23/09/2025: I really don't like leaving negative reviews. In fact I never do (truly I'm not just saying this) because I know the effect they can have an a business. However I think people should get a glimpse of the restaurant before coming here to spend a ton of money for subpar quality food. How can you be a in a region with an absolute surplus of olive oil and have food this bland at exorbiant prices. I don't think there was a grain of salt on any dish. It's also criminal to call an appetizer red prawns then get 4 pieces of the tail of a prawn that is barely bigger than a finger nail. I would have also rather been spared the "mixed greens" under my octopus as it was just that. Mixed green with nothing on them and majority of the leaves were rotten. Also a lobster pasta dish in which it requires you to crack your own lobster with your hands? Trying to make food into something "artistic" is the downfall of dining. Put something on the late that is worth eating and priced fairly. 45 minutes between starters and mains is a no for me as well. Rest assured this is an honest review....sadly

23/05/2025: Bell'ambiente, caldo e ben arredato, in pieno centro. Cucina essenzxailmente creativa basata soprattutto sul pesce. Primi ottimi, come gli antipasti. Speghettone agli scampi e alici e gambero rosso notevoli, come il sashimi di ricciola e il carpaccio di manzo. Secondi meno speciali. servizio professionale e simpatico, prezzi un po' alti

Opportunity for those with an appetite (2 or more) to choose between land and sea tasting menus comprised of smaller portions of the four land or sea based entrees on the menu. An opportunity to sample the entire repertoire, essentially. Also good for large groups.

And our waiter, Tony, created a cozy atmosphere with friendly explanations about the food, drinks, and a doppio. His personal attention made for a wonderful evening. 25/09/2025: I was at Bespoke a few nights ago and I have to say it was a truly satisfying experience. The dishes are carefully crafted, using fresh, local ingredients. You can tell this isn't just "tourist" cuisine, but someone truly cares about flavor combinations. The price is fair, considering its central location, so the quality/price ratio is certainly admirable. The atmosphere is warm, the restaurant is well-decorated, and the service is friendly. Perfect for a relaxed dinner.

31/08/2025: Excellent selection of rustici, fried foods, and pizzas. You can eat inside, outside, or take out. I regret not trying the rustico with horse meat and chili pepper. I'd gladly return next time I'm in the area.

13/10/2025: Excellent restaurant - butcher shop Restaurant specializing in meat (from their own butcher shop). Cute place with outdoor seating available. Excellent cuisine with unique and beautifully presented dishes; we particularly enjoyed the bombette. Excellent service. I recommend booking, especially in high season.

10/10/2025: We came to Nardò because we were attracted by an ad for an Oktoberfest evening in Piazzetta delle Erbe, but once we arrived, it didn't really convince us. So we took a stroll through the historic center and saw the window of this butcher's shop... We went into the adjoining grill. The welcome was top notch. The owner, Francesca, was truly kind and attentive to everything that was going on in the dining room and kitchen. She was truly excellent. We had fried meatballs and a delicious tarte tatin with caramelized onions. Followed by bombette and a plate with burrata, bombette, and pesto. To top it off, fried cardoncelli mushrooms with cheese fondue. Everything was excellent and plentiful. It was all accompanied by an excellent Primitivo that Francesca recommended. Excellent value. I highly recommend it.

18/10/2025: Terrible experience. We had a table reservation. We arrived right on time, but our table was given to people who hadn't reserved. The owner nonchalantly invited us to wait until our table became available.
