My husband and I decided to try this pizzeria. The reservation system is managed through an external website. We found the time slots (7:30 PM - 10:30 PM - 11:30 PM) a bit inconvenient; it would be easier to include a time slot between 7:30 PM and 10:30 PM. Given the variety of times people actually showed up, it's unclear how restrictive these slots are. The atmosphere is that of a classic modern pizzeria: clean, tidy, minimal, and elegant. We would have liked a few more references to the name. The service is very friendly and quick, but perhaps a little "breathing down your neck," which could be a bit anxiety-inducing. But let's get to the main selling point: the pizza. Expectations were high, given the numerous awards displayed, and they were fully met. The Margherita, in particular, is phenomenal: it feels like bathing in a garden of fresh tomatoes—delicious. It's also possible to make small customizations to the pizzas. The dough is another of the restaurant's pride and joys: extremely light, well-aired, fragrant, and tasty. It's clear that the ingredients used are top-quality. The bill is a little higher than average. It's still one of the best in Monopoli! Recommended!

Great atmosphere, very quiet. Exquisite food, excellent service. We were there during the week, so it was very quiet, and I highly recommend it.

Great location and great pizza But I can't stand it when they have to ask you a thousand times when they need a table!

I really enjoyed the pizza. The only flaw, and it honestly really bothers me when it happens, is that you haven't even put your fork down before they take it away. It's like, "Go ahead, hurry up and clear the table, there's people waiting." In short, we were out in just an hour. If I have to eat pizza, I'd rather do it slowly. I just hope I can digest it. Given the rush they're obviously putting you in... But the quality is excellent. They're courteous. Maybe it's just a matter of not going on the weekend.

Very good and special gourmet pizzas

I spent a lovely evening with friends. Average wait (I dined on a Saturday night in January, right in the middle of the Christmas holidays), excellent appetizers, and excellent pizza dough. A must-try in Monopoli 😄
