09/07/2025: A very good restaurant located in a very pleasant setting on a small square next to a small fountain. We probably came here on an evening when the kitchen was struggling, as service seemed slow, but this seems more a case of "wrong place, wrong time" than the truth, since the meal itself was absolutely delicious. Whether it was the fava bean purée as a starter (finished with bread so as not to leave a trace) or the orechiette and gnocchi, we left nothing on our plates, not even a hint of sauce. A restaurant that deserves a return visit.

25/05/2025: We were recently at La Remesa Cavallino and the experience was really pleasant. The environment is well-kept, welcoming and perfect for a dinner as a couple or with friends or family. The staff was courteous and helpful, always attentive to the needs of customers. The menu offers a good variety of dishes, with fresh and well-presented ingredients. Only small point, I do not agree with the Saturday night choice to only do take-away pizza, it seemed strange to me to see the pizza chef at work and not be able to order a pizza, of course this is my opinion and certainly cannot change the company's choice. Overall, a beautiful evening and we will definitely be back!

Fritti svariati, freschi e gustosi. Pizze super: impasto digeribile, stile ‘biscottato’, gustosissime e prodotti utilizzati freschissimi!!! Consiglio vivamente questo locale. 25/05/2025: I was at Voglia yesterday, in Piazza Cappuccini in Tricase, and I can say with certainty that it is a must-see for those who love well-made desserts. It is a place specialized in bomboloni, Krapfen and lobster tails filled with special and super delicious creams: Rocher cream, white cream, pistachio cream, hazelnut cream, chocolate cream, Kinder Bueno cream... and the list goes on! Every bite is a bomb of flavor. The desserts are always very fresh, filled on the spot and with quality ingredients. An explosion of flavors that makes you want to try them all. Personally, I tried the lobster tail with Rocher cream: simply spectacular. Plus, while I was there, I was lucky enough to hear celebrations in perfect Neapolitan style, a warm and cheerful atmosphere, which made the experience even more special. Even though we were in the heart of Salento, for a moment it seemed like we were in Naples, but without excess or confusion. There are two small flaws, however: 1. You can only eat outside, so you have to keep an eye on the weather. 2. Parking is complicated: I found a place about 5 minutes away on foot, but I assure you it was worth it. In conclusion: Voglia is a corner of irresistible sweetness in Tricase. If you are in the area, don't miss it. Once you try it, it becomes difficult not to come back. I tried the bombolone al Kinder Bueno at Che Voglia in Tricase: a real bomb of taste! Soft, creamy filling and sweet at the right point, with that delicious touch of Kinder Bueno that makes it irresistible. Highly recommended for a super enjoyable break!
