09/04/2026: Typical seafood restaurant in the beautiful Oria, space a bit limited, start a bit slow because the kind owner is the only one taking orders, but then everything is fine, excellent appetizers, super Catalan, first courses so-so, fair price!

29/03/2026: Nice restaurant, light table setting, long, if not very long, wait times. Good ingredients, but I'm disappointed there's no allergens section on the menu, nor even an asterisk for frozen products (I challenge any restaurant not to have a single frozen item on the menu). Prices are normal.

22/11/2025: The place is small, definitely better enjoyed on nice days, where you can enjoy the small outdoor square, but it's always worth a visit, even if only for the specialties. The cartellata al vincolo, with ricotta and pear gelato, and the Sicilian cannoli with pistachio gelato and cannolo-flavored gelato!!! Truly delicious. The cream is exquisite, and the owner and his son are so kind. We'll be back!

31/10/2025: I've decided to give this pizzeria, located in the heart of Tricase on Via Roma, four stars because overall it was a good experience, with some very positive aspects and a few small details that could be improved. I'll start with the strong point: the location. It deserves five stars alone because it's truly excellent—it's right in the center of town, easy to reach, and perfect for an evening with friends or a stroll after dinner. The only downside is that parking is limited and not reserved, so you may have to wander around a bit to find a spot, especially on busy days. The location is modern and welcoming, tastefully furnished with attention to detail. However, the interior space is rather limited: the tables are very close together (in my case, I was about 80 cm from another table), which can take away some privacy and comfort. It's a shame, because the place has great potential and you can sense the care that went into it. As for the food, the pizzas were good, well-cooked, and made with quality ingredients. The only small inconvenience was a mistake in my order: I'd asked for a pizza with speck and scamorza, but it came with prosciutto and another cheese (which wasn't scamorza, though I don't remember exactly which). It wasn't a big deal—the pizza was still tasty—but with a little more attention, it would have been perfect. The service was kind and helpful, if a little unprepared at the time. They were just starting to use a new app to take orders, and the waitress had a few difficulties at first, but she worked hard, kept smiling, and apologized several times very politely. In the end, she managed to handle everything, and her commitment and goodwill were evident. One detail I appreciated was that, at the end of the meal, there were four desserts on the house. To be honest, they looked more like packaged donuts, but it was still a nice gesture on the part of the restaurant, and they definitely deserve thanks for their attentive service. In conclusion, it was a lovely evening, in a modern, well-kept restaurant with excellent pizza. There were a few small imperfections, but nothing that detracted from the experience. You could sense the desire to do well and improve.

03/04/2026: The restaurant's interior space is wonderful, while the outdoor space is equally beautiful, but still very simple. The cover charge is excessive for the outdoor area. The staff was kind and friendly, but at the table, an indiscreet gentleman argued the menu instead of the waitress, who was, in fact, very kind and knowledgeable. It was rude and rather pushy. We ate very well, the ingredients were fresh. Highly recommended.

10/08/2025: We had the pleasure of lunch at this grill restaurant located in Trani, just steps from the sea. Here you can enjoy top-quality meat and pasta dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. The staff is friendly and available to accommodate your every request. The wine pairs excellently with the Golden Age Angus, a must-have if you decide to dine here. The atmosphere is very refined. Pets are welcome and can stay with you at the table. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

13/03/2026: We were disappointed with this restaurant. The atmosphere is pleasant, small and cozy, but that's where the positives end. We ordered a local white wine... I've never had such a bad wine, it was rancid, the worst kind... I ordered seafood soup and got a bowl of mussels in their own sauce. As for the seafood, there were two shrimp heads in it, and that was the end of the seafood... I was hoping for a second course. Sea bass with vegetables... literally a dish for a small child. Zero spices, everything souce. Two small, thin fish fillets, covered with thin slices of carrot and, I think, zucchini, with a few thin strips of carrot and some other vegetable on the side. That was the end of the €15 meal...

01/02/2026: The fall of a legend. Saturday night dinner, we ordered a cuoppo and two pizzas. Let's start with the cuoppo, which had frozen mozzarella balls, some of which were empty, and the eggplant meatballs tasted only of garlic. But the real shock was the pizza... Rubbery, heavy, and hard to digest, the complete opposite of what authentic Checco Pizza used to be. I'd give it 3 stars, but I'll give it 2 because of the huge disappointment.

27/09/2025: Bad experience, poor cleanliness, and very rude. The disturbing thing is that they flag negative reviews on TripAdvisor and have them removed, which is why they only have positive reviews. Avoid them.

31/03/2026: The appetizers were varied and delicious, and you'll be full already. For our first course, we had fresh pasta with pistachios and, if I remember correctly, almonds as well. It was different from the usual first courses, good, but I had the impression that the pasta was precooked. The second courses, with prawns and fried calamari, were good. The service was excellent and quick.
