13/10/2025: A whole day of calling, for a total of 18 calls. At first it rang in vain, then it stopped. So we went there, and the line was crazy. They told us that even if we waited, we wouldn't be able to eat. So we asked to make a reservation for the next day: "We don't take reservations until September 15th." I work in the restaurant business, and this kind of management is completely unfair. I don't have a reservation and I'm waiting? That's fine with me. But why tell me they don't take reservations until mid-September? I understand "I don't have a place until day X," and that's fine too, but not accepting them at all. Do I have to come by luck? I don't understand. But reading the other reviews, I see I'm not the only one who thinks so. We went to the restaurant next door; we couldn't have made a better choice.

24/10/2025: I was very disappointed, I ordered 1 diavola with Grana Padano flakes and arugula and I received what you see in the photo, for 1 small pizza, 1 croquette and 1 Heineken beer 15 euros seems absurd to me. 17/08/2025: The service is excellent, but this is the worst pizza I've ever eaten in Italy: the dough is very hard and there is very little mozzarella.

17/08/2025: Beautiful, large, and clean rooms. Towels are changed every few days. The bed isn't made. They have a nice pool and a riding stable with a small bar. There's also a restaurant where the food is really good and authentic. We've been back several times, in addition to sleeping there. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

13/08/2025: We came to spend a day at the pool and we made a great choice! We were greeted wonderfully, with first-rate service and kindness. Freshly filled croissants and lunch by the pool!! Excellent value for money! What can I say? We'll definitely be back. Thank you for letting us spend a day of pure relaxation!

12/10/2025: I stayed at this property and it was a horrible experience. A room that should simply be closed forever. Damp, black walls, cockroaches, rusty bathroom fixtures—it's a disgrace to rent a room like that. When I complained to reception, they couldn't change my room because everything was full, and other properties either didn't have room or the prices were exorbitant. We didn't sleep the entire night, waiting for daylight to break and escape. The room was booked on Booking.com, which described it as completely different. If you've booked or are planning to book this hotel, don't get room 12, the room of horrors.

07/10/2025: We came here for aperitivo. The new management has transformed the place very positively. The location is exceptional, the service is very attentive, and the products used are top-quality. We can't wait to return to try the restaurant or attend their Thursday parties.

30/09/2025: A hotel like the ones I remembered from my childhood. Truly Italian. Very hospitable, clean, a large corner room, and a very quiet location. For dinner, there was a menu with a choice for everyone. It was served in large bowls – as much as you wanted. Truly delicious. One night while passing through. But we would gladly come back.

05/10/2025: Terrible experience. When we booked, we weren't informed that lunch would be served to everyone at the same time. We arrived at 12:50, and out of kindness, we were served a paltry appetizer at 2:00. At 2:45, we were still waiting for the other diners. We got up. I asked for the bill: €40 for a paltry, subpar appetizer. I made a terrible impression on my guest.

16/08/2025: A REAL agriturismo, we ate almost everything they produced. The ricotta cheese of the day, as well as the mozzarella. The Ferragosto menu was exceptional, just a little pricey.

27/10/2025: I had an excellent pizza at this pizzeria; the dough was very light and easy to digest. The menu is quite varied: cold cuts and cheese platters, grilled vegetables as appetizers, fried foods, salads, baguettes, meat main courses, and ice cream. In addition to the classic pizzas, the menu offers a wide variety of other very unique and original flavors. Highly recommended!

23/05/2025: Simple et efficace. Nous avons été un peu "pressés" de commander, ce qui s'explique peut-être par le fait qu'une table de 34 personnes était attendue. Nous avons mangé une pizza et des linguine vongole : simple, efficace, rien à redire. Une bonne adresse.

23/08/2025: A disappointment... we've been here in the past and were happy. But yesterday's dinner was awful. Cold meat, raw pizza, and not enough appetizers for four people.
