20/08/2025: The Grange Restaurant in Torre Santa Susanna is highly recommended. The food is delicious and exudes the authentic flavors of Puglia. For me, it's extra special because it's located in my mother's birth village. It feels like time has stood still here, which gives the village so much charm and warmth – and you'll find that same feeling in the restaurant and pizzeria. Tip: on weekends they only serve pizza, but they're absolutely worth it!

27/08/2025: Personally, I didn't really appreciate the pizza dough. It was too elastic and quite heavy, so much so that I couldn't eat it all. The mozzarella, among other things, didn't seem to be of good quality and was quite disconnected from the dough... In short, I've eaten Neapolitan pizzas, but for a modest comparison, this pizza needs some work... Three stars as encouragement!

21/08/2025: A restaurant over-hyped by its owner and a great way to rip off tourists!! We came for lunch on Monday, August 18th. We had two appetizers, two simple first courses, and two glasses of wine for a total of €100. The much-lauded local ingredients were definitely missing, and the price was exorbitant.

18/08/2025: What can I say about this place, absolutely wonderful! We ate some truly amazing delicacies! On the shores of this beautiful Lake Lesina. Absolutely top location! A well-deserved applause goes to the owner, Mr. Primiano! 🙌🏻. A very kind person, very knowledgeable in explaining the dishes he serves with pride and passion for the products of his land. 07/09/2025: It was a real surprise to wander around Bisceglie's historic center and find the (new) Copa Pan with a new menu. We enjoyed the Ciccio (as pictured) and the Bud Spencer hamburger and black beans dish. The menu is definitely more varied than when I was younger, and I'd say it's much improved. We'll definitely return to try other dishes. Perhaps the staff is a bit short due to the many tables, but that's obviously just my opinion.

29/08/2025: Looooong menu, full of options. It's an easy place for toasts, pizzas, paninis and more, quick service, quite big and easy ambient. Pizzas are not their forte (rather opt for ciccio) but if you need an easy place, this is it! Good quality/price ratio.

01/09/2025: If you want to try authentic Apulian food, this is the place to go. Here, you can enjoy hearty, high-quality food for less! There's no fancy, one-size-fits-all fare like in downtown Martina Franca, but instead, you'll find the authentic regional cuisine, just like your mother made it. The owners are always friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is informal. We always come here on vacation. Highly recommended!

22/08/2025: Good restaurant in Monopli. Strongly recommend ordering the Cacio e Pepe. It comes in a cheese wheel and is served in front of you. One of the nicest dishes I have tried in Puglia. The calamari and seafood mixture was okay. Not seasoned the best and a little bit dry. But good value nonetheless. Would recommend.

21/08/2025: Just last night. Erased from memory: Very high prices, €2 more for the whole-grain dough. Very low-quality and flavorful pizza. Tomato sauce almost burnt. Out of four people, three of us left half the pizza on our plates. Negative experience as far as we're concerned.

27/08/2025: We've used this restaurant's home delivery service on many occasions. They've always been punctual and efficient with their deliveries. The takeout price is truly competitive. The quality of the food is excellent, and there's a wide selection of seafood and meat dishes. Highly recommended. They also offer gluten-free options.

21/08/2025: 4-star hotel in Ceglie Messapica with an outdoor pool. Clean room, friendly staff, good food, and an okay breakfast. Convenient location.

11/09/2025: I ate mezze maniche, pasta, with a very greasy tomato sauce. It should have had anchovies, but there was only pasta in the flavorless sauce. On top of that, they called it a "crumble," but it's actually powdery with some kind of uncertain flavor... a disappointment.

11/09/2025: We were a group of 11, and everything was absolutely delicious! 🍕 The pizza was truly top-10, and the staff and chef were fantastic – warm, smiling, and very professional. And the Hugo drink… simply divine! 🥂 The atmosphere and food made this place a memorable one. I recommend it to anyone visiting Polignano a Mare – it's worth it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
