03/06/2026: I was there to celebrate an event. There were about 60 of us. It's a beautiful venue in the historic center of Mesagne. It's well-maintained and clean. The service is excellent, starting with the owner, who made us feel right at home. He was very helpful and attentive to our requests. We were able to customize our menu given the wide selection available. The wait staff was very professional, as I imagine the kitchen staff was as well. They were very attentive to guests' requests and to all the allergies and intolerances that unfortunately exist.
The quality/price ratio was truly excellent. Thanks again to Minno, his wife, the chef, and all the staff. You're a wonderful team that works together!

The seafood and meat appetizers were delicious; the rice, potatoes, and mussels were very good, the spaghetti with octopus ragù was delicious... I would go back again to try the other dishes. 04/05/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant in Mattinata and had a very positive experience. We ate inside, but the restaurant also has a truly beautiful terrace with a sea view.
We loved the food: well-prepared, tasty dishes made with quality ingredients.
The service was prompt and friendly. The owner, in particular, was very kind: even though dinner was served inside, he gave us the option of enjoying dessert on the terrace. A simple but much-appreciated gesture, which made the evening's ending even more enjoyable.
The value for money was also good, in line with what we ate.
Overall, a lovely experience that we would recommend.
03/05/2026: Excellent seafood dishes, including a top-notch tuna steak, friendly and helpful staff, a warm welcome, and a breathtaking view (if the weather permits, you can eat outside). A restaurant I highly recommend!

We had an outstanding lunch at Biancofiore today. The raw seafood starter was absolutely divine incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. You can taste the quality in every bite.
Our waitress was wonderful attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us select the perfect wine pairing for our meal. Her recommendations were spot-on and really elevated the entire dining experience.
If you're in Bari and looking for exceptional seafood in a welcoming atmosphere with outstanding service, Biancofiore is a must-visit.

29/04/2026: A lovely restaurant in the historic centre of Galatina, right behind the Basilica of Santa Caterina, a tourist destination of considerable importance for its frescoes known as the Salento Assistance. Having said that, I went there for dinner last week. The food was excellent, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the prices were reasonable. The room where we dined was located below the first floor entrance, a very characteristic feature with a barrel vault in tuff typical of Salento. We had a great time and will definitely be back.
