14/07/2025: I’m still sitting at the restaurant, enjoying a great playlist along with the hustle of the kitchen , this was not just a meal, it was a whole experience! We enjoyed every bite, from the lobster, strascinati, and Drunken Prawns - to the point we were wiping the sauce with the remaining bread! Mimmo was an excellent host, he made wonderful recommendations, and catered to our every need - even coming to the rescue when I spilled some sauce on my shirt! They even gave us a delightful complimentary dessert to end our meal! This was the first restaurant we tried in the Apulia region, and it will be very difficult to top it! We will definitely return!

18/08/2025: This restaurant is run by a farm that grows spelt, so many dishes are made with spelt flour. On our evening, the menu was listed verbally, perhaps because it changes constantly. In short, if you want to choose from a wide range of menu options, this isn't the place for you. If, however, you like rustic-style restaurants and food, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended, and if you use TheFork, you get a 20% discount.

17/08/2025: We came here because we arrived in Putignano in the afternoon and there weren't many other restaurants open, but we were so glad we did. The service was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is known for its meals made with products from its own farm. The menu is based on what's still available. We had mutton stew, grilled pork, and pasta. All delicious. Accompanied by a delicious Primitivo (from a mug), also homemade. We chose four different desserts, all equally delicious. Highly recommended for a tasty and different meal.

29/07/2025: Ristorantino in pieno centro storico. Molto accogliente, tranquillo, rilassante. Un menù con piatti tradizionali si, ma rivisitati, ma semplici, niente di travolgente, ma il contorno di zucchine e carciofi che ha accompagnato un filetto di ombrina era meraviglioso, più del pesce stesso. E Mi hanno passato sotto il naso dei primi che lasciavano una scia profumata, insomma. Una bella Esperienza. In sala un ragazzo preparato e gentile ( non è scontato!!). Insomma. Da ritornarci.

21/07/2025: I spent a very pleasant evening at Phonogram, a refined restaurant with a charming atmosphere. It offers outdoor seating with a view of the Ugento square and cathedral, while being caressed by the Salento breeze and listening to good music. The cuisine is excellent, thanks to the carefully selected ingredients. The owner and staff are very friendly, welcoming customers with a smile and fulfilling requests promptly. Excellent service!

19/07/2025: During a pleasant evening in the heart of beautiful Ugento, we stopped at a restaurant located in a charming historic square, where time seems to have stood still and the atmosphere exudes an authenticity hard to find elsewhere. We began with a trio of appetizers, all carefully crafted with fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors that reflect the local culinary tradition. Each course was a mini-taste journey, a clear sign of attentive and passionate cuisine. A special mention goes to the staff, truly kind and friendly, a typical Salento trait. The owner, in particular, was welcoming and helpful, and pampered us with a truly appreciated gesture: he offered us a homemade digestif, ending the evening on a genuine and warm note. An experience we highly recommend to anyone seeking fine cuisine, an authentic atmosphere, and sincere hospitality in the heart of Salento.

12/07/2025: We had lunch today at Gaonas in Martina Franca, and it was a wonderful experience: dining al fresco at charming shaded tables and sampling Gaonas's specialties was truly satisfying for me and my loved ones. The entire staff was distinguished by their kindness, friendliness, and professionalism. The whole-wheat bread and homemade taralli are served hot and fill the entire table with delicious aromas! I recommend everyone stop by Gaonas for lunch or dinner, as it's truly a sensory experience that satisfies every palate!

23/06/2025: A quiet meal in a very quiet alleyway. We shared plates, beautifully presented and perhaps one of the best meals of our time in Puglia. The service was attentive.

