06/08/2025: It was my first time being kicked out, and I couldn't finish my meal. The pinsa was delicious, crispy, and the appetizers were excellent. The place was quiet and very welcoming. Kudos to the chef, she managed to knock me out. I have to say that anduia isn't for everyone. You can eat it slowly until it starts to take effect, then when it explodes, it feels like a ring of fire inside you and you don't know how to go on. If I could give it a 10, I would. Thanks for everything, and kudos for knocking me out.

09/05/2025: Food was ok and included wine very nice. Meal spoiled by owner carrying some sanitary cleaning with powerful detergent. We left asap!

04/05/2025: Un peu à l’écart de l’agitation du centre historique, l’endroit est tentant avec sa petite terrasse intérieure. Pas grand monde et juste une promesse sur l’ardoise à l’entrée du restaurant avec 1 plat. Une fois assis et qu’on a la carte dans les mains on s’aperçoit qu’il n’y a pas d’antipasti. Juste une petite dizaine de pâtes et les tarifs ne sont pas donnés : 18€ pour des Vongole, idem pour des pâtes avec un sauce courgette. Rien de fou dans l’assiette c’est bon, sans plus. Du coup la sensation est un peu mitigée, pour ce prix autant aller manger face à la mer, il y à beaucoup de restaurants sur le front de mer, dont certains sont au moins aussi bons.

18/06/2025: sala esterna ben curata e immersa nel verde, piatti molto semplici della tradizione salentina. Abbiamo mangiato tanti antipasti cotti alla perfezione e di altissima qualità e come primo linguine allo scorfano strepitose e scorfano al forno come secondo scelto direttamente dal banco della pescheria aperta mattina e pomeriggio.Torneremo sicuramente

27/08/2025: Very small rooms that are in need of renovation and have a somewhat strong smell. The rooms are very noisy, and you can hear your neighbor's snoring. The hallway to the rooms is very stuffy and smells bad. The terrace is rather uncomfortable and dated. No restaurant, only breakfast is served. Breakfast is rather limited and somewhat lackluster. Dishes are dirty. Few restaurants nearby. The surrounding area is industrial, with few activities, and no shops in the immediate vicinity. The rooms have a sea view, and the beach is a short walk away. The pool is clean.

22/08/2025: This place is incredibly generous. Matteo, who had served me before, was so pleased he remembered me, even though I rarely come here. I recommend anyone passing by to stop by and enjoy their products.

15/08/2025: This historic farmhouse is the ideal location for those seeking rejuvenation: immersed in a surreal atmosphere, evocative, ancient, and yet modern. Last night, we also dined at the farmhouse's restaurant, serving excellent traditional dishes made exclusively with local ingredients. The farmhouse's many hectares of land are home to countless fruit trees, which the masterful kitchen transforms into sweet and savory delicacies... We also danced and participated in the evening event dedicated to the pizzica, with I Trainanti, which was masterfully opened with a story told by the owner of the farmhouse, the lovely Mr. Antonio! And what can we say about his wife, Mrs. Carmelina, who offered those present a magical moment: she taught us how to hand-knead the typical "pizzi salentini" (a type of pasta filled with zucchini, onion, olives, and cherry tomatoes), which we then ate throughout the evening! 😍 It's impossible to convey the wonderful and contagious atmosphere we experienced yesterday in words, videos, or photos... Highly recommended: simply fabulous! 🥰

06/07/2025: Owned and run a lovely couple. It’s where the community gathers and you get to see and the heartbeat of Conversano. Offers and tasty gelato. It was our go to place for our morning croissant and espresso.

07/09/2025: We stopped here for lunch on our trip to Venice. You might not guess it from the outside, but the food was excellent and the prices were amazing. I would come back anytime. There were a few business people eating here, as they were taking their lunch break. Every meal that came out of the kitchen looked really good.

01/09/2025: Extremely rude! We tried to have lunch there on Sunday, August 31st! Let's start with the assumption that THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE, so RESERVATIONS ARE IMPOSSIBLE. Anyone who wants to eat here has to show up at the "restaurant," which actually looks like a converted shipping container, hoping there's a free table. Upon entry, you're not greeted; you just have to wait for a member of staff to come and speak to you. After a few minutes, you're told there's not enough staff to answer the phone. After a few more minutes, a second person arrives and decides whether to find a seat for you (since you couldn't make a reservation) or dismiss you, telling you, "There's no room for you!" (It was me, my wife, my 5-year-old daughter, and my 8-month-old son. PS: I just wanted to take my wife to lunch at a place she loves, where she used to go very often with her parents when she was a child! Disappointed by the rudeness and total lack of empathy, not even for two children!

