Numerosi gli antipasti e molto interessanti i primi con molte verdure di stagione. Avrei apprezzato qualche dolcetto in più con il caffè ma è stato tutto molto buono e gradito

Arriva il primo : tubettino con scorfani da brividi per poi finire con piccola fritturina di mazzancolle e totano tanto asciutta da sembrare non fritta.
Esperienza unica addolcita dalla ogni presente padrona di casa, Miss Alessandra che coccola e racconta spezzoni di bella vita. Siete unici e rimaneteci, grazie ❤️❤️❤️
09/08/2024: Piatti buoni e menù con proposte di carne e pesce. Abbiamo preso un maritozzi con pomodoro e ricotta divisi per due e la porzione era decisamente abbondante e buona! A seguire polpette di carne al sugo e bombette di carne: entrambe squisite! Unica pecca: l’insalata come contorno che era quella della busta…triste.
Speso 40€ a testa, ma la qualità si fa pagare.

26/08/2024: Abbiamo trascorso una serata meravigliosa.
Per quanto avessimo letto alcune recensioni non lusinghiere, abbiamo deciso di trascorrere presso questo ristorante la sera del nostro anniversario.
Il ristorante è piccolo e molto affascinante, soprattutto se - come nel nostro caso - si cena a uno dei tavolini sulla terrazza a picco sul mare: al tramonto, lo spettacolo è stupendo; col buio, pur non riuscendosi a vedere il mare (non vi è illuminazione verso il basso), si continua a sentire il rumore delle onde.
Abbiamo optato per un menù con piatti a scelta dello chef (il ristorante propone solo due menù: uno a sorpresa e uno con piatti predefiniti; non vi è invece la possibilità di cena alla carta).
La cena è stata davvero ottima. Piatti vari, non necessariamente particolarmente elaborati, ma mai scontati (e sempre decisamente buoni). Personale di sala molto cordiale e presente. Lo chef è amichevole e fa ben trasparire la propria passione.

The journey that the chef offers with his seven creations is extraordinary. The welcome and attention to detail of Mrs. Annalisa and her staff were extraordinary. Heartfelt congratulations.

23/08/2024: We got 3 crunches, no big deal. The traditional Apulian pucce are much better. The view of the swing bridge and the Aragonese castle is still worth the price paid.

27/08/2024: Went for dinner with friends, it turned out to be quite a disappointment... saving only the fried meatballs and chips, taken as appetizers.
For the rest, orecchiette with sauce and cacioricotta which are just an insult to the Grottagliese tradition and, last but not least, tubes with mussels with the same ones clearly frozen... an insult to the Taranto mussel.
Noisy environment, slow and very approximate service.
Recommended only for those who like to eat very mediocre food.

We entered at 9.45pm, the restaurant on the terrace was full and once seated at 10pm we ordered the land and sea appetizer but we were only served the land one because of the young waiter, polite but with little experience. order taken was wrong. In addition to the appetizer, we had already ordered the first courses including the broad beans and the tubes with mussels but shortly before they were served, around 11.45 pm, we were told that the broad beans were finished. Unfortunately, in our opinion, the tubes with mussels were inedible as the pasta was overcooked and had little hint of mussels (dishes left whole) and the appetizer wasn't much.
We probably should have ordered pizza as it looked good looking.
Not enough staff for the influx of customers given the biblical waiting times.

10/07/2024: Nice location but we stop here because in terms of food quality we are at zero I gave it one because it doesn't make you put 0, when you sell me a red prawn pizza for 16 euros I demand the red prawn and not the paranza prawn with the black heads, one that he lives in a seaside town and he sees a prawn with a black head and he is disappointed. They are prawns and you absolutely must not put them on the pizza. For anyone who wants to eat fresh raw seafood I do not recommend this place. I attach the photo so the owner can do nothing but apologize without excuses. .
