19/08/2024: A place that I would strongly recommend to anyone who loves good wine. The owner and the staff were very friendly, appearing knowledgeable, both in explaining the dishes and the wines, undoubtedly revealing passion and dedication for the work. Excellent price quality, the owner offers wines based on the "pockets" of the customers without any pretension or malice, despite the location being highly touristy. If I were to go to Alberobello again I would definitely go back.

08/07/2024: Ogni volta che torno in questo ristorante, a distanza di mesi o addirittura di anni, lo trovo sempre eccezionale. L' eccellenza è nella qualità, nella creatività ( senza mai avvicinarsi alla nouvelle cousine o alla cucina fusion ), nell' eleganza, nel servizio impeccabile e, naturalmente, nella superba gustosità. Non saprei consigliare una pietanza particolare, perchè sono tutte fantastiche, dall' antipasto al dessert, ed ogni volta c' è solo il rimpianto di aver tralasciato qualcosa. In ogni caso, mai rinunciare ai fantastici antipasti, assaggiando i quali subito si capisce che non c'è alcun paragone con altri, sia pure rinomati, ristoranti pugliesi. Anche la carta del vini è all'altezza del menu. Provare per credere !

19/07/2024: I've been coming to this restaurant for ages. This is the right place when you want to make a great impression if you propose it to friends for a carefree dinner or collaborators for a business lunch. The excellent cuisine is undoubtedly their strong point, then if you add the careful selection of wines (there are always new ones) and the unfailing care towards the customer then you really are in the perfect place. The environment and the service are extremely convivial, you immediately feel at ease. I have no doubts, for me L'Esca is the best of all!

09/07/2024: A unique experience. Absolutely incredible raw food, excellent starters, delicious first courses, too bad we were full from the second courses. Excellent wine and impeccable service.

08/08/2024: We went as a couple for lunch today after returning from a medical visit. Impeccably hygienic place! Genuine and abundant food with special recipes. Very discreet and very kind owner. The place is very particular in its furnishings. Silence during lunch and relaxing music in the background. A place to recommend, places like this are not easily forgotten.

08/08/2024: We arrived at the restaurant with very little time to have lunch but we still asked if they could cook something very quickly for us. Not only was the staff very helpful and kind, but they also prepared three delicious pasta dishes in just a few minutes. A very nice and welcoming place that is really worth it!

28/07/2024: Beautiful structure with various spaces where you can celebrate any event, well looked after and organised. The friendly staff and quality food left us with excellent memories. We came to Corte Corona from Campania to celebrate the baptism of our granddaughter and at the end of the evening we can say that this match was won 1 to 0 for Puglia.

26/07/2024: Searched and found easily. Informal place but friendliness with the owner, simple but refined and excellent dishes. Affordable prices and specialties not easy to find elsewhere like the Mafalda of pistachios, almonds and figs in the photo: superb!!

Monica is a super cook, very kind and attentive to customers. We have always left super satisfied and I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to try the true typical flavors of Salento. 25/08/2024: We took takeaway! What can I say: very good meat, I didn't even chew it, it melted like butter, the side dishes were also excellent, honest prices, friendly staff and then they speak to each other in Salento dialect which gives that touch of style that tourists like !

26/07/2024: A beautiful experience, both from a culinary and human point of view. First of all, thanks to chef Luca, his wife and all the staff, people with whom I would sincerely enjoy going out to dinner. Then in dishes all with rich, complex but never arrogant flavours. Almost a star comfort food. As a Piedmontese I really, really appreciated boiled tongue. I wouldn't have been ashamed to do an encore.

21/07/2024: Very welcoming and intimate place, however, the dishes spoke for themselves, describing Puglia, its lands but above all the sea 🌊. At the beginning we expected a classic service like in a tavern but the delicacies and small courtesies of the waiters spoiled us to perfection. Congratulations to all the staff and to the legendary chef/sommelier who took us on a journey among the Apulian vines with delicious wines that matched the dishes 💚 We will definitely be back on another occasion ☺️
