12/09/2025: After having a divine lunch at Medioevo restaurant for Christmas, we decided to return for a family lunch on our return to Monte Sant'Angelo. The daily menu offers meat, seafood, and even vegetarian options! Eggplant rolls with troccoli and tomato sauce were exquisite. Grilled cacio cheese with green cherry tomato compote was the main course, and a selection of desserts to finish. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. 31/10/2025: A seafood restaurant that's nothing short of spectacular! The food at Vergari is truly excellent: everything is carefully thought out, from the welcome to the dishes to the atmosphere. We ordered mixed fried fish, which was good but a little dry in some places—no big deal, because the flavor was excellent and the quality of the fish was evident. Then we ordered two seafood centerpieces: one very large and generous, designed for two people (but easily enough for two hungry people!), and another for one, also beautifully presented and delicious. The dishes were generous, served with care and using the freshest ingredients. You can tell there's passion and attention to quality behind them. The service was perfect, truly top-notch: the staff were kind, professional, and always attentive to every need, without ever being intrusive. The restaurant's design also deserves special mention—modern, refined, elegant, yet welcoming. As for the prices, I have to say they're fair, especially considering the location: we're in San Foca, a tourist area where prices are often higher, but here the quality-price ratio is truly excellent. In conclusion, I give Ristorante Vergari a full 5 stars: a place where you can eat the freshest, highest-quality fish, with impeccable service, a beautiful location, and fair prices.

05/10/2025: I'm sorry, but my experience wasn't very positive. The owners are welcoming and kind, but the service was slow and inattentive. The place should be more refined and clean. We ordered stuffed eggplant, which was very good, but the meat was quite tough. I really hope they put a little more care into it; the restaurant is in a beautiful location.

04/10/2025: My review is truthful and spontaneous. We had lunch yesterday at Ristorante Santa Lucia da Biagio. Don't expect a fancy restaurant, but it is a nice, clean place. The very kind lady welcomed us with so much love, as if we'd known each other for a long time. We had made reservations, and she left our names with hearts on them. The portions were generous and excellent. Highly recommended, and you must try the cavateddi, the stuffed eggplant, and the fusilli with cruschi peppers. If you're in the area, I assure you it's worth a stop at this place because everything is homemade and delicious. Compliments to the chef too. Thanks for everything, we'll definitely be back next year.

The chef's creativity, the combination of ingredients, and the imaginative flavor combinations make this a place to avoid because it's addictive. 😋 We've been customers for years and we always try new dishes. Unfortunately, I can't post photos of the dishes because I don't have time to get my phone out. 😅 The staff makes you feel at home, kind and attentive, always ready to keep the table tidy and ensure nothing is missing. If you're looking for a place to eat well and feel at home, this is the place!

22/09/2025: I tried out the new management of Sapor Divino to gain some tips for my holiday home guests, and both I and they were pleasantly surprised by the authentic, genuine Gargano flavour of the chef's dishes.

17/09/2025: Great guys, enthusiastic about the management and the suggestions for both wine and food, typical local dishes with a touch of genius from a chef who shines with initiative and creativity. They offered us a platter of local cured meats and cheeses, bruschetta, and some hot dishes to go with it. The whole thing, pictured, cost 32 euros, and there were two of us eating; I struggled to finish it! Top

20/09/2025: Excellent location, just a few meters from the beach with a flat path. The residence is tidy, well-maintained, and clean. Constant and helpful support from all the staff is provided. A few more centimeters of space in the basic cottages would have earned the rooms 5 stars as well.

02/06/2025: Habíamos estado tomando unas copas en el bar de La Piazza, pero esperamos hasta nuestra penúltima noche para visitar el restaurante. Al igual que con otros lugares en Poggiardo, nos sorprendió que un restaurante tan inteligente y popular acechaba detrás de un pequeño bar. Éramos un grupo grande incluyendo niños, pero a pesar de que el menú es de gama alta que algunos de nuestros otros destinos, el propietario se aseguró de que tuvimos una comida brillante. Parte de la comida era simplemente excepcional, con mención especial para el risotto de tomate y el ragu de cordero (que hizo un buen cambio a la orrechiette de tomate. . ). No es barato pero buena relación calidad-precio, y había toques agradables en todo (incluyendo una excelente botella de limoncello al final). Fantástico lugar.
