05/01/2025: Best wine tasting of my life. I've done one in Tuscany. This was better! Paco is a great host and makes you feel very welcome and recommends amazing stuff. The straciatella toast was to die for, add well. You can't leave alberobello without trying his wines.

19/02/2025: La cena era il regalo di compleanno per il mio fidanzato. Il locale ha una atmosfera rilassante e accogliente. La cena è stata a dir poco strepitosa. Inaspettatamente abbiamo cenato nel primo giorno in cui lo chef proponeva il nuovo menù. Tutto fantastico, nei piatti tutti i sapori erano ben bilanciati e tutti ben evidenti. Servizio fantastico sia da parte della cameriera che da parte dello chef che ha saputo ben consigliare drink e amaro finale. Cinghiale in salsa indiana e gelato al cocco super consigliato 🤩. Bellissimo e molto gradito il pensiero del palloncino con scritto tanti auguri e del candelotto per il compleanno.

26/01/2025: We stopped in this delicatessen by pure chance, passing through Martina Franca. It was a blessing! The food was excellent to say the least, the kindness and sweetness of Umberto and Clelia unparalleled. I highly recommend it if you love good food at more than fair prices!

Consiglio vivamente di provare gli straccetti di branzino conditi con melograno e insalatina e i nuovi tagliolini cacio, pepe e asparagi di mare. Cenetta squisita! Tappa fissa quando passo da Bari. 02/02/2025: Il ristorante Opera a Bari è da anni una garanzia. Dopo aver annunciato una breve chiusura per un restyling, ieri sera ha finalmente riaperto e non vedevo l’ora di scoprire le novità sia estetiche sia provare il nuovo menu. L’attesa non è stata vana! In una location più fresca e moderna, dai toni pastello alternati a un caldo arancio delle sedute, io e i miei amici ci siamo fatti coccolare dalla padrona di casa, la signora Maria e dalle pietanze dello chef Lello, sempre innovativo senza risultare mai eccessivo. A grandi classici del menu (come l’ insalata di mele e carote) si sono aggiunti dei piatti di terra gratinati, uno sfilettato di spigola eccezionale e la tartarre di manzo con scaglie di cioccolato che è un abbinamento audace ma da provare. La vera novità è stata la cacio e pepe agli asparagi di mare, di cui ho chiesto solo un assaggio e mi sono pentito perché ne avrei mangiati due o tre etti!!!!! Per concludere, l’aragosta alla catalana che è il trionfo di un ristorante mediterraneo che sa come deliziare il cliente. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Inutile dire che tornerò ancora e ancora e ancora.

17/01/2025: Best meal we had in Italy! We ended up going twice during our stay in Monopoli. It’s small and intimate and the staff is so wonderful. Highly recommend the duck, steak, curdo, octopus, and all the desserts were amazing!

Intrigued, we entered and to our great surprise we discovered a little hidden gem: a restaurant that offered us an authentic and unforgettable culinary experience. As soon as we crossed the back door, we found ourselves immersed in a welcoming and intimate atmosphere, where the soul and flavors of the Apulian land welcomed us with warmth. What made our lunch even more special was Maria, the owner, who with kindness and professionalism was able to recommend typical dishes rich in tradition. Each course told a story made of the freshest ingredients and recipes that respect the local culture. From first courses to desserts, everything was an explosion of authentic and genuine flavours, which were able to amaze even the most demanding palates in our company. Maria, with her infectious smile and an evident passion for her work, transformed our lunch into a memorable experience, making us feel at home. His kindness and competence made the service impeccable, adding a further touch of human warmth that we will hardly forget. In summary, this hidden restaurant in Ostuni was a lucky and surprising discovery, a place we highly recommend to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the true flavors of Puglia. 07/01/2025: Per concludere in bellezza le festività natalizie ‘24/’25 con una famiglia di amici carissimi, mio figlio, studente fuori sede, prenota, con moltissimo anticipo, il pranzo dell’Epifania in questo ristorantino nel centro storico di Crispiano. L’esperienza è stata davvero straordinaria: fin dall’accoglienza abbiamo notato la grande professionalità del proprietario che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa; il servizio inappuntabile (finalmente non abbiamo avuto necessità di chiedere ai camerieri, perché qualunque esigenza veniva soddisfatta prima ancora che si presentasse), il pranzo… una gustosissima passeggiata tra il sapere e i sapori del nostro territorio; il sapere di chi non improvvisa, ma studia, sperimenta e va in scena presentandoti con fierezza e competenza la sua opera che incanta la vista, poi il gusto, lasciandoti lieto il tempo per la convivialità. I sapori… quelli del nostro territorio, la Puglia, rivisitati, non snaturati; esaltati dall’esperienza di chi conosce le peculiarità di ogni ingrediente e sa come integrarlo per renderlo indimenticabile. Questo posto è una perla da scoprire, un luogo dove incontrare la passione per la cucina e per l’ospitalità, dove lasciarsi accompagnare in territori inesplorati di bontà. Grazie chef!

05/01/2025: Incuriosita dalle OTTIME RECENSIONI, mi sono recata con mio marito a cena ieri sera. Possiamo solo CONFERMARE quanto scritto da altri. Tutto spettacolare... dall'accoglienza dello chef- titolare Sig.Simone, la gentilezza e precisione dei due collaboratori, la squisitezza delle portate presentate con accuratezza e mai in modo banale. Per concludere posso solo affermare che se si vuol fare bella figura con un ospite, questo è sicuramente il posto giusto.

19/01/2025: A promising evening awaited us at Pizzeria da Lino. Cozy and well-furnished environment, we head towards the booked table and find on the tablecloth very small particles of rubble that have fallen from the very beautiful star vault. Mr. Lino replaces the tablecloth for us, accompanying his actions with a comment that we don't like. The service is impeccable, the fritti are decent, but the pizzas are unappetizing due to the taste and some are undercooked and even burnt on the bottom, probably a badly brushed wood-fired oven. The spumone with figs and almonds is very good.

The quality of the ingredients used is evident in every bite and the presentation is always impeccable. I have tried a variety of products, from cakes to small pastries, and every time it has been a delicious surprise. What distinguishes Gianluca is his passion, ambition and humility, always ready to get back into the game in new ways with the desire to learn more and more.
