30/06/2025: unfortunately last night we ended up in those parts ... we arrive the lady welcomes us with unique rudeness and we already got off to a bad start ... then we sit down and order a 1.8kg rib steak of which 1kg of bone asks us to cook it medium thanks ... a piece of wood arrives badly cut, tough and inedible meat, I call the lady and tell her that the cooking was not as requested, she arrogantly replies to us in these parts they eat it like this !!!! and why are you asking me then how I want it cooked if you do as you want ??? moral a plate of spinach a pepper and a bottle of still water 70 euros !!! I hope at least the cats that were running around under the table ate it !!!! never again and I strongly advise against this place !!!

30/06/2025: we went yesterday evening unfortunately the rude arrogant waitress asked us how we wanted the rib, we answered medium cooked, it arrived cut like a plank of wood cooked to pity, inedible!! despite having repeated several times both to the waitress and to the chef that the cooking we ordered had arrived wrong, the opposite of what we had asked for, the staff repeated to us over and over again, in a rude manner, that in that place "everyone eats it like this" ... despite everything no one bothered to ask us if we wanted anything else ... moral of the story a pepper, a plate of spinach and a bottle of still water €70.00 I strongly advise anyone not to go to this restaurant

16/05/2025: Good pizza, but terrible delivery service....50 minutes late and every time I called to complain they told me it had just left.

11/05/2025: We have been ordering from this pizzeria for years but tonight's experience was somewhat disappointing. The pizzas arrived on time but the toppings were completely spilled inside the carton. We had to scoop them up with a spoon to put them back on the pizza. We called the place to report what happened, asking them to be more careful, but the response we got was "I'm messed up at the moment". This doesn't seem like correct behavior to us and it made everything much more unpleasant.

23/04/2025: I hope that the guy who took the orders isn't the owner... a rude, grumpy and irreverent person... because if he were, it would mean that he didn't understand anything about what it means to be an entrepreneur. I don't want to go on too long... it's not the first time we have lunch in this place which we like for the furnishings and also for the food even if lately it has become too expensive for our pockets. The lady has always been courteous, but the guy wasn't having his best day yesterday, a really bad performance... and he knows what I'm talking about. I would also like to point out that lately they only want to be paid in cash, citing the fact that the ATM doesn't work... a trivial and redundant excuse. I also had to ask questions about the cover charge... the menu says a price (2.50 per person) they ask for 3 on the non-receipt... well we definitely won't be back... too bad.

23/04/2025: mi auguro che il tizio che ha preso le comande non sia il proprietario... persona scortese, scorbutica e irriverente... perché se così fosse vorrebbe dire che non ha capito niente di cosa significhi fare l'imprenditore. Non voglio dilungarmi troppo...non é la prima volta che pranziamo in questo posto che ci piace per gli arredi e anche per il cibo anche se ultimamente é diventato troppo caro per le nostre tasche. La signora é sempre stata cortese, ma il tizio, ieri, non era nella sua giornata migliore, davvero una brutta performance... e lui sa a cosa mi riferisco. Segnalo inoltre che ultimamente vogliono solo essere pagati in contanti adducendo al fatto che il bancomat non funzioni... scusa banale e ridondante. Ho dovuto fare questioni pure sul coperto...il menù dice un prezzo ( 2.50 a persona) loro ne chiedono 3 sul non-scontrino...bho sicuramente non ci torneremo... peccato

22/12/2024: December 2024: placed an order with home delivery: a panzerotto, a farinata and a portion of croquettes. The latter were fried terribly. I strongly advise against it.

02/06/2025: Servizio pessimo, eravamo nella sala interna, abbiamo atteso 20 minuti perché qualcuno arrivasse a prendere l'ordine, nonché, nel frattempo, sollecitato due volte al banco. Diversi clienti, molto più saggiamente di noi, sono andati via col protrarsi dell'attesa. Finalmente abbiamo potuto ordinare un bicerin, un caffè ed un mignon, ma, dopo 10 minuti, è arrivato solo il mignon. Sono stati serviti degli ospiti arrivati molto dopo di noi mentre aspettavamo ancora il caffè ed il bicerin. A quel punto abbiamo deciso di andarcene senza consumare. Sembra che non seguano un ordine nelle comande e che diano precedenza ai tavoli esterni al locale.

19/04/2025: Ci siamo fermate per un aperielite peccato che non c’era né l’aperitivo e soprattutto mancava L”élite. Pessimo aperitivo piemontese e vino non compreso nel prezzo. Camerieri che smontavano il dehor mentre stavamo mangiando. Prezzo alle stelle. Conclusione non credo torneremo neanche per un caffè unica nota positiva è per la cameriera molto gentile che ci ha servito

13/06/2025: Ci siamo sposati la settimana scorsa, servizio impeccabile, location bellissima e tutto super allestito senza tralasciare nessuno dettaglio !!! Ci tornerò sicuramente per qualche pranzo o cena, ci siamo trovati super bene! Anche le camere super accoglienti! Grazie tutto a tutto lo staff ❤️
