29/08/2025: We frequent this restaurant every year when we go down, and it's always a sure sign of our favorite in the Manfredonia-Mattinata area. Excellent food and wine, very friendly staff, and the owner is always present among the tables to explain the menu and suggest the daily specials, including fresh fish, and the matching wines. I want everything seafood, plated, and raw seafood, two of our favorites. The negative reviews are tainted by the customers' poor taste or a lack of understanding that quality and research come at a price.

03/09/2025: I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Given the very high prices, I expected more generous portions and higher quality food. The meats I ordered were decent but not exceptional, nothing to justify the price. The sausage, in particular, was the biggest disappointment: small (more like a thin frankfurter), dry, and unconvincing in flavor. In a restaurant with such high prices, one expects greater attention to both the selection of ingredients and the portions. Overall, the quality-price ratio was absolutely inadequate.

30/08/2025: After visiting Castel de Monte, along the main road we stopped at this restaurant. It's not bad, everything in a non-exciting atmosphere, with Apulian food and good appetizers.

06/09/2025: Kindness, courtesy, and thoughtfulness are the first three words that come to mind when I think of this place. Excellent food and a relaxed atmosphere. I was just passing through Otranto, but if I were to find myself in the area, I would definitely return. I'd also say the price was excellent.

14/09/2025: On Saturday, September 13th, we celebrated our wedding with friends and family. The location is stunning, so much so that we received compliments from our guests on our choice. The food was plentiful, varied, and delicious; the staff was always ready to accommodate our every request. Thanks to Edo and his entire staff, especially the wonderful and ever-courteous Michael, for the perfect success of our party (we had a blast). Last but certainly not least, a huge thank you goes to the DJ (Angelo Salomone) for the wonderful selection of music he provided, making our party truly unique and full of joy. We discovered a world of new things, and I believe Caffè Vergnano on Via Amendola will definitely be our venue for future celebrations. Giovanni and Antonella.

03/09/2025: A small, friendly place on one of the city's main streets, yet just outside the city center, so you can escape the chaos of the city center. Then, enjoy a delicious breakfast, an excellent aperitif with a great cocktail menu, and the option of cutting board, salads, first and second courses for lunch... Ideal for a coffee or afternoon snack... In short, a perfect multitasking spot. The quality of the food is very good, the staff is courteous as well... and the owner is very hospitable and helpful. The place can also be booked for small-medium sized private parties... it has both an outdoor area and several indoor spaces. Highly recommended.

23/08/2025: Centrally located in Monopoli, yet away from the busier streets. Typical Apulian cuisine, made with top-quality ingredients. We recommend the Apulian menu, even though it's quite generous! Impeccable service, especially Marina, who welcomed us with warmth and professionalism! Excellent selection of wines, all from Puglia. We'll be back.

Arriving just before sunset and waiting for the most spectacular view, filling your heart and eyes with thanks to the Good Lord for His Creations, then sitting at your table and being enveloped by the aromas and flavors of the excellent cuisine and pizza, accompanied by talented and smiling staff. 03/09/2025: A very dear friend of mine introduced me to this place, and I have to say I fell in love: in addition to the sublime raw ingredients, perfectly cooked food, and a very well-kept restaurant, the thing that struck me most was the waiting staff... they were in complete harmony with the kitchen, very attentive to detail, in sync. 10/09/2025: Highly recommended, excellent value for money! Even though you can't reserve, they were very quick; first they order the meat you want and then they seat you at your table. We had the veal strips (excellent) and various flavors of bombette accompanied by potatoes and grilled vegetables. Everything was excellent and reasonably priced. It would have been perfect to finish with some homemade desserts, but they don't have desserts...
