Comfortable place in the beautiful Cisternino, facing the pine forest. Great welcome from the owner and excellent service. Rich and delicious appetizers with local products. First and second courses of tradition with a touch of innovation. Highly recommended place.

They can also offer gluten and dairy free dishes. Everything was very delicious. I chose the traditional dish of bean puree with chicory, but they also have gluten free pasta. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We had lunch at this restaurant for the first time and loved everything about it: excellent food, top-notch service, and a homey atmosphere. Our menu choice included the house antipasto and three main courses. We loved everything! Highly recommended.

30/05/2026: Best meal we had in puglia, a local favorite we were lucky enough to experienced.
21/05/2026: tradition south Italian cuisine , orecchiette ragu, was delicious!pasta casio e pepe, veal diaphragm that was so hard and tasteless, we left it all…and the chicken was a dish we really liked. They didn’t not change us for the veal and were very nice and offered us 2 glasses of wine .

08/05/2026: We stopped for a quick bite to eat! I have to say, the dishes were delicious, thanks to Gianluca's skill in the kitchen and Rosi's friendly service. A great place if you want to try traditional dishes!
08/05/2026: We ate here and had a truly wonderful time. The atmosphere is welcoming and the food excellent: I had a delicious amatriciana, truly flavorful and made with care. Special thanks to Gianluca and Rosi, who were extremely kind, helpful, and made us feel at ease right away. You can sense their passion and attention to their customers. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!
