05/07/2025: We stayed a week at the bluebay. Magnificent location, in front of the rooms there is a magnificent cove with rocks and there is a pier where you can access the sea .. you have to be careful walking on some rocks before entering this beautiful natural pool. The room that was assigned to us is about 25 meters and is the Mimosa with a huge terrace with sea view ... from there we admired the sunset .. very romantic. Inside the room there is a fridge with a small freezer. The first day we had a problem with the room, I spoke to Daniela who immediately complied to manage the situation in the best way and to resolve it, I thank her so much, with good manners and by talking about it everything is always resolved. We had breakfast included (Monday to Friday from 7.30 to 9.30 / Saturday and Sunday 8.00 to 9.30) and it is with homemade cakes, croissants, fruit, cold cuts, juices and coffee prepared on the spot by the dining room staff. We also used the two swimming pools inside the resort. It is also possible to have dinner in the structure, we never did it because in the evening we went to visit the various towns. In the evening around 10.30pm we always went to the bar in the garden since it is open until late and there are some guys who are very good at making cocktails!!! The girls at reception and in the breakfast room were all really kind, in particular Daniela and Doriana who were the ones we had the most contact with.

24/06/2025: We chose Bluebay to host our wedding guests, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The location is simply enchanting: waking up with a view of the sea and enjoying the sea breeze was an experience that made the stay even more special. The pool provided moments of relaxation and conviviality to all the guests. The rooms and apartments were spacious, clean and cared for down to the smallest details. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, ready to satisfy every need with a smile. I must especially thank Doriana who took care of the entire organization impeccably. The abundant breakfast full of fresh products won everyone over, with special mentions for the croissants, homemade cakes and fresh fruit. On such an important occasion for us, knowing that our loved ones were welcomed in such a welcoming, elegant and well-organized environment really made the difference. We recommend this hotel with all our heart to those looking for a relaxing but refined location, perfect for both a special event and a regenerating vacation.

10/09/2025: A wonderful discovery..... A wonderful family evening. We celebrated a birthday. What can I say, everything was good, in fact excellent.... Starting with the appetizers, a delight. The pizza was excellent, the drinks were cold and brought to the table on time. Not to mention the hot and tasty side dishes. Chips, croquettes and everything else... Delicious desserts.... New and beautiful outdoor setting, very kind staff.... See you soon

06/09/2025: We've been going to this place for years and enjoy their famous pizzas at home too, but last night we went to the outdoor seating. I repeat, nothing to complain about the food, but the service was way too slow. There's only one manager taking orders, Mr. Antonio, a spectacular person, precise and very friendly, but he can't manage a place that can hold over 100 people alone, so for us the only thing they need to fix is ​​the order service. Last night we ordered at 9:00 PM and ate at 10:45 PM. With kids, it's really difficult to manage the hunger situation🤣.

24/08/2025: The restaurant is very nice. I loved the calamari. Try the octopus. The appetizers that come with the starter are delicious.

07/08/2025: Very friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, but the food was truly subpar. I ordered cold tomato and raw scampi soup, which was a gazpacho with just cucumber and one scampi (which was also hard to find). Then there were packets of fish of the day—perhaps the Findus fish fingers were the fish of the day!

21/07/2025: As a non-fish lover, I can assure you that coming here, in Puglia, is an EXPERIENCE NOT TO BE MISSED. A wide selection of products (all fresh, of course), you choose the cooking method, there's also sushi, and above all, it's COMPLETELY GLUTEN-FREE, meaning it's heaven for those with celiac disease.

07/08/2025: Eravamo un gruppo di 13 persone, arrivati puntuali alle 20:45 come da prenotazione. Purtroppo, abbiamo iniziato a mangiare solo alle 22:45, dopo due ore di attesa, senza spiegazioni plausibili. Gli antipasti sono stati deludenti: porzioni ridicole rispetto al numero dei commensali. Per esempio, ci sono stati serviti tre tortini grandi quanto un biscotto da dividere in sei persone. Abbiamo fatto notare la cosa, ma i camerieri si sono mostrati scortesi e infastiditi, senza alcun tentativo reale di risolvere. I primi piatti, presentati come “fantasia dello chef”, ci hanno lasciato perplessi: ad esempio, una pasta con cozze e fagiolini, originale ma senza particolare gusto. Le pizze, arrivate molto in ritardo, erano nella media. Un commensale ha ricevuto la sua grigliata mista con due pezzettini di salsiccia uni spiedino con 4 involtini 3 bombette e due pezzi di fettina grande quanto la moneta da 2 euro, solo nei 10-15 minuti finali della serata, praticamente ha cenato da solo. A fine pasto ci sono stati offerti alcuni pezzettini di torta di ricotta, e fin qui il tentativo di scusarsi è stato apprezzato… peccato che dopo il dolce ci siano stati portati due assaggini degli spaghetti alle cozze e pomodoro, che dopo il dolce davvero si poteva evitare. La proprietaria si è scusata, visibilmente in difficoltà, e abbiamo notato che anche altri clienti si sono lamentati, lasciando il locale anzitempo. Ripeto: non discuto la qualità del cibo, che in sé non era male, ma questa volta l’esperienza non è stata positiva. Tempi lunghi, disorganizzazione evidente e servizio poco attento. Speriamo sia stato solo un caso isolato.

08/08/2025: Very delicious food! Large portions. We ordered cacio e pepe with tuna and spaghetti with sea urchin. The cacio e pepe was the best we've ever eaten! I didn't finish it all, but they packed my food to go. Very nice waitresses. We'd be happy to go again!

29/08/2025: It's a bar, but in the evening it turns into a sandwich shop. The sandwiches are good. We're in Crispiano, so I recommend the meat ones. The missing star is for the burger; it was perhaps overcooked and dry, and the service was a bit slow to take the order, but the sandwiches arrived promptly. The price is a bit high, but it's worth a try.

04/06/2025: Voor de 2e maal hier gegeten en was opnieuw super lekker. Je hoeft hier niet te zijn voor de hippe sfeer, sjiek of modern interieur. Maar voor een overheerlijke pizza met dunne deeg, lekkere huiswijn een bord met vlees dat smelt in de mond en vriendelijke bediening. Italiaanse keuken tussen locals.

03/09/2025: We were looking for a place to eat traditional dishes, and in this family-run trattoria we found just what we were looking for. Dishes were perfectly prepared, just like grandma's cooking. We were extremely satisfied. The tubettini with mussels were superb. We will definitely return, both for the good food and the service. The owner, Raffaele, was very kind, friendly, and pleasant.
