19/08/2025: Excellent pizza and appetizers, very fair prices. The wait staff was a bit awkward but still friendly and helpful.

17/08/2025: Yesterday afternoon, I was in Faeto with my wife and daughter for the Ferragosto holiday. After a hike in the municipal forest, around 2:00 PM, feeling very thirsty, we entered the restaurant/bar/trattoria/pizzeria/sandwich shop 'Sapori di provenza' and asked to buy some bottles of water, but the owner refused, arguing, "When I'm busy with restaurant customers, I don't serve at the bar." I believe his refusal, besides being quite rude, was unjustified for three reasons: 1) we showed up during opening hours; 2) the current restaurant service (lunch at the tables) was nearing its end, and the display refrigerator in the dining room was full of bottles of water; therefore, there was no justifiable reason for reserving water for restaurant customers; 3) there was no other justifiable reason for the refusal, and the owner did not provide any further explanation. I would like to point out that a business owner cannot refuse to provide a service related to their commercial activity, without incurring the related administrative offense, subject to a fine of approximately €500 to €3,000. This applies throughout Italy, including in the enchanting village of Faeto. Legislation aside, the indecent act was leaving a family without water at a time when the other bars in the village were closed. In fact, we waited until 5:00 PM for the bar next to the church to open. Dear manager, my review: if this is your level of customer service, I will never stop for lunch or dinner at your establishment again. Rating: zero stars (but I have to give at least one star to post a review)...and I'm sorry if that's not enough!

07/09/2025: Quite nice at first glance, but then... There were four of us and we ordered three appetizers: one pasta, one paella, and drinks. First, an appetizer arrived with the pasta, then half an hour later, the second appetizer with the paella. The taste wasn't particularly special; I've had better in Bisceglie.

24/08/2025: On our way back from a trip, we decided to have lunch here. The food was good, the owners were friendly, and the location was quiet. Prices were average.

31/07/2025: I tried a croissant and the next day I ordered two trays for an occasion: they were delicious, large, hot, and had a tasty filling in various variations. The woman kindly helped me carry them to the car. A great experience, I'll definitely be back.

20/08/2025: The Grange Restaurant in Torre Santa Susanna is highly recommended. The food is delicious and exudes the authentic flavors of Puglia. For me, it's extra special because it's located in my mother's birth village. It feels like time has stood still here, which gives the village so much charm and warmth – and you'll find that same feeling in the restaurant and pizzeria. Tip: on weekends they only serve pizza, but they're absolutely worth it!

02/06/2025: Un’esperienza quasi perfetta… se non fosse per un dettaglio Il ristorante si presenta accogliente, curato nei dettagli e con un’atmosfera che richiama la tradizione. I piatti sono prelibati, preparati con ingredienti di qualità e rispettano le ricette classiche con un tocco di raffinatezza. Un elogio speciale va al pollo semplicemente spettacolare! Morbido, saporito, cucinato alla perfezione. Sarebbe stata una serata perfetta, se non fosse per un episodio spiacevole. Sappiamo bene che i bambini sono responsabilità dei genitori, ed è nostro impegno educarli affinché abbiano un comportamento adeguato in un locale. I nostri erano seduti al tavolo, tranquilli, senza correre o disturbare gli altri ospiti. Avevano solo un "difetto": parlavano. Dopo circa mezz’ora dall’arrivo, ecco comparire il titolare, un uomo imponente ma purtroppo non altrettanto affabile. Senza troppi preamboli, ha iniziato a rimproverare i bambini, come se il semplice parlare fosse una mancanza di rispetto per l’ambiente. Un atteggiamento che ha rovinato l’atmosfera e ci ha lasciati perplessi. Un luogo con un’ottima cucina e un’ambientazione perfetta, ma che purtroppo sembra poco accogliente per le famiglie con bambini. Peccato, perché il cibo meriterebbe una valutazione eccellente!

27/04/2025: Sarebbe dovuta essere una serata con amici e figli tranquilla...ma così nn è stato! Siamo coppie con figli di 10 anni, che abitualmente escono con noi genitori, pertanto portiamo appresso fogli, colori ecc per farli stare seduti e nn disturbare nessuno! Ma questo nn è bastato!!! Il titolare è uscito prima ancora di fare l ordine, andando dai bambini e minacciandoli che se avessero alzato la voce nn gli avrebbe portato la pizza! Noi genitori stupiti, ma abbiamo raccomandato i NS bambini di nn alzare la voce, ma questo nn è bastato!! Siamo andati a pagare, il primo commento è stato della cameriera, dopo aver preso la mancia di Euro 5.00, ha esordito dicendo " menomale, che ve ne state andando!!!"per arrivare al titolare, informandoci che in molti ristoranti nn sono " ammessi" i bambini, Lui ci ha fatto una cortesia!!!! DOPO QUESTO COMMENTO, SIAMO ANDATI E SICURAMENTE NN CI METTEREMO PIÙ PIEDE!!! Pertanto Vi consiglio di frequentare questo posto solo se volete cenare DA SOLI!!

08/03/2025: Mediocre, la mesa estaba sucia. No se ofreció sopa de miso. Pagué más de 300 kr para mí y mi hijo, ambos quedaron hambrientos. No puedo recomendar.

10/11/2024: Pizza buonissima. Ho preso una pizza con impasto classico, ma con piccola aggiunta si può prendere anche un impasto differente. Ci sono anche le scrocchiarelle, ma ovviamente il prezzo sale un po'.... Dispone di posti all'aperto per serate estive. Peccato che il locale interno non sia molto grande, e siccome sicuramente ci tornerò avrò cura di prenotare per tempo. Piacevole anche aver trovato una cameriera gentilissima! Prezzi nella norma. Consigliato.

02/06/2025: Lunch with a fixed menu, which includes an appetizer consisting of raw ham, mozzarella knots, a vegetable tartar, a piece of local cheese, a first course placed in the center of the table, consisting of a plate of orecchiette with sauce and another of cavatelli with aubergine sauce, the second course a type of roll filled with local cheese and onion sauce, tender but heavy and difficult to digest for me. Dessert, panna cotta mousse covered with melted chocolate, with a taste of local cherries. Quality price everything good, negative notes the lack of description of the ingredients nor of what we were served, then, perhaps because the room was full, the poor service. New clean and bright environment.
