21/07/2025: Excellent place for a quick but complete lunch break. The place is quite noisy, having been converted from an industrial pasta factory, so the large spaces resonate with the chatter of the many diners. The service is fast and efficient, as it should be for a lunch break. The food is good, reasonably priced. Conclusion: It's worth a visit.

06/09/2025: They tried even if they eat (the owners) in the dining room and leave their children who disturb the elderly, the previous management was much better, I speak as an Alpettese

27/08/2025: The only place to eat in the splendid setting of Alpette, a new family under new management... what can I say? The food is nothing special, mini portions at more than fair prices. However, and it's a huge however, the owner doesn't deserve a job dealing with people. She's rude, ill-mannered, and incredibly unfriendly! I complained about a salad that arrived rotten, and obviously I wouldn't have paid for it. For me, the matter could have ended there, especially since I continued to go there for the next two days and leave behind large sums of money. And nothing! The amazing lady decided not to even look at me, say hello, or even simply offer the service she's there for, but she continued to take the money... she should change jobs and be ashamed of herself!!!

13/09/2025: I went for dinner on Ladies' Friday with some friends. The location and the evening were beautiful. The food was good, but the portions were small for the price—not adequate, in fact, excessive. Especially since if you order a second course later, you'll still be hungry. Nothing else to say.

13/09/2025: The place has a really pleasant atmosphere and the food is very good, no complaints about that. Unfortunately, however, the service somewhat ruined the experience: we had reported a month in advance that one of our group is celiac, and yet we were only informed during the birthday party that there were no gluten-free options available and that he would have to order from Glovo. It's a shame, because with a little more attention, it could have been a perfect evening.

22/06/2025: One spills your tea while putting down the plate and doesn't even apologize One asks you "what do you want" without a shred of politeness I ask for a bottle of water I go to get it and he refuses saying pay first as if I had to run away. I'm not talking about the quality of the food because for me it's poor but for others it can be good. Recheck the spaces and turn on the air conditioning, we're not in Ibiza!

05/04/2025: Sono veramente basita dalla maleducazione del proprietario. Io e mio marito ci siamo recati per una cena prima dello spettacolo al vicino teatro. Abbiamo ordinato due farinate e due pizze. Mentre stavamo ancora consumando il primo piatto (io ero a metà), ci hanno portato le pizze. Alla mia rimostranza ci è stato detto che le avrebbero messe al caldo. Non appena abbiamo terminato la farinata, le stesse pizze sono tornate tiepide e gommose perché non erano più fresche. L'ho fatto presente al cameriere che gentilmente ci ha detto che le avrebbe fatte rifare. Dopo pochi minuti sono tornate le stesse e ci è stato detto che il proprietario non aveva nessuna intenzione di rifarle. Ci siamo alzati per andarcene, non ci hanno consentito di pagare e questo mi ha innervosita, perché non siamo morti di fame. Inoltre il titolare mi ha fatto il gesto col la mano a coltello per indicarmi di andarmene Questo a casa mia dove impera l'educazione, è un insulto , l'ho fatto presente e l'uomo ha continuato. Capisco che quando si è molto anziani come lui, si perdano freni inibitori, ma le buone maniere soprattutto in presenza di clienti sono un "must". Se volete mangiare alla velocità della luce anche con il locale completamente vuoto com'era durante la ns visita e vi fa piacere essere trattati come cani allora accomodatevi. Se siete invece persone educate e per bene evitate questa pizzeria come la peste!

14/03/2025: Mi ero ripromesso di non tornarci più….Poi ci ho ripensato e questa è stata la scelta peggiore che potessi avere… preso una pizza e una porzione di farinata ….. il gusto non mi convinceva e avevo ragione e me ne sono accorto il giorno dopo…..ora le analisi e poi vedremo come procedere…

30/08/2025: Helpful staff. The owner lacks kindness; a smile for customers wouldn't hurt, nor would a greeting from him. Exorbitant prices, very limited selection, and the coffee cream wasn't cold enough and melted immediately. I will never set foot in this place again; I don't recommend it to anyone. I give the owner a piece of advice: treat all customers equally; good manners never hurt.

13/04/2025: There was no menu and the prices were crazy, while we were finishing eating they started cleaning (it was 1pm). Not rude staff but they definitely don't know how to treat customers.

17/02/2025: Absurd place they don't have a menu they don't have waiters we ordered at 1pm we finished at 4.30pm. 3 starters and a second bulk wine overcooked frozen prawns not cleaned from the casing without dessert €45 obviously without receipt they would have to be reported

04/09/2025: At first glance, it didn't make a great impression on me, and the prices seemed rather high, even excessive. However, the Sachertorte was very good, well-made, beautiful in appearance, full-bodied, and well-filled, with excellent-quality ingredients. It's the display case with the most selection we found in the area; the others had no cakes or very little selection. Two small suggestions: A closure at the top of the cake display case. Display cakes of different sizes.

01/09/2025: Really lovely little place with great service and the Italian coffee with amaretto was fantastic! The guy serving us was lovely and made a fuss over our dog Ralph, he was very happy too 😊🐕

06/05/2025: Esperienza sempre positiva all’Orto del Frate. Ci torniamo spesso ogni volta che saliamo, sia in coppia, in famiglia o con amici. È uno di quei posti dove sai cosa aspettarti: cucina semplice, porzioni giuste, ambiente rilassato. Il locale non è particolarmente caratteristico, ma è comodo e piacevole, perfetto per una pausa dopo una giornata sulla neve o per una cena informale. Niente di memorabile, ma mai una delusione. Un punto fermo affidabile a Sauze.

19/07/2025: I came for breakfast and the experience was excellent. Excellent croissants, made in-house, and the milk was really good too. The service was surprisingly quick, contrary to what some reviews read. The staff was very kind and smiling. I'll definitely be back 😊

29/04/2025: Good evening everyone, I took the pizzas, the chips on top were very hard, the dough was hard (gnecco). I've never eaten a pizza like this, I'm very sorry, I don't usually put negative reviews but it's like pizza that gets bad when I make it at home. With great regret never again

12/09/2025: We don't understand the negative reviews: the service was attentive, fast, and friendly. The quality of our food (soup, salad, and two pasta dishes) was excellent, and the price (€68 with two aperitifs and a large bottle of mineral water) was absolutely reasonable. As is customary here, the cover charge, including bread, was €3 per person (included in the above price). We definitely recommend it.

05/04/2025: Classic bar restaurant with express cuisine, located inside the Robilant sports club, advertised as Robilant Food. Basic choice between 2 appetizers, 2 first courses, 2 second courses and various desserts, with prices for a single dish from 9 euros for a first course and 10 euros for a second course with side dish (small portions, I expected from the context and the price greater quantity) to 15/16 euros for the combos of the complete menu. Always covered on the side, desserts at 4/4.50 and coffee. The ingredients are fresh, the service was fast, precise and smiling, I didn't like the room. With an offer at slightly lower prices and with a few more grams of food on the plate you can better differentiate yourself from the restaurants/pizzerias in the area.
