Chef Leonardo Amoruso enchants guests not only with his fusion dishes, the result of numerous experiences abroad and the Apulian tradition, but also with his savoir faire, his charm and his voice! Yes, because when he's in the mood you can be lucky enough to hear him sing the most famous songs on the jazz scene! Seeing is believing!!! An unforgettable experience!!!

01/09/2024: Tappa fissa quando sono a Mola di Bari. Location elegante, curata nei minimi particolari, dove ci si può rigenerare. Nonostante il livello sia alto, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è eccezionale. Il menù è sempre all'altezza delle aspettative e il servizio attento e discreto. Pe gli abbinamenti col vino, fatevi consigliare dal titolare Joe, la cui passione e competenza emerge in maniera evidente. Il Parla Piano gioca un altro campionato. Cosa gli manca? Una targhetta rossa con scritte bianche all'ingresso del locale, ma... Siamo fiduciosi. Complimenti!

31/08/2024: Una piacevolissima sorpresa…,ieri sera abbiamo cenato in questo locale dove sin da subito ci siamo sentiti coccolati …abbiamo mangiato benissimo, i piatti curati e descritti in modo magistrale …bevuto altrettanto divinamente ….ottima lista dei vini …, per non parlare dei cocktail che preparano …. STREPITOSI!! Il proprietario e lo chef molto preparati e molto professionali…. Lo consiglio a tutti…TOP!!!

Their Tbone and angus are real delights😍😍😍 An address to remember The very pleasant terrace and the discreet service Really good value for money Between 55 and 59€/kg for the different Tbone and the angus 66€/kg. I recommend and will come back......during my next visit to Brindisi.

07/08/2024: At Metae we don't eat there, we have an experience; fresh products prepared with love and originality for a successful dinner that leaves an impression on us during our visit. The service is attentive and smiling, Massimo the owner is a true restaurateur who knows his job and who knows how to convey all his attachment. We ate very well, even our daughter who doesn't like fish enjoyed it. An address not to be missed if you pass through Monopoli

29/08/2024: Discovered by chance while walking around Otranto, a real gem. As a lactose intolerant person, it becomes increasingly difficult to find ice cream shops with a wider choice than the usual strawberry and chocolate. At the Gelateria Del fico I was able to choose from numerous flavours, all exceptional. the pistachio without milk looked like a real pistachio and let's not talk about the fig, as if I had picked it from the tree right at that moment. Quality/price 10 out of 10, congratulations!!

We ate very well, food prepared with local ingredients and of excellent quality, impeccable service, it's been a long time since I've seen such professional service, the waiters and the master, always kind, smiling and above all very attentive to satisfying every need, truly excellent experience, compliments to the staff. I hope to have the opportunity to return

04/08/2024: We chose Masseria La Vecchia Lamia because Michele was able to understand, from the very first meeting, what we really wanted for our wedding; young, smart guy who managed to achieve what we wanted with professionalism and sweetness. - we are convinced that your dad is very, very proud of you - We are super happy with the choice we made: wonderful wedding, exquisite food, wonderful location and attentive, very kind, polite and prepared staff. (They even took care to bring the groom some fresh water after he had let loose on the dance floor) The guests ... all satisfied. Thanks again to Michele and all the staff, keep it up. 27/07/2024: Wow! Went to this fantastic restaurant for lunch. Delicious fish and seafood / pasta combinations eaten with fantastic wine. Very nice service and atmosphere. Highly recommended!

21/07/2024: The quality of the food exceeded our expectations. Quiet, air-conditioned and comfortable place. The waiter Mino accompanied us and advised us with sympathy, friendliness and impeccably indeed!! Lunch was based on fresh fish expertly prepared by the chef with innovation and valorisation of excellent quality local products. The marinated tuna is crazy and unmissable!!! Heartwarming purple potato gnocchi with mussels and very good fried fish, perhaps a little too salty! The dessert/ice cream cabaret is special. Good value for money. WELL DONE!

22/08/2024: Nice evening. Had a good dinner, in a clean and welcoming environment and with perfect service. Too bad about the final surprise. Excellent raw seafood and almost all the dishes (the fried food was good but not wow, and the desserts needed improvement). Large spaces, therefore comfortable. Excellent service from Vincenzo both in the welcome and in the presentation and management of the order, well done! I didn't like the final surprise of this guy at all who, at the exit, followed us to the car and stood right in front of it, staring at us in a threatening manner. I assume it was the valet they mentioned during the booking, but I didn't see it when we arrived and I didn't even have anything to do with it before leaving. His behavior evidently presumed a request for money on our part which was not made verbally and which I did not comply with, not even knowing who this person was but which I realized later. Here, I think that the ownership, in order to improve further, should make sure of the behavior of this person, who risks ruining all the good things done by the staff and leaving one last bad memory. My kids found it disturbing. For the rest, small improvements but the base is already excellent and it is absolutely worth dining in this restaurant.

29/07/2024: I was craving fish fry, but it didn't go as I hoped. I'm sorry, young and kind guys, but serving is something else. Bottle of wine served already opened, big mistake, fried fish served three minutes after the order, already ready. Frying is one of those things you can't have ready, it doesn't exist. Second hot course served almost at the same time. That's no good. I hope for the kids that they draw inspiration from my complaints to improve.

31/08/2024: The restaurant is just below Ostuni and from there in the evening it is beautiful to see the city lit up. It is very beautiful both outside among the olive trees and inside among the ancient stone vaults. We took the house starter: 4 good and imaginative specialties. Amberjack with cherry tomatoes and ravioli were excellent, the white wine too (but there is also beer). Good service and average prices, not exaggerated.

27/08/2024: A lovely evening spent just outside of Ostuni - in fact nice not to have to worry about parking as the restaurant is set amongst the olives. Wonderful, creative menu and excellent service.

Cibo di altissima qualità preparato in maniera impeccabile abbondante e veramente ma veramente buono!!! il servizio dei camerieri qualcosa di indescrivibile professionisti che si sono messi a completa disposizione nostra e di tutti gli invitati non facendogli mancare mai nulla!
