12/09/2025: I'm usually quite wary of trying out unfamiliar pizzerias, but reading the menu piqued my interest with the "Puglia" pizza. My expectations were more than met: the pizza was truly fabulous! We had a pleasant evening and a delicious dinner. The friendly staff made the experience even better. This place is definitely worth a visit.

04/10/2025: We visited this restaurant on a friend’s recommendation with a party of six, but sadly the experience fell far below expectations. Service was inattentive from the start — after the food was brought to the table, no one returned to check whether everything was satisfactory. The dishes themselves were disappointing: the meat was tough and fatty, the lobster was noticeably overcooked, and the pasta had a sour, unpleasant flavor. When we shared our concerns with the manager, instead of listening or showing any willingness to resolve the issue, he dismissed our comments and defended the restaurant. This defensive attitude only added to the frustration. The ambiance didn’t help either; the setting felt more like a cafeteria or staff canteen than a restaurant where you would want to spend an enjoyable evening. Overall, a very disappointing visit. Neither the food, the service, nor the atmosphere came close to meeting even the most basic expectations. Answer on the reaction of mister Giordano. Your reply says far more about your restaurant than any review ever could. Instead of addressing a guest’s feedback, you chose mockery — which perfectly explains the attitude we encountered that evening. If the goal was to prove our point about the lack of professionalism, consider it achieved.

A professional restaurateur listens, learns, and values feedback — even when it’s not flattering. Our review was written honestly and respectfully, describing what we experienced. Your message, on the other hand, confirms exactly what we felt during our visit: a lack of respect for guests and for basic hospitality. We genuinely hope you can one day appreciate that constructive feedback isn’t an attack — it’s an opportunity to improve.

22/09/2025: The atmosphere is magical but no where near how amazing the drinks and the staff are. My Italian is poor and in the beginning stages but the staff is so friendly and attentive. They work really hard at making everyone comfortable. The drinks menu is very comprehensive and has something for everyone. I've been back 2xs and look forward to returning. This should definitely be on your list of places to visit.
17/09/2025: A very satisfying aperitif for two: the mozzarella was delicious and the Negroamaro rosé was spectacular. The atmosphere was young and lively, which was a good thing.

22/09/2025: I was alone and ordered a platter even though it was recommended for two, and the waiter rightly warned me. I ordered it anyway, especially since that was all we were eating. It was excellent, although I'd recommend bringing bread instead of waiting for customers to ask for it. In any case, bread isn't the friselle that make crostini, although they were still good. Above all, I'd add at least two more types of cheese, since the menu offered a selection of cured meats and cheeses, but there was only mozzarella or stracciatella. I'd perhaps remove the mortadella, which I think has nothing to do with Salento. All in all, I enjoyed everything for just €12 for the platter.

18/10/2025: Very welcoming place, the owner Carlo is unparalleled both as a Master Brewer and as a Person, "Humble", very kind, always very helpful, smiling with everyone... Unique also in preparing his dishes... Pinsa in all its variations, stuffed potatoes, cold cuts, Norcina sausage in all its variations, and finally Unique because you can drink the best types of Craft Beer around... "BELIEVE ME" on the word, I do not hide the fact that I frequent the place every weekend, it is my fixed destination and I would absolutely not replace it with others....."SIMPLY GREAT".
26/07/2025: Gruit is always a guarantee. If you're a beer lover, this is the only place to truly taste it.
