13/07/2026: I've read and agree that they could do better, but ambition isn't enough. The prices are exorbitant for what they offer. Service is almost nonexistent. The basic rules are missing. The place is also nice, but unfortunately, you have to stay in the dining room and pay attention to the customer. Being present even if there's only one person is not a good idea to make small talk in the kitchen. It's rare these days to find dining room staff who know their job. The service is lacking. In any case, I don't recommend it; if you want to waste your money, go ahead. For me, it wasn't a good experience. Unfortunately, when someone pays, they have to be served well. The customer shouldn't have to chase the waiter or dining room staff. Even waiters are rare these days; they just put in people with no skill or skill. That's the impression this place has. If I go to a trattoria and pay little, I can't expect anything but good food. If I go to a place where I pay, it has to be impeccable. I hope there's at least a sommelier, given that there are so many wines. Be present and humble. Learning would help you, otherwise you are a mirror of this city.

30/07/2026: The reception was cold and unprofessional, the waiting times excessively long without any explanation, and throughout the stay, it seemed as if the staff were completely uninterested in the needs of the customers. Each request was met with scant attention and, in some cases, with evident impatience. What leaves the most bitter taste in the mouth is the total lack of care towards the customer: a simple gesture of courtesy or an apology for the poor service would have made a big difference, but unfortunately it never came.

13/07/2026: We stopped for a quick pizza after the evening. We couldn't have made a worse choice. At first, we thought we'd been lucky because at 11:30 PM he said yes to making five pizzas... but it would have been better if we hadn't. A Margherita is €7, which is a lot, but still okay, but a pizza with prosciutto, arugula, and parmesan is €12, which is extremely overpriced. Twelve euros. And quite small, too. An exorbitant price for a pizza with a little prosciutto, arugula, and parmesan. I understand everything, but there's a limit to everything.

02/08/2026: We dined here for the first time, and despite having a reservation, we had a long wait. After much pushing, we finally got a table. We had a few appetizers and pizza. I'll start by saying that the quality is evident, but I'd recommend adding salt to the chef's plate, as all the appetizers lacked salt. As for the pizza, it's very thin, almost toasty, and very burnt, which we didn't appreciate. Here too, the quality is evident, but we weren't thrilled; it didn't have that punch that would make you say, "Excellent." The prices are a bit high, but that also depends on the location. The place was packed, and as a result, unfortunately, the service was very, very, very slow. Although the girls are well-mannered, there's room for improvement in this area.

13/11/2025: our experience wasn’t very positive. The pizza was okay and good, but I ordered a special fish dish with orange fillet and it was extremely small, and I was still very hungry afterward, especially considering it cost about 2.5x more than the pizza. We also waited over 30 minutes for our food, which was disappointing. On top of that, it was very loud outside, and we could barely talk. Unfortunately, I didn’t leave satisfied.

Noemi is courteous and knowledgeable. The ingredients are top-quality, and since you eat with your eyes as well, everything was refined, colorful, and inviting. Thank you so much, and with...taste.

08/10/2025: Simple, nice atmosphere, but a bit sterile. Service was average, but for a weeknight, a bit distracted, considering there were four of us dining in the entire restaurant. The food, unfortunately, fell far short of expectations; I'd say it was completely inadequate, both in quantity and quality. The tuna was truly awful; as you can see from the photo, it looked more like seared tuna than a piece of pork thrown on a plate for the modest sum of €25... I'd say there's a lot to consider!

29/07/2025: What a wonderful place! We had a fantastic meal; the risotto was sublime. Our starter, recommended by the waitress, was fantastic: tomato with red prawns. Delicious! The wines by the glass paired beautifully, and the advice was excellent. Delicious dishes, carefully prepared and served. Highly recommended!

16/01/2026: Excellent experience. The ginseng coffee was perfectly extracted, with no burnt taste and just the right amount of crema. I paired it with a flawless tetta di monache: soft and fluffy pastry with a perfectly sweet custard. I couldn't resist a sfogliatella, crispy and with an exquisite filling. Everything was delicious. I also want to highlight the staff's service, very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended! ☕🍰

28/07/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We usually avoid stopping to eat at restaurants overlooking the squares of historic city centers. From experience, they often turn out to be places designed more for passing tourists than for truly refined cuisine. This time, too, we were rather skeptical, but thanks to the time and the few available options, we decided to give it a try. It was one of those times we were so happy we were wrong. We started with an appetizer of meatballs in tomato sauce, and they were simply spectacular. Soft, flavorful, and prepared according to tradition. The addition of cheese made the dish even more special, immediately bringing to mind those authentic flavors of grandmothers' cooking that are increasingly difficult to find today. The bread, clearly locally produced, was also exceptional: fragrant, flavorful, and perfect for mopping up the bread, something we truly couldn't resist. We then sampled orecchiette, which, without exaggeration, were among the best we've ever had. Perfectly cooked, with authentic flavors and the simplicity that only true traditional cuisine can bring out. The carbonara was also truly excellent, prepared with balance and great attention to the ingredients. A special mention goes to the wine, probably one of the best we drank during our stay. From the first sip, you could taste the quality of the ingredients and the careful selection. The cuisine doesn't seek dramatic effects or original interpretations: it focuses on tradition and does so in the best possible way. Simple dishes, prepared with quality products and fully respecting the flavors of the region. We also loved the restaurant. It's located in the beautiful square in Grottaglie's historic center and has an extremely authentic atmosphere. Plastic tables, paper tablecloths, and a very informal atmosphere: proof that you don't need luxurious furnishings or a five-star restaurant to offer a top-notch gastronomic experience. Sometimes you just need to do what really matters well: cook with passion, respect tradition, and use quality ingredients. If we were to return to Grottaglie, this would definitely be one of the first places we'd stop for lunch again.

12/07/2026: A quiet Saturday evening spent with friends and a delicious pizza. The owner and staff were extremely professional and friendly. The pizza was truly delicious...soft dough, well-seasoned, and with a perfect crust. We also liked the location, as it's in the center of Grottaglie, outdoors, and with minimal noise. Perfect for a group evening.

29/12/2025: We celebrated our daughter Celine's baptism. Everything was excellent! The food is delicious, the dishes are tasty and prepared with quality ingredients. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel at ease right away. The place is pleasant and well-kept. The owners are super helpful and friendly. We had a great time and will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place.

31/07/2026: If you're looking for the true essence of grilled meat, Braceria Concordia in Villa Castelli is a must-visit. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service attentive, but the food is the real star. Among the many delicacies on the menu, two dishes alone are worth the visit: The Fillet of the Royal Beef with Grilled Potatoes: simply fantastic. The meat is incredibly tender, cooked to perfection, and has that unique smoky flavor that only grilling can provide. The accompanying ash-crusted potatoes are the perfect side dish: soft on the inside, flavorful, and with a genuine, old-fashioned taste. The colt rinds: exceptional. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and expertly seasoned. One bite leads to another, a true gem for those who love the bold, authentic flavors of local tradition. The quality of the ingredients is unquestionable, and they put so much passion into their work. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to all lovers of good meat!

30/07/2026: Found a hair tangled in the skewer, poor quality meat, paying €3 for a liter of water without ordering beer or wine, three miniature desserts for €5 each, a terrible charcuterie and cheese platter so as not to offend. Total cost for three people was a rip-off of €80. P.S. Never return.

18/05/2026: Amazing pizza's, great food in general, and if you like mussels (cozze) we would definitely recommend them. We have eaten here multiple times, and it's always up to high standard, with amazing staff!