01/09/2025: This is my second time visiting this place, although it's nice because it's located on the seafront. Last year, the pizza was inedible...now they've obviously changed the pizza chef...but the pizzas are very good, made with quality ingredients...rich... The only downside is the fried food, whether chips or mixed fries, everything is frozen, soggy, raw; in short, they're disgusting... They need to work a little harder...also because there's so much competition...

30/08/2025: We went today for a family lunch, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The appetizers were decent, but the fish-based first courses were a real flop: the spaghetti with lobster and mussels and clams tasted more like tomato than fish. They were grainy in the mouth due to the clams' soil, so much so that we had to opt for grilled pasta because the pasta was practically inedible. As for the fried fish, I have to admit it was quite good. It's a shame, because the location is very beautiful, but the service was rather poor, if it weren't for Niko, who was the only one who saved it.

26/07/2025: Ristorante all' aperto in piazza, staff gentile e preparato. Siamo venuti in vacanza in Puglia e abbiamo trovato questo ristorante su internet. Si mangia benissimo,prodotti freschi e preparati con maestria. Hanno accettato la richiesta fuori menù di mio figlio che ha chiesto la pasta alla carbonara e i ragazzi non hanno esitato avendo a disposizione gli ingredienti a cucinarla per lui! I tiramisù sono buonissimi e anche i primi. I prezzi sono giusti...😍ci tornerei con piacere

26/06/2025: Endroit sympathique pour un dîner, cuisine italienne. Serveurs très gentils et efficaces. On peut prendre du vin au pichet. Ambiance très sympathique sur cette belle place.

17/07/2025: Very nice place. We made a reservation. They had an all-you-can-eat option for Apulian panzerotti, but we didn't try them, so we opted for the set menu. We had the house appetizer, which was good but tasted like leftovers from various dishes—namely, gratinated mussels and parmigiana—let's just say we were expecting a different kind of appetizer. Then we had a first course, orecchiette with turnip tops. The portion was generous, and the simple flavor was like homemade. They also had desserts, but we didn't like the selection, so we didn't order them. The waitresses were very nice.

04/08/2025: Siamo stati a cena in questo locale ricavato da un ex frantoio e… che dire? Un’esperienza che ha lasciato il segno, in tutti i sensi giusti! Abbiamo iniziato con delle bruschette all’olio semplici ma sorprendenti: pane croccante e un olio così profumato e intenso da far venire voglia di chiedere il bis all'infinito. Un antipasto che già preannunciava la cura e la qualità della cucina. E le chips “erotica”? Un nome una garanzia! Patate tagliate finissime, insaporite alla perfezione, croccanti fuori e buonissime dentro. Una tira l’altra… e l’altra… e l’altra! Poi è arrivata la bruschetta "Bari Vecchia": un’esplosione di sapori autentici! La zampina cotta alla brace, il pomodoro infornato, le scaglie di caciocavallo e l’olio evo Intenso… un abbraccio perfetto tra tradizione e originalità. Davvero memorabile! I famosi spaghetti all’Assassina erano esattamente come devono essere: croccanti, dal sapore deciso e ben bilanciato. Cottura perfetta, sugo ben caramellato: una goduria assoluta. Il personale è stato gentile, sorridente e super disponibile, creando un’atmosfera calda e accogliente, in linea con l’ambiente suggestivo del vecchio frantoio. Infine, il conto onesto e più che adeguato alla qualità dei piatti e del servizio. Consigliatissimo per chi ama la buona cucina pugliese con un tocco di passione in più.

25/07/2025: Posto caratteristico ricavato sul perimetro delle mura di un frantoio. Prodotti di vera eccellenza, abbiamo ordinato alcune bruschette di mare e di terra inserite nel menu del giorno, un generoso piatto di spaghetti all'assassina e la simpatica ruota che ospitava una selezione di mousse per dessert. Prezzi onesti fatta eccezione per le bruschette che sono davvero inspiegabilmente ed eccessivamente care. Servizio eccellente e veloce. Personale assolutamente ben disposto e accogliente.

11/07/2025: clean restaurant, the menu does not show the weight of the ingredients used in the dish, which bothered me not knowing how many dishes to order so at the end I was still hungry, the menu was not to my taste, a lot of tomato juice and parmesan, but that does not mean that others will not like it, the menu is diverse, so it is possible that I did not get the optimal taste that I like. For Italians I am sure it is excellent, what I liked, however, was the cuttlefish steak and gamberoni. small and crowded room, tables too close to each other, you could hear what the neighbor was discussing, but this is not an obstacle.
