28/08/2025: It was a recommendation by our host and it did not disappoint at all! What a beautiful cute little Osteria with amazing food! The chef herself came out to ask how the food it and it was really good! The homemade pasta with tomatoe sauce - wow! A simple dish but so flavorful and amazing!

writing a review, and I have to say that nothing has changed since last year. The staff is quite rude. The guy who takes reservations, I think, should calm down. I think he should remember that he's dealing with customers, and kindness pays off in every way! The wait was interminable.
The waitress told us 5 minutes and then she arrived, I think.
We waited 45 minutes in line! Perhaps it could be a great place if they could review the staff and wait times.

01/05/2026: A family-run restaurant serving good-quality meat. The advice is always the same: if you want to try a little bit of everything, order moderate portions; if you have a clear idea, focus only on what you like. I particularly enjoyed the bombette, well-seasoned and moist on the inside. The gnomarelli were also good. The beef tagliata was excellent; I ordered it medium rare. The pork Florentine steak was a bit dry, even though it's a premium cut. The sirloin is very lean near the back, and even the fillet, if overcooked, can easily become dry; in short, it's probably overcooked (but that's a minor detail, it can happen). I'll definitely be back.
Service was average.
22/12/2025: For a butcher's shop, everything is fine, good food, fair prices, polite and friendly staff.

31/10/2025: Top notch place! As a local from Brindisi that travels all over the world, this place goes above and beyond. Beside the great food, the server that helped us was awesome, great customer service! The guys welcomed us when we got in and explained how it works, great meats and food. If you like trippa get the one in the red sauce, it’s done very well (a lot of places don’t know how to prepare trippa, they do). Traditional local food, great customer service and nice ambiance, you can see the passion in their business.

Delicious meat, fast service, and impeccable.
Spectacular platter, it costs 18 euros but it's worth it.
Beautiful location.
The bill is a little high, but you know, quality comes at a price.
My only suggestion: a little house wine in bulk at a reasonable price.

Professional service, quality ingredients expertly prepared by Vincenzo, a gentleman chef. A special mention for the spaghetti with sea urchin pulp: I've only ever had them this good in Mondello.
The wine list is good. The desserts are original and tasty.
Prices are reasonable for the quality.

The location was perfect for good food, excellent service, attention to detail, and fantastic entertainment during dinner, including a singer and a show. Special thanks go to the great owner, Nicola, an exceptional person in every way.
