04/09/2025: We sat outside until the restaurant and kitchen opened shortly after 7 p.m. The decor was beautiful, both inside and out. Our kids were entertained on the beach. One of the waiters even spoke German and was super friendly. The food and drinks were also delicious. Thank you very much.

06/12/2025: We had made a reservation in person at least two hours in advance for two people. When we arrived at the appointed time, they told us that reservations on Saturdays overlap, and I knew right then that wouldn't work. I immediately asked the owner, who told me to wait no more than 15 minutes. After 20 minutes, I politely reminded them that we were waiting, and the owner's response was surly, so we left. If you don't want to take reservations, don't do it. There's no point in keeping people waiting and even giving them rude answers. I don't know how they eat, but if this is how they run the place and treat people, then I strongly advise against it.
09/11/2025: Today I had lunch with my family and felt treated as if I were an old customer. I must say that the dairy products and octopus were high quality, and the first course I ate with my wife, a ricotta-filled pasta dish topped with seafood, shrimp, and cuttlefish, was truly to our liking.

16/12/2025: We were attracted by the advertisement for typical Abruzzo cuisine, but unfortunately the menu didn't live up to its promises, and as often happens when you try to do everything... the result is that nothing is done well.
The "Abruzzo" platter was supposed to include cheeses, cured meats, honey, and bruschetta... but it certainly wasn't typical.
In reality, what arrived were bresaola (which isn't Abruzzo), coppa veneta, capocollo di Martina Franca, and ventricina, as well as three flavorless Apulian caciottas with walnuts and pistachios (when Abruzzo is full of aged cheeses and pecorinos... what a shame) and three slices of cold bread from the refrigerator soaked in oil with cold cheese melted on top.
Overall poor quality!!
Unfortunately, the cured meats clearly tasted and smelled like pre-cut deli meats, an odor that lingered throughout the restaurant.
Alas, even the meat displayed in the window (above the pizza counter) didn't invite tasting, with its brown color and questionable labels, originating anything but Abruzzo.
Overall, the place is kept to a minimum, but the management is rather bizarre, not to mention embarrassing:
at least the open shirt in mid-December is decidedly unsuitable and unprofessional.
The only positive note was the young waitress, kind and composed.
Otherwise, we strongly advise against it!

30/11/2025: The food is good. Fantastic risotto, I'd stay there again for more. The fried food is really well done. The service is very friendly, without being overly familiar, attentive, and helpful: it makes you feel welcomed and cared for.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, very large. The style is a bit dated, or not what I expected, but since I'm there to eat, who cares... Anyway, it's truly a reference in this area.

23/09/2025: It calls itself fast food, but it's far from fast food, and I'm not even talking about the quality, because unfortunately, I couldn't dine there due to the excruciating wait. As is customary, the "very friendly" lady with the clipboard and the "professional" owner were the ones to serve, with an estimated wait time of 20-30 minutes. Leaving aside the excruciating 1.5 hour wait, they prepared our table after repeatedly questioning the "warm" reception staff about the wait time, which was well beyond the estimated time. After we got our table, there was another 20-30 minute line to order, at which point the cashier, probably annoyed by the influx of people, informed us that we would have to wait approximately 1.5 hours to eat. Since the place isn't exactly known for estimating or adhering to timetables, I decided to leave, perhaps even rudely, due to the long wait and the lack of clarity from the staff. Just as I was telling the cashier to cancel my order, the owner (always the professional receptionist) arrived and started attacking me, accusing me of not understanding anything, especially about restaurants. He explained that since they're a FAST FOOD restaurant, they couldn't give me precise times and that given the high number of customers, there would be a long wait. At that point, I had to explain to the expert restaurateur the definition of fast food, which I thought everyone knew, especially restaurateurs, but I was wrong, having heard the highly knowledgeable owner's futile intervention. As I was leaving, I wanted to publicly review the experience I and the other eight members of the group had with those waiting, and there the capable owner of the fast food restaurant, in a threatening tone, ordered me to leave the public area in front of the restaurant, which I gladly did, not out of fear of him or one of his followers, but because it was 11:30 PM and I and the other members of the group had already been hungry for a while. That said, if you're craving a seafood FAST FOOD, I invite you to try established, well-run establishments, undoubtedly knowledgeable about the restaurant industry and the meaning of words, like "LA BAIA" in Torre Canne - Fasano (BR). They're definitely more professional and knowledgeable in the industry.
19/09/2025: Before reviewing, I decided to go for dinner twice... excellent sandwiches, filled with fresh ingredients and, above all, filling. Good fried food. Varied selection. Welcoming place. They welcome four-legged friends. Definitely coming back next summer.

Plus, there's been a significant price increase! I won't be returning!
01/12/2025: Unfortunately, until a few months ago, it was still a regular stop, but now that's definitely not the case...
Recently, the place has been managed by a guy with a long beard, glasses, and a ponytail who's super cheap and unhelpful...
We're a group of friends who came often, but we probably won't be back...
Before, the staff was friendlier, less cheap, and professional...
We often received a small discount, which is now nonexistent... the prices on the entire menu have gone up, and the quality hasn't improved...
I'm also a longtime customer, and the prices for burritos used to be no more than €6.50, now the same burrito costs €13, without anything having changed...
Furthermore, there's always a long wait, and often the burritos aren't made with care and fall apart at the first bite, emptying themselves on the plate...
I don't recommend it...

09/12/2025: No, the next day I didn't have a very good stomach.
08/12/2025: I stopped by this restaurant with the idea of enjoying the fried trio, with a croquette, an arancini, and a pasta frittata. An optimistic choice on my part: I would have had better luck playing scratch cards. At least there, if you lose, you expect it.
They tell me the potato croquette is sold out. Well, that happens. Until I ask—with that naiveté that in certain situations is almost touching—if they could replace it with two simple French fries.
The response? A refusal so categorical it felt like I was asking for access to a bank vault. Apparently, two fries are a precious commodity...
I then ask if, given the absence of one of the components of the dish, at least the price can be adjusted.
The answer was a small masterpiece of absurdity: "No, you have to pay the same."
Perfect. Paying for an incomplete dish must be a new form of conceptual art.
Apparently, this is how it works here: the less they give you, the more honored you should feel when paying.
The staff—again, in my opinion—displayed an attitude that would be an understatement to call "unkind." I found a surprising mix of coldness and indifference, topped with that hint of theatrical arrogance that makes you wonder if they're actually serving you or simply putting up with you. The feeling was that any request was seen as an inconvenience, as if the customer, rather than coming in to eat, was coming in to ruin their day.
The place is also pleasant to look at, but it's a shame that the atmosphere is immediately crushed by an attitude that, in my experience, oscillates between complacency and a total lack of attention.
A smile? A modicum of helpfulness? Off-menu items, or obviously sold out like the potato croquettes.
In short: you order a dish, it arrives mutilated, you pay for it in full, and if you try to ask for an explanation, you're treated like you're trying to scam someone.
An experience that to call “memorable” is an understatement: it’s the kind of evening that stays with you, but only because it reminds you exactly where you’ll never return.
