I stopped here because there was a line, which usually bodes well for the food and today was no different.i had a prosciutto and cheese sandwich that was absolutely delicious in its simplicity. I also tried some focaccia with tomato that was again simple but absolutely delicious! The people in there were super kind and friendly too!

I think knowing Italian can go a long way ordering here but I managed without. Really set a standard on focaccia for me. Don’t miss it.

The focaccia is amazing, the best I've ever eaten. Remember to take your number before entering, I forgot and stood there like this.....:) Focaccia tastes best on a bench by the sea ;)

I was nearby and, due to their good reviews, I stopped by to see what their focaccias looked like and decide whether to buy. The first thing that surprised me was the long line of customers waiting, as some did so on the street since they couldn't fit in the establishment. For those who want to buy other products that they already have made, it was not necessary to wait. Finally I bought half a focaccia and two panzerotti. The focaccia didn't make it to the room, along the way I ate it in bites.

30/03/2024: The best pizzas in Locorotondo, all at a very good price and well served, it is advisable to reserve because it fills up. It is located on a very charming street. It was a great discovery.

05/04/2024: Restaurant that offers innovative cuisine but with typical dishes of Puglia. Portions and quality of food at the top, even low bill given the abundance on offer. We will definitely be back as it has become one of our favorite restaurants in Bitonto. Too bad for the choice of wines (two of those we asked for were absent) and for a lack of attention in the service (at the end of the meal no one asked us if we liked a dessert or a bitter).
02/04/2024: Just a few words to describe it.... The top of the top. Honestly, I can't find a flaw in it.
