21/05/2025: Some of the most incredible food I've had in Italy. Its a true small gem serving fresh food from sea to table. We felt like it was home. A light breeze, a small kitchen, attentive staff, and most importantly, delicious hit after hit. We had the Pasatvri white wine, the squid tagliatelle, spaghetti with green beans pesto, and the cheese stuffed pasta with shrimp! LFG!

24/05/2025: Very good restaurant, come several times to try the menu. The staff is very helpful, kind and good advice, the interior is modern in an old building. The wine list is very extensive and you will not be disappointed. Don't hesitate to order dishes and share.

23/05/2025: On the advice of michaela, where we sleep, we went here to eat. Beautiful restaurant in the center in the vaults of putignamo. Delicious food including various starters from puglia. Very tasty. The stew was also good. Helpful staff who helped us well.

The service is attentive, efficient, and well-paced. The limited menu emphasizes seafood, complemented by several seasonal specials. The dishes are classic and revisited with originality, preserving the flavors of the different ingredients. A wonderful experience, definitely recommended.

15/05/2025: If you are looking for a restaurant where you can be pampered by the staff with excellent dishes, this is the one for you. The resourcefulness and above all the PASSION of two brothers make the experience of a simple dinner during the week like that of one with great expectations. SPOILER: it's even better. Emanuel is one of the two brothers who takes care of the room and the customers, very nice and we even often exchanged a few laughs when he served us. The environment in the evening has the right light and good music for those looking for quiet and good food. Final Polaroid with dedication. We will definitely return

20/05/2025: Locale molto caratteristico nel cuore di Minervino Murge, non tantissimi coperti, anche per questo è consigliabile prenotare con congruo anticipo. Il Menu è casereccio e abbastanza vario con una carrellata di antipasti per cominciare, che spaziano dai salumi, alle verdure (peperoni, asparagi, rape..) ai formaggi, alle fritture. Poi si prosegue con degli ottimi primi, meglio se si scelgono due assaggini. Dolce, amaro e caffè a fine pasto. Tutto molto abbondante e ad un prezzo contenuto, servizio nella norma. Ci tornerò, anche per provare la grigliata mista di carne.

23/05/2025: We celebrated my daughter's communion and everything was perfect: a fairytale location, the greenery cared for in every detail, superlative food, excellent waiting staff, always with a smile, ready for every need, the wonderful musical entertainment... and then the entertainment for children of all ages with every type of game... and what about the owners? Wonderful people who made this day wonderful. Thank you so much for everything.

22/05/2025: We were looking for a reception hall to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday and we came across this wonderful location. We set the date, drew up the menu and I must say that we made an excellent choice. I must applaud the kitchen, we ate very well, for each course there was an encore and I must say that everyone took advantage of it by complimenting us on the deliciousness of the courses. Applause for the service, truly impeccable. Really thank you for how they treated the birthday girl, like a true princess, fulfilling her every request with smiles and kind words. A special thanks to Daniela, truly sweet and to her husband who I saw working with true dedication. Thank you for everything.

31/05/2025: Source of superlative food of excellent quality and kind, fast and courteous service, you are accompanied throughout the evening in an extremely elegant, friendly environment by absolutely shitty music that ruins everything else. The advice is to change the music selection because twice we were guests of an extraordinary environment, in almost everything except the music that is a punch in the stomach

26/05/2025: Il nome del locale è già una promessa: qui si parla piano davvero, perché a fare rumore – in senso buono – sono la cura per i dettagli, la qualità dei piatti e l’atmosfera rilassante. Il personale, e in particolare Gió (Giuseppe), è attento, cordiale ma mai invadente. Ogni portata è stata una piccola sorpresa, ben presentata e ricca di sapore, con abbinamenti mai scontati. Il calice di vino, servito in un bicchiere elegantemente inciso con il nome del ristorante, ha accompagnato la serata con delicatezza. L’ambiente è raffinato, con luci morbide e arredi scelti con gusto: tutto contribuisce a creare un luogo dove il tempo sembra rallentare. Consigliamo Parla Piano a chi cerca una pausa dalla frenesia quotidiana e desidera concedersi un momento di autentico piacere, tra buon cibo e atmosfera raccolta. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

20/04/2025: il Menu di Pasqua è stato ricco e di qualità: Antipasto di affettati e formaggi+ tortino, rustico, ricottina e mozzarellina + 2 primi (con possibilità di fare il bis) + 1 arrosto di carne con patate + agnello con cardoncelli (centrotavola), + frutta, torta. Acqua +Vino, bibite, caffe e amaro. 45 Euro. La location è stata confortevole. I camerieri bravi, simpatici e attenti. Consiglio vivamente questo locale

01/06/2025: This was one of the most elegant and delicious meals I’ve had in a long time. The octopus was incredibly tender and fresh, with a creamy cauliflower foam that was simply divine. The portion was generous and beautifully presented. I also had the Roman-style artichoke, so soft and flavorful, paired with a delicate sauce that brought everything together perfectly. The service was quick and gracious, and the staff were genuinely kind and attentive. I dined in their magical garden, surrounded by flowers, soft lighting, and the gentle scent of jasmine at the entrance. The atmosphere is the definition of refined relaxation. To top it all off, prices are more than fair for the quality. This place is a hidden gem.
