06/09/2025: Much more than adequate. Some minor issues with the air conditioning in summer, which can be overcome.

02/08/2025: About this place I can say that there are fresh and quality artisan products, excellent cuisine, delicious pizzas, the breakfast I have every morning with an artisan croissant and an excellent cappuccino, young, helpful and cheerful staff.

11/10/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance. We were looking for a place to have dinner and stopped as soon as we saw the sign "Braceria...". We ate wonderfully. Both the baked and ash-grilled potatoes were delicious. The meat was cooked just right, tender, and very flavorful. The goulash was also very good. We finished with a fig and walnut truffle and a chocolate and rum truffle: both delicious! The service was quick, the wait short, and the staff friendly. We will definitely be back.

15/07/2025: Locale trovato per caso perché in 7 amici non avevamo prenotato da nessuna parte. Bella location...raffinata all'interno e all'esterno. Il menù è per la maggiore di pesce, ma chiedendo alla titolare, si possono avere anche piatti di terra. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimi. Io ho mangiato un piatto di crudo eccellente. L'unico neo, se proprio devo trovare un difetto alla sera, è stata la Festa di battesimo di una bellissima bimba, che a mio avviso, andava fatta in una saletta a loro riservata. La musica ad alto volume e l'animazione del dj, ha tolto atmosfera al posto, impedendo anche una piacevole conversazione. Detto questo, ci ritornerei per assaggiare altro.

01/04/2025: A very nice place, run by Mrs. Gianna, where they serve breakfasts with delicious, freshly baked pastries. Not to mention the excellent coffee and the countless selections of soft drinks, liqueurs, and cocktails. Excellent.

20/08/2025: Pizza with thick, dry speck, probably leftovers, and a completely bitter pizza due to the completely burnt base. Not recommended.

06/08/2025: A very positive experience, prices significantly lower than any other pizzeria in Salento, friendly and professional staff, quick ordering and table service, highly recommended. N.B. In addition to everything mentioned above, I'd like to point out that TABARIS doesn't charge a cover charge. Come in large numbers.

15/08/2025: This historic farmhouse is the ideal location for those seeking rejuvenation: immersed in a surreal atmosphere, evocative, ancient, and yet modern. Last night, we also dined at the farmhouse's restaurant, serving excellent traditional dishes made exclusively with local ingredients. The farmhouse's many hectares of land are home to countless fruit trees, which the masterful kitchen transforms into sweet and savory delicacies... We also danced and participated in the evening event dedicated to the pizzica, with I Trainanti, which was masterfully opened with a story told by the owner of the farmhouse, the lovely Mr. Antonio! And what can we say about his wife, Mrs. Carmelina, who offered those present a magical moment: she taught us how to hand-knead the typical "pizzi salentini" (a type of pasta filled with zucchini, onion, olives, and cherry tomatoes), which we then ate throughout the evening! 😍 It's impossible to convey the wonderful and contagious atmosphere we experienced yesterday in words, videos, or photos... Highly recommended: simply fabulous! 🥰

28/08/2025: A place that immediately wins you over: delicious food, friendly and always smiling staff, and a light-hearted atmosphere that makes you feel on vacation even though you're at home. Not only do you eat well here, you feel truly at home: you laugh, chat, and relax. It's truly one of those restaurants that makes you say, "Okay, I absolutely have to go back!"

26/08/2025: A pleasant restaurant where you can also eat outside. The pizza is good, wood-fired and with unique flavors. The wait is reasonable and the service is courteous. Updated 2025. I confirm, in fact, it's improved.

15/09/2025: Friendliness and warmth are the hallmarks of this café. Besides excellent service and good coffee, their croissants and gelato are their specialties. For my birthday, I ordered croissants and had them delivered, making me a great impression on my friends. I highly recommend them.

20/08/2025: The appetizer is so rich and so good it doubles as dinner. The pizza is also very good. The hostess and her entire family are extremely friendly and welcoming. Not to be missed if you're in Crispiano.

The pizza was simply delicious: light dough, fresh ingredients, and a wide selection for all tastes. The staff was attentive and always smiling, ready to accommodate every request. A special thank you for the attention given to the birthday boy and for helping to make the evening truly special. We will definitely be back... and we will recommend it to everyone! 07/09/2025: We stopped here for lunch on our trip to Venice. You might not guess it from the outside, but the food was excellent and the prices were amazing. I would come back anytime. There were a few business people eating here, as they were taking their lunch break. Every meal that came out of the kitchen looked really good.

01/09/2025: Extremely rude! We tried to have lunch there on Sunday, August 31st! Let's start with the assumption that THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE, so RESERVATIONS ARE IMPOSSIBLE. Anyone who wants to eat here has to show up at the "restaurant," which actually looks like a converted shipping container, hoping there's a free table. Upon entry, you're not greeted; you just have to wait for a member of staff to come and speak to you. After a few minutes, you're told there's not enough staff to answer the phone. After a few more minutes, a second person arrives and decides whether to find a seat for you (since you couldn't make a reservation) or dismiss you, telling you, "There's no room for you!" (It was me, my wife, my 5-year-old daughter, and my 8-month-old son. PS: I just wanted to take my wife to lunch at a place she loves, where she used to go very often with her parents when she was a child! Disappointed by the rudeness and total lack of empathy, not even for two children!
