02/05/2026: Go there if you want to deal with extremely rude people. The place is run by a mother and daughter who are the epitome of rudeness. To be fair, I have to say the food is good and the location is nice.

27/04/2026: Beautiful place, excellent food, and good service. The raw appetizers are very good, as are the cooked appetizers. The first and second courses are delicious, with delicate fried food. There's a lovely terrace if you want to eat outside.

05/03/2026: Lovely place. We found it quite by chance, as we strolled along the lungomare in Poligniano. Small restaurant with a wonderful sea view. I had a whole grilled octopus (lovely presentation on a wood board) and a sauteed rapigni as a side dish and my husband had a seafood salad. Plus a bottle of wine. Both dishes were absolutely wonderful. Seafood was fresh, cooked to perfection. Service was quick. The restaurant is unpretentious, has lovely fresh marine theme to it.

15/04/2026: A must-visit for all meat lovers in the area. From aperitif to digestif, it's a complete experience. The €50 menu includes lots of meat, more meat, Chianti, water, bread, and even more meat. So you really have to love beef and not mind if it's cooked rare rather than medium... You sit at a long table with people from all over the world, sharing a passion. The steaks are prepared indoors on a charcoal grill right next to the guests. To finish, there were espressos and grappa. Simply superb.

24/04/2026: We went there on Sunday for lunch. You can choose between a set menu or an à la carte. We opted for the free choice. Everything was good, the meat was really good, and the meatballs were super! I think we got the right amount of money!

16/04/2026: The food was excellent, especially the appetizers. The music was pleasant, with guitar accompaniment provided by the owner, who also happens to be a good musician and singer. The bill was reasonable.

31/03/2026: An ancient inn that has survived unscathed by burdens and difficult times (pandemics and the like), it has managed to maintain close relationships with its clientele, verging on hospitality and friendship, as if they were long-standing assets. A rustic yet elegant setting, an engaging atmosphere, even with the light of a piano and a delicate, whispered voice that doesn't deprive guests of the opportunity to converse in peace, free from high-pitched sounds and voices. A rich menu featuring succulent dishes that renew the traditions and hallmarks of Mediterranean cuisine. The affability and courtesy of the service are not only instantly apparent, but also meet the expectations of those present. Adequate seating is available, and the quality and price of lunch or dinner are very good, considering their value.

24/02/2026: Dinner was affordable for everyone. I tried fried food, wine, and the house antipasto à caddie. Everything was delicious, especially the hot appetizers. Very fast and well-organized with a great staff. The place, discovered thanks to colleagues, is beautiful.

21/01/2026: A lovely venue suitable for various ceremonies. The classic appetizers are good, the few fried items are heavy but due to the oil, and the pizzas are good and thin.

25/04/2026: Prices are a bit steep...but I'm not arguing! The service, however, leaves much to be desired; we waited an hour for our first course... I'd say excessive!

04/05/2026: Appreciate there's a vegan place in the city. I was super excited. The ambiance and service is great. The foods underwhelming. The portion sizes are very small. The sea chips were salty. The taste is average for most items and it's relatively pricey. It didn't live upto my expectations, though thanks for opening a vegan joint in the city. Hope you make your meals a bit a more wholesome.

A special thanks to Mariella, always kind, helpful, and with a smile that instantly puts you in a good mood. The orecchiette alla pugliese were undoubtedly the highlight: authentic, simple flavors, perfect for those who want to savor true local cuisine. A place we'll gladly return to.

12/04/2026: A wonderful start to the day at Caffè Fanelli Bistrot in Ostuni! ☀️ We enjoyed a perfect cappuccino, fresh and flavorful cornettos, and a delicious spremuta. Everything was fresh and prepared with care. A nice atmosphere and friendly service top it all off. Highly recommended!

05/01/2026: The excellence of the catering in Ostuni and, I add, the surrounding areas... Great variety of first and second courses, traditional Apulian cuisine revisited in a modern key with absolute mastery of the traditional culinary element. The range of wines is also varied and of extreme quality. Extremely professional and dynamic service with smiling and courteous staff. Hygiene and order at high levels. Excellent location for small receptions and anniversaries. The garden is a real wedding favor as is the terrace. In the summer it is an ideal place for dinners under the stars. Can be used without problems by disabled people. I highly recommend booking.

19/04/2026: For lunch on a Friday, I chose to stop at this pizzeria-trattoria. Four well-deserved stars. On a scale of one to ten, an eight and a half. I'll briefly explain the reasons behind the things that convinced me to rate it positively. Tablecloths: finally, some places are sticking to the habit of having decent tablecloths and not American-style place settings or, even worse, paper tablecloths. Customer service. Bread and a few welcome appetizers. All pleasant, justifying the modest cover charge. Then the dishes were to my liking. Seafood cavatelli, spaghetti with eggplant and tuna and mashed potatoes, and a small sample of pasta all'assassina. Price was reasonable. I'd be curious to try the pizza: the boxes look large... Who knows. I think the photos I posted are indicative.
