29/08/2025: In the old town of Bari, there's the best restaurant we always frequent. Every time we come, it's always delicious, the portions are generous, and the prices are moderate. Come and you won't regret it.

22/08/2025: I normally don’t leave reviews but for this place I have to. The food was exceptional, the ingredients were incredibly fresh and the waitstaff is very attentive. Also, the place is beautiful! We went a couple of times when we were in Lecce and tried different dishes, all delicious including the sushi (one of the best I’ve tasted) and the amazing tiramisu. Definitely a must if you are in Puglia!

02/09/2025: Everything was good, the only flaw being the fish salad already dressed with vinegar, but it was my mistake for not specifying that I wanted it plain. The location and service were impeccable. Recommended.

17/09/2025: We dined at this restaurant during our stay in Otranto. It's centrally located but has a unique atmosphere thanks to its natural setting. The staff is exceptional, professional, and at the same time, they make you feel at home. As for the food, there's nothing more to say other than that we were enchanted by the quality and deliciousness of the dishes. If you come here, you'll find everything you need for an unforgettable dinner.

14/09/2025: This restaurant is just perfect: the setting is super pleasant, the service attentive and very professional and the food delicious. We opted for a curiosity in this restaurant: spaghetti with sea urchins: I know very well the taste of sea urchins that I ate raw, a flesh a little sweet and not very iodized. The pasta had a strong iodized taste, it was as if it had been cooked with oysters (we know that there is no oyster farming in Italy!). An original taste that changes from traditional dishes and we take that!! It was perfect.

09/09/2025: This was my second time at Tortuga... I have to say, both times I had a great meal... the meat is excellent, and the burger is equally as good. The service is impeccable, and the place is very nice, located near the port. I'll be happy to return.

At Tortuga, you can delight in unique dishes, with an extensive and constantly updated menu. It's fantastic to know that every time I return, they'll surprise me with new and flavorful dishes! They also offer tasting menus at reasonable prices. I'll DEFINITELY return whenever I can. The staff is friendly, professional, and elegant like few others! Great job, guys, 5 stars, highly deserved! P.S. Try their blueberry bread, it's addictive.

22/08/2025: the second stop on our “polignano food tour”was this gelato shop and apparently i had to try their ice cream. my friends raved about the gorgonzola gelato. one friend even came running to the shop, yes she was that exited. i was just as excited because i love cheese and gorgonzola is one of my favorites. unfortunately we didn’t see it on display and it turns out they had stopped making it. a shame because i was really curious. we tried other flavors instead. i got ricotta with chocolate bits (like a cannoli filling) and almond. both were very good and the quality was excellent. the disappointment lingered a little but the delicious gelato quickly made up for it.

14/08/2025: Amazing cuisine with a very kind host who is attentive to all his guests. I was lucky enough to visit this restaurant in early June by pure chance, and I truly have nothing to complain about... The appetizers were prepared with a mastery I've not seen in other, much more renowned restaurants (the day before, I had visited Grotte Palazzese in Polignano a Mare). Prices would be fair, which is an understatement, especially considering the kindnesses from chef Simone (water not included in the bill and free pasta for my daughter). A truly unforgettable experience.

17/08/2025: Simply fantastic experience! It's not the first time at this restaurant and I must say that every time is a pleasant confirmation. Very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful staff, in addition to the owner and the head waiter/chef who are always ready to satisfy customer requests! Hot and cold appetizers of seafood and meat typical of our Puglia that you can see in the photos, speak for themselves! Hot bruschetta! Made to order! Raw seafood, very clean and portions are just right. For the rest, generous portions and high quality. The only flaw is no fried food, but I think that's the strong point: there's no point in covering up the flavor of fresh fish with fried food! A grilled fish and octopus, cuttlefish and shrimp is 100,000 times better! The meat alternative is also excellent! Really good fresh pasta with shellfish! A nice portion of fruit and everything at the right price without going overboard! Excellent value for money. From appetizer to dessert! Very hot and crispy Sporcamuss! The only problem: reservations are a bit long, they're always fully booked! We waited 3 months, but it was worth it! And we've already rebooked! It has several air-conditioned rooms, so it's a great place to stay! Highly recommended! Kudos to all the staff.

23/07/2025: A beautiful address in the heart of the old town. Hidden away among the narrow streets, this restaurant offers quality local cuisine at a good value. Tables are available inside, but mostly on the terrace in the two small alleys. It definitely has its charm, so ask for it. Very professional and fast service; you can tell it's well-oiled and efficient. The cuisine is well-done without fuss or being gastronomic; you leave satisfied and without spending an arm and a leg. Try the local antipasti (for 2 people, but good for 4). It offers 6 to 8 different products, so there's something for everyone. The wine list is 🍷 pleasant and reasonably priced (€20-25 per bottle). A nice surprise. 💓

02/07/2025: We had a wonderful experience at Sud Kitchen! Excellent and attentive service with an incredible, focused, menu. Definitely check this place out, just a short walk from main areas. We shared a classic orichetti, gnocchi and curry prawn raviolis. Everything was super flavorful and delicious.

28/06/2025: Very refined and delicious cuisine, prepared by a very approachable chef! We enjoyed everything from starter to dessert! The wines by the glass are also excellent! The value for money is unbeatable: we highly recommend it!
