26/02/2025: We chose this place for dinner and had an authentic experience. Every detail, from the mise en place to the preparation of the dish and the sequence of tastings, is carefully studied. The chef has a complete preparation that ranges from beverage to cuisine. We found the description of the wines pleasant and interesting and we welcomed his suggestion, the wine was excellent and suitable for the route we chose. Each dish was tasty and innovative in the combination of ingredients and flavors. The service is impeccable and the environment is welcoming. We can't wait to go back! Highly recommended.

Volevamo un’esperienza il piu’ possibile autentica, non una messa in scena per turisti, e abbiamo trovato proprio tanta genuinita’: personale molto cordiale a cui ci siamo affidati per un consiglio sui piatti tipici, e ne e’ valsa la pena. Tutto molto buono, porzioni abbondanti, sapori autentici. Il prezzo piu’ che onesto per la qualita’ della cucina proposta.

We truly enjoyed the charming atmosphere of the place and the overall experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and I had the chance to discover some wonderful traditional dishes. 07/01/2025: Per concludere in bellezza le festività natalizie ‘24/’25 con una famiglia di amici carissimi, mio figlio, studente fuori sede, prenota, con moltissimo anticipo, il pranzo dell’Epifania in questo ristorantino nel centro storico di Crispiano. L’esperienza è stata davvero straordinaria: fin dall’accoglienza abbiamo notato la grande professionalità del proprietario che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa; il servizio inappuntabile (finalmente non abbiamo avuto necessità di chiedere ai camerieri, perché qualunque esigenza veniva soddisfatta prima ancora che si presentasse), il pranzo… una gustosissima passeggiata tra il sapere e i sapori del nostro territorio; il sapere di chi non improvvisa, ma studia, sperimenta e va in scena presentandoti con fierezza e competenza la sua opera che incanta la vista, poi il gusto, lasciandoti lieto il tempo per la convivialità. I sapori… quelli del nostro territorio, la Puglia, rivisitati, non snaturati; esaltati dall’esperienza di chi conosce le peculiarità di ogni ingrediente e sa come integrarlo per renderlo indimenticabile. Questo posto è una perla da scoprire, un luogo dove incontrare la passione per la cucina e per l’ospitalità, dove lasciarsi accompagnare in territori inesplorati di bontà. Grazie chef!

Regarding table service, you feel pampered and never taken for granted. All customers have the same attention. Let's move on to the menu: a variety of typical and refined dishes make possible a selected choice of quality products that differ from the usual cuisine, but which maintains the Mediterranean flavours. In reality, stopping to contemplate any dish would be quite reductive, I would recommend a dinner to savor each course and accompany the convivial moment with an excellent wine, which the Van Westerhout has available. Allow me to add that it is a unique environment and as they say... for many but not for all! But let yourself be moved, because cooking in certain places is art 🎭! NB you need to book

30/01/2025: Dopo un lunga giornata di lavoro cerchiamo sempre un accogliente location dove trascorrere qualche momento di relax cenando ed assaporando le “idee” di qualche cuoco !!! Quasi sempre l’intuito legato ad un po’ di esperienza mi conduce nei posti giusti ! Anche questa volta siamo approdati nel posto giusto! Location accogliente bella musica al volume giusto , ovvero quella che ti consente di chiacchierare senza dove urlare e poi tutto perfetto ! Un menu’ misto terra e mare profumi e sapori che si legano ai ricordi , accoglienza e cortesia di chi e’ vissuto per il piacere si fare ristorazione ! Un sicuro porto dove approdare ancora con piacere .
