excuses..... never again

10/01/2026: The best pizza in Corato by far. Zorba's pizza is undoubtedly an institution for our family. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Mr. Biagio, with his golden hands, Walter, with his reassuring smile, Cinzia, with her easy-going manner, and Roberta, with her unique professionalism, form a winning team, but above all, a team that makes you feel at home.

09/02/2026: Well, guys, I ordered the Murgia: nonexistent stracciatella, tasteless caciotta, and wild boar ham that tasted more like the canned bresaola you buy at Eurospin. Even the size of the schiacciata was slightly disappointing. The atmosphere is classic butcher's shop. I can't go into detail about the service since I ordered takeout, but the guy at the counter was good, less so the woman who didn't exactly convey the utmost happiness. A dinner I could have easily replicated at home for a fifth of the price, with even better products.

I had the opportunity to meet the owner, Mr. Francesco, and his wife, and found them to be highly professional and passionate about their work. 25/12/2025: "It's just a matter of opinion," I was told at the end of Christmas lunch, which featured a meat-based entree that had been requested to be changed weeks earlier. The request had been met over the phone with a "yes, it's fine," and during lunch, they were informed of the change again without anyone batting an eyelid. By the time the meat entree was served, this information must have been forgotten, because only after a reminder (a good 15 minutes had passed since the meat entree was served) were we informed that the kitchen was preparing a plate of orecchiette with cherry tomatoes, arugula, and ricotta cheese. A plate of orecchiette with tomato sauce from the children's menu arrived, sprinkled with ricotta cheese and a basil leaf. When we mentioned this at the register, we were told they weren't actually obligated to make changes to the menu, which I should have been told over the phone when I asked if it was possible, not at checkout. At which point, the person at the register insisted on telling me it was just a matter of opinion and that they would bring us a tomato-based pasta anyway. In the end, the menus were paid for in full because they did bring something to the table. The problem is that, at the turn of 2026, it's ridiculous not to be able to provide a meatless option for a first course. In any case, the problem wouldn't have arisen if it hadn't been for the phone call; these are, after all, "opinions."

26/01/2026: We went to Il Finile restaurant on New Year's Eve. The place is very beautiful and well-kept, which is precisely what made the experience even more disappointing. We had a reservation for 9:00 PM and arrived about 15 minutes late. Once seated, however, our order was taken very slowly, and the appetizers arrived an hour later, despite the restaurant not having many tables and not being particularly busy. One of the appetizers, a very large octopus tentacle, was incredibly tough and completely inedible, impossible even to chew. We sent it back, but instead of receiving an apology, the waitress seemed annoyed, attributing the slow service to our 15-minute delay and insinuating that we were being too picky, when the dish was objectively inedible. The service then deteriorated further: we were told, "I'll bring you your dishes now and then I'll bring you the bill," in a tone that clearly implied we needed to leave quickly. Considering it was New Year's Eve and we wanted to go out to celebrate, the situation was particularly unpleasant: a few minutes before midnight, we were still at the appetizers. The fish-based first courses were a huge disappointment: tasteless, flavorless, with the distinct impression of not-so-fresh fish. The desserts didn't improve the experience: the crème brûlée was practically a soup, overly sweet, and tasted like it was made in advance or frozen. Even the Sicilian cassata had completely tasteless ricotta. In conclusion, a real shame: the place has great potential, but between the slow service, disappointing dishes, and the unprofessional attitude of the staff, the experience was overall negative. New Year's Eve ruined: we won't be returning.

05/08/2025: Charming hotel ideally located a 10-minute walk from Peschici beach. The owner is lovely and gives excellent advice for exploring the area. The view is superb, whether from the terrace or the pool. I highly recommend booking dinner; the food is incredible. For €40 per person (excluding drinks), you get a starter, two main courses, and a dessert, each more delicious than the last. In comparison, the rooms aren't quite up to the standard of the rest of the hotel, especially the bathroom, but everything is spotlessly clean. Thank you for everything.
