18/08/2024: A quiet place to spend a nice evening. And the value for money is also good. We took trios of tartare accompanied by yogurt and soy sauce with purple cabbage and passion fruit salad, as well as culatello with burrata. One flaw was that the tuna was spicy and we hadn't been told. And then to follow linguine with sea urchins and pacchero with scorpion fish.

18/08/2024: Nice environment and excellent food. Remarkable cellar. Spaghetti with sea urchins is the main dish. If you are in Lecce it is definitely a fixed stop.

17/08/2024: Experience not to be repeated. We booked a table for 10 people at 9.30am. We were able to order (at our request) at 10.15am; we order drinks, pancakes in the center and pizzas each. Shortly afterwards the drinks arrive, some of which are wrong; Meanwhile, time passes, the drinks become hot and nothing to eat on the horizon. We ask the waitress for news and she replies that she is going to find out but nothing changes. We notice that at a table that arrived after us they begin to serve food so we point it out and they tell us that due to a technological error, our order had not been sent and consequently it had ended up in the queue. They manage to bring us the pancakes which, to hurry, arrive at the table practically raw and we are forced to send them back. We continue to wait for the pizzas which arrive at past 11.30am when the hunger was practically over, the drinks were piping hot and we kept seeing the tables arriving after us receive the food... The icing on the cake, they had included the sent pancakes in the bill sent back because they were raw and the drinks did not arrive. Not recommended!

07/08/2024: During our stay in Puglia I did my search for recognized restaurants in the Polignaro a Mare and Bari area. I found this Michelin recommendation from the La Bul restaurant in Bari and we were definitely delighted with the treatment of chef Antonio Scalera and his sommelier. We chose the dark and amorios tasting menus with the wine list that goes with each dish. The combination of flavors in each of the dishes was delicious. The wines , original from Puglia region, for the menu were very good . The restaurant also has an a la carte menu. We have tasted restaurants with Michelin stars in the US and Europe and this restaurant has nothing to envy them!!! It is excellent!! And the prices are very reasonable compared to prices in the US. Definitely the best food I have eaten in this area. If you are going to be in the Polignaro a Mare or Bari area, I highly recommend this culinary gem!!!

03/08/2024: Small, beautiful masseria in Tricase, we were there for the first time. The food was very good, there were typical things you eat in Salento. But for €40 per person it might be a little more. There is wine and water to drink However, unfortunately everything was warm and we asked a few times if we could have something cold because it was very warm. Unfortunately, the two Källnerinnen were not that motivated, which we noticed when we arrived. I also think that two Källnerinnen are not enough for all the guests. Everything took a long time. Even when I wanted to pay, there was no one there and I had to wait with other guests until someone came. All in all quite ok.

19/07/2024: Fantastic in everything... Crossing the entrance threshold you immediately have a sense of ABSOLUTE peace and tranquility... the food is then delicious and genuine from the true Italian cuisine of the past, super recommended