21/06/2025: A hidden gem in the heart of Ostuni – Terra Nostra While walking through the white streets of Ostuni, on a hot day, we relied on the spontaneous advice of a kind local lady who suggested we stop at Terra Nostra, a place that is an enchanting mix between a delicatessen and a restaurant. It was a fortunate and memorable discovery, perfect for our lunch. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with great warmth by Mrs. Maria, an authentic and smiling hostess, who immediately made us feel welcome. The environment is simple, rustic and well-kept, and immediately transmits that family atmosphere that puts you at ease. The menu is typical of Ostuni, made of real flavors and local ingredients. We started with a burratina with capocollo from Martina Franca, both very fresh and so soft that they melt in the mouth. Next, a chicory with pan-fried cherry tomatoes and bay leaves, a real delicacy: the typical bitterness of the chicory was perfectly balanced by the scent of the bay leaves and the sweetness of the dried cherry tomatoes, creating a surprising balance of flavors. Then came the first courses: orecchiette with fresh tomato, stracciatella and pistachio, and orecchiette with turnip tops and anchovies. Both dishes were an explosion of genuine flavors, carefully prepared and balanced to perfection. To complete it all, a sparkling house rosé wine, fresh and very pleasant, ideal for a summer lunch. We couldn't help but try the parmigiana, which brought back memories of Sunday family lunches - authentic flavors, prepared with love, just "like mom used to make it". In the kitchen, assistant chef Noemi, under the supervision of chef Annamaria, was able to tell a living and sincere culinary tradition through the dishes. The service was impeccable thanks to Niccolò, always attentive, helpful and courteous. Terra Nostra is not just a restaurant, it is a small corner of Puglia where time slows down, the flavors speak to you and the hospitality warms you. A lunch we will not forget. Highly recommended. PS the bread they bring to the table is something sublime!!!?

15/06/2025: What a wonderful evening! We enjoyed it from start to finish. The dishes were refined and full of flavour. The fish in particular – phenomenally prepared, buttery soft and perfectly seasoned – was a real highlight. The other courses were also a hit, and the wine… it was of exceptional class. Everything was just right, from the plates to the atmosphere. The restaurant exudes peace and style, which makes you really get away from it all. An absolute must for those who love quality, refinement and a warm welcome!

15/06/2025: A place for a few close friends, attentive and professional staff, the taste of a gourmet restaurant. I highly recommend trying this place. The only drawback is being able to park.

12/07/2025: We waited an hour for just the pizzas, one of which had tomato sauce even though we'd asked for a white crust. They asked if we wanted to have it remade, but fearing we'd have to wait that long, we declined. The pizzas weren't bad after all!

24/07/2025: Fantastic food, high quality and reasonable. Charming location, very warm and welcoming staff, very friendly and accomodating gentleman helped us get a taxi back to our hotel after our app failed us. Talked to us while we waited, and although we considerably delaying him closing up, he remained incredibly gracious, and even helped us find the taxi as it arrived at the end of the street. These are the people that restore your faith in humanity. Thank you for your kindness, and for a wonderful evening. Grazie mille!

27/07/2025: The food was very good. Tip is to have the sea bass for main course and to order the tiramisu for dessert. The best part of the restaurant visit, however, was the incredible wine list and the service we received from our waiter. Don't miss this restaurant if you visit Monopoli.

29/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato 2 volte in 10 GG di vacanza con amici. Location meravigliosa, accoglienza meravigliosa, personale meraviglioso, chef meraviglioso. Oltre la cena, è stato bello parlare con lo staff. Grazie a Teresa, mi pare che si chiami.. e grazie al ragazzo con gli occhiali che ci ha servito. Abbiamo voluto conoscere lo chef per parlarci del segreto del suo sugo con le orecchiette. Strepitoso. Da pugliese, un piatto semplice ma eccellente non lo avevo mai assaggiato. La semplicità e gli ingredienti di qualità hanno fatto di un piatto orecchiette al pomodoro, una esperienza. Per non parlarne dello spiedino di cozze Gratinate..con le verdure fresche. Mi fermo qui. La panna cotta? No vabbè. Non sono mai stato in un ristorante stellato e voglio dedicare le mie 5 stelle a x food.
