27/07/2025: Lovely place in the most beautiful streets, where they cook local Puglia food to perfection. There aren't many tourists, so the food is made the way the locals love it and we loved that. We were lucky enough that the chef came out and told us about the place and the menu. We followed his recommendations and were not disappointed. Thank you for a really good experience 😊

26/07/2025: A wonderful surprise, not being from the area we came across this beautiful grill restaurant wonderfully managed by the super friendly Mrs. Mirella who made us feel at ease as if we had always known each other, excellent quality meat cooked perfectly by Mr. Vincenzo, the meatballs in sauce were a delight, the slices were exceptional, truly a super place, congratulations

25/07/2025: We found this place by chance, and it was a pleasant surprise. The first thing you notice is the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff, especially Mirella, who always tries to please everyone. The quality of the meat is exceptional, as are all the other dishes on the menu, each one better than the last. If you're looking for a casual atmosphere but are focused on quality food, I recommend stopping by this butcher shop—you won't regret it.

17/07/2025: In visita a Lecce volevo mangiare un pizza mi sono imbattuto in questa pizzeria poco distante dal centro storico ho scelto di mangiare fuori, pizza a dir poco ottima, impasto leggerò molta scelta di pizze servizio veloce e gentile. Vivamente consigliato

07/08/2025: We went to dinner tonight for the first time, there were four of us plus a baby. I'll start by saying we were late, even though we'd called ahead. Once we arrived, everyone was super nice and friendly, even managing to fit us inside because of the strong winds and our little baby. The dinner was fantastic from start to finish; everything was delicious, even the desserts. The prices were also super fair considering the quality of the products. They were incredibly attentive to all the customers, even those around us, and super nice to me, who's pregnant. We'll definitely be back! We hope you continue to have a great time!

06/08/2025: A wonderful discovery with friends. The place was welcoming and clean. We tried the meatballs served with two different sauces, delicious. The homemade tarilli were served as appetizers, exceptional. The draft beer was good and cold. Finally, we finished off with some delicious desserts (the biscotti sbagliati are a must try) and a selection of their homemade digestives. Highly recommended!

01/08/2025: In un paese già bello di suo, Essenza è una piacevole scoperta. Ambiente curato, servizio attento e piatti gustosi preparati con ingredienti freschi. Perfetto per chi cerca una pausa rilassante e buon cibo.

07/08/2025: Siamo stati da Cesarino dopo la visita alle grotte. All'interno il locale è curato. I l menù non è amplissimo, ma la qualità dei piatti è ottima. Abbiamo provato gli spaghetti al baccalà e le orecchiette con il ragù. Entrambi ottimi. A seguire le bombette, eccellenti. Abbiamo saltato ( a malincuore) i dolci. Anche il caffè era ottimo. Esperienza consigliabilissima.

27/06/2025: Very nice food, very nice and quiet location. Service was very friendly, wait times between courses were perfect. The restaurant is located in a restricted traffic zone, but they sent a very clear message via WhatsApp with parking suggestions the day before our reservation. If you enjoy great food, this is a must-go restaurant when visiting Lecce!

31/05/2025: The restaurant is one of those "chef does what he feels like" kinda places that doesn't have a consistent menu, and boy does the chef know what he's doing. Food was great, and service was fantastic. The chef was really warm, welcoming, friendly, inviting, and everything a foreigner who doesn't speak Italian needs. Can recommend. We ended up spending EUR 29.50 per person

21/07/2025: Stunning location, impeccable service, perfect food! We dreamed big...Masseria Torrepietra managed to give us a unique day that we would love to relive a thousand times over. Dino, the director, is simply exceptional; Giuseppe, the maître d', is a true professional. The entire team of waiters is made up of highly experienced people! Katia, the wedding planner, brought all her creativity and passion to the table. Unsurpassed! We can't wait to return to the Masseria!!!

20/07/2025: An agriturismo nestled in the middle of the fields. The access road may be very narrow, but once you arrive, you'll be rewarded with a beautiful agriturismo. Everything is lovingly decorated, and the staff is attentive and welcoming. The food is fantastic!
