25/01/2026: Beautiful restaurant in an old, rustic trattoria style, with meticulous attention to detail. Friendly staff. Excellent pizza. It's a shame we waited a bit too long for service. Perhaps that's how it is on a Saturday. In any case, we'll definitely return and recommend it.

17/01/2026: A terrible evening, not to be repeated. The place was small and chaotic. Every time the waiters passed by, there was little space, they would throw your coat and bags on the floor. The food, in my opinion, was of poor quality. I was also dissatisfied with the quantity. I will never return.

06/12/2025: We stayed at this property where we found a level of cleanliness that's hard to find. Modernity in the rooms: smart TVs, air conditioning, electric shutters. A top restaurant with delicious food, featuring extraordinary cuisine and, above all, fresh produce. A beautifully maintained and immaculate green outdoor space. Extremely friendly waiters and qualified staff. A shuttle service to and from the beach, car parking, and the ultimate in tranquility and relaxation. I recommend it to everyone, even families with children. Don't miss this location if you're in the area, even for just one dinner. The sea view from the restaurant is simply breathtaking! 27/08/2025: Beautiful, welcoming place... we were there a few days ago and had a great time... the staff was helpful and very kind... we ordered stuffed bruschetta, focaccia, pizza and to finish off a homemade tiramisu... everything was excellent... we will definitely be back 😍

08/02/2026: I have to report two unfortunate incidents: I know the restaurant thanks to The Fork, and after eating there a couple of times, I decided to return and book through the The Fork app. First incident: I booked through The Fork on New Year's Eve with the regular à la carte menu and a 20% discount, with confirmation of the reservation via email. I was contacted a day before and told that the reservation could be confirmed, but the discount would not be applied, and the à la carte menu was transformed into a fixed menu at an unreasonable price. Obviously, my refusal resulted in the cancellation of the reservation, ruining New Year's Eve (but that's understandable). Second incident: Last night, I booked through The Fork for two with a 20% discount, and 1 hour before the booked time, I was contacted and told that they had an issue with the portal and that my reservation could not be confirmed (even though I have the restaurant's confirmation email)! Nor do I speak to friends who use The Fork, and they too have received last-minute cancellations due to technical problems on other days. Repeat offender!!! The doubt remains... and the disappointment is profound!!!

19/02/2026: I returned after a few years and left satisfied. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff friendly. I appreciated the attention to wait times. In my case, alone, I was given priority over more demanding tables. The fish is fresh and the dishes are generous. The mixed antipasto is worth it; it would be enough on its own. There are some risky options, like the strawberries with a side of shrimp, which I honestly didn't understand. For the main course, I would have lightened the grilled calamari with a generous accompaniment of diced peppers. I would leave more room for the fish, without overshadowing it too much. The wine selection is good. In any case, it's a place to go with confidence and avoid any surprises. Highly recommended.

I stopped for Sunday lunch and everything was delicious: fresh and tasty dishes, good house wine, and the orange and almond cake that finished it all was excellent. The staff were truly kind and helpful, never intrusive.

Our lunch at Ristorante Universo was a true journey of flavor, an experience that celebrated the quality of the ingredients with a touch of creativity. The variety of dishes made sharing a constant pleasure: We started with a lively mix: from crispy mixed fried fish to classic mixed fried fish (always a surefire hit for adults and children), through to a refreshing octopus and shrimp salad and exquisite au gratin mussels, perfectly golden. The First Courses (The Heart of the Lunch): The real star was the seafood risotto. Perfectly creamed, with a vibrant touch of saffron and more. Equally worthy were the spaghetti all'Adriatica and paccheri agli abissi, rich dishes where the pasta captured every nuance of the sea. Even the French fries, served rustically, lived up to the standards of a carefully crafted lunch. We ended on a high note with a jar of tiramisu, creamy and authentic in flavor, the perfect way to cap off a special Sunday. Ristorante Universo confirms itself as an excellent choice for those seeking the legacy of tradition (the good kind, passed down from generation to generation) combined with attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere. A place where "eating well" means feeling at home, but with the privilege of having the best of the catch on your plate. Highly recommended for those who want to turn an ordinary Sunday into a wonderful memory.

Everything was excellent: the food, the welcome, the presentation and description of the dishes, and the helpful and professional staff. The owner helped us choose the menu and was helpful and friendly with all the guests, who appreciated his work. We will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant.

06/12/2025: Trying to continue a result achieved in the past in the most flawed way possible. Regardless of the size of the dishes, which really should be part of a tasting menu, the even more serious issue is their quality. Meat ordered rare arrived well overdone. Pasta bordering on undercooked. But above all, more than half the table suffered from nausea and intestinal problems from the night before until the next day. The staff is also kind, but after an experience like that, the professionalism and elegance with which they serve the table becomes absolutely ridiculous in this case.

02/11/2025: A lovely restaurant offering an antipasti menu with several small appetizers. Ideal for two people to start with. The Pezzetti di cavallo was excellent, as was the fresh pasta with tomato sauce and ricotta. Simple service and good wine recommendations. We would have liked to see more smiles from our servers. Eating outside is a good option if the weather permits, as the street is quiet.
