26/08/2024: Very friendly and nice staff. Very good bowlers. Unfortunately the sandwich bread was really basic, cold, limp, not suitable for hamburgers, in my opinion it should have at least been warmed up. Furthermore, the sandwich was not seasoned at all, even though it said cheese and pepper sauce and yogurt sauce. There were very few chards, paid €8, too much! Many things should be reviewed. The quality-price ratio is not optimal. I wouldn't go back, honestly.

12/02/2024: The panzerotti are good, but the prices are too high. Every time you sit in the room you are filled with strong frying smells. There are clothes, coats etc. that cannot be washed frequently and easily. This is a big deficit of this business.

23/07/2024: Desideravo da tempo assaporare le meravigliose creazioni della casa e giusto ieri ho avuto l’immenso piacere di farlo. Ho trovato la location davvero accogliente e ben curata con personale preparato e sempre disponibile. Dulcis in fundo ho mangiato le costine più tenere e saporite della mia vita quindi tornerò sicuramente.

19/07/2024: Sembra quasi una piccola bottega dall'esterno e invece dentro oltre ad avere una bellissima location in un cortile curatissimo offre un'esperienza gastronomica di alto livello, dalla carne al pesce, ma anche gli antipasti e il vino. Tutto buonissimo e presentato con molta cura. Molto apprezzata l'idea del bicchiere di vino bianco di benvenuto (buonissimo) con del pane fatto da loro e dell'ottimo olio. Tutto il personale molto cordiale e disponibile.

18/06/2024: We stayed for 4 nights in June and absolutely loved the stay. We were a little unsure when we arrived as we were the only guests at the entire place with a staff of at least 10, but once we realized it is very much a boutique hotel (only 5-6 guest suites) and met the staff we settled in and really started to enjoy ourselves (more guests would arrive over the next couple of days). The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious enough with a private garden. The grounds are stunning – surrounded by olive trees, perfectly manicured lawn and stone walls, it really gives off the “Italian Villa” vibe perfectly. The pool area is wonderful, although would've loved a little bit of music in the background as it is very quiet. The villa is 15-30 minutes from a variety of interesting sites such as Palignano a Mare, Monopoli, and Alberobello. The absolute best part of the stay though was the staff, especially Massi (breakfast) and Gaspare (dinner). Both are super welcoming and obviously love where they live and what they do, offering wonderful suggestions. The dinner experience with Gaspare was one of our favorite parts of the entire trip.

31/08/2024: To celebrate an event we treated ourselves to a pizza dinner and what can I say, an excellent choice because it was good... ham and figs I recommend it but the others are no less beautiful, the location is very suggestive and romantic

14/08/2024: I was intrigued by the alternative sushi which unfortunately did not meet my expectations, too much cheese. I took a baguette with speck whose taste was undefined: fully cooked speck. Sandwich with salmon, however, whose taste was given only by the presence of fish, the other ingredients present not received.

Offer of local wines, we took a valuable primitivo from Alberobello. Absolutely recommended for those who love the typical meat of this area or for those who want to try it for the first time!
