27/09/2025: I am a professor of Artificial Intelligence at the University of Barcelona and the founder of several successful companies. I approached the Hotel Adria exclusively to offer—completely free of charge—a proposal related to artificial intelligence that could have greatly benefited the hotel. The reception was a very negative experience: the receptionist gave me a dirty look from the start, simply told me I couldn't speak to the manager, and handed me a card without even telling me the name of the person in charge. She didn't give me a chance to explain anything. This is not the kind of treatment expected of a hotel that wants to grow. The receptionist's role is not to create barriers, but to facilitate contact and represent the hotel's positive image. With such an attitude, the hotel misses opportunities for innovation and collaboration with people who could add value at no cost. I hope management reads this and takes note, because with a minimum of kindness and professionalism, the situation would have been completely different, and the hotel could have gained a lot.

07/10/2025: We stayed in this beautiful place. Clean rooms, very attentive staff. We ate dinner almost every night at the restaurant inside. What can I say? The pizza was spectacular! Light and easy to digest, definitely cooked in a wood-fired oven! The first courses were very good. The staff was friendly and helpful! We'll be back!

09/09/2025: The beach is accessible to four-legged friends. The low rating was due to lunch: two pasta dishes weighing under 50g each, and two fried dishes with water, two spritzes, for €115. But not even in a Michelin-starred restaurant would I have left feeling as hungry as I did here! Never again!!!

22/10/2025: I came to Foggia for work and unfortunately only discovered this place on my last night. Five stars are truly insufficient. For sport and/or work, I've been to many places, but the food I had tonight... left me truly happy! Starting with the appetizer: excellent grilled cacio cheese in a more than satisfying portion (a rare treat), then moving on to the delicious BBQ Angus skewers with caramelized onion, finishing with a sirloin that was so tender it tasted like butter. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

22/08/2025: We had lunch at the estate on Ferragosto (August 15th). Adult menu €55: excellent homemade appetizers, a first course, a meat-based second course, fruit, drinks, and dessert. Good food. What I absolutely didn't like was seeing all the tables get second helpings multiple times, while we didn't get any. Honestly, I found this dynamic unkind to the other diners. Otherwise, it was a nice place.

28/07/2025: Tanta pubblicità e poca serietà. Abbiamo prenotato e pagato una surprise bag to good to go e al momento del ritiro, ore 22:30, hanno detto che purtroppo non avevano più niente. ERA LA NOSTRA CENA!!!! Alla fine siamo dovuti andare in una pizzeria da sporto e dopo soli 15 minuti abbiamo finalmente gustato la nostra ottima pizza. UNA DELUSIONE!!!!

25/09/2025: TERRIFYING! We were regulars at the bar/ice cream shop, but after what happened, not only will we never return, I fear I won't even be able to eat ice cream for a long time to come. While I was enjoying a Black Cherry ice cream (which already had a different flavor than usual), what I thought was a candied cherry turned out to be a COCKROACH, complete with legs. The horror and disgust are indescribable. As if that weren't enough, when I understood my reaction, the owner not only didn't apologize, but dismissed me with a chilling: "These things can happen." The fact that an insect could wander into a restaurant is questionable enough, but finding one in a food served to customers is unacceptable. Never again, Coco Loco.

It was greatly appreciated. I thank the company for giving me the opportunity to give such a high-quality gift and for their courtesy, kindness, and promptness.

19/10/2025: You should make a reservation in advance. You can taste fresh olive oil, learn about its production process, and the olive oil you buy is fresh and delicious. Best of all, the staff member's resident dog, Narciso, is so cute 🥹
