16/03/2025: I went in this place 5 or 6 times with my family for lunch and I always had a very good experience. Beef was always good and the service quick and efficient. Prices are appropriate for the food quality, although not very low. I will come back again when I am in town.

21/11/2024: On the advertising flyer "for every pizza a free can of pepsi" perfect.... we order three pizzas, two giant ones and one brick pizza, spending a whopping €40. They deliver very punctually... we point out to the deliveryman that the drinks were missing and later we call the pizzeria directly, they apologize for their forgetfulness in not having sent the cans too. Albeit with some hesitation (finding the justification that at the time of the order we could remind them of the cans... ABSURD... now it is the customer who has to remember the current promotions) we agreed that they would come back to bring them to us... 35 minutes pass and still nothing....we call back to find out where they are at...since the home is 5 minutes from the pizzeria (I could also pick them up, but if there is a home delivery service made available from the pizzeria, I don't see why the customer shouldn't use it). The response from the pizzeria was that the deliveryman was making other deliveries, but would be passing by shortly. Shortly afterwards...we receive a phone call directly from the deliveryman...with the justification that having ordered the giant pizzas there were no free cans...we are stunned and leave the discussion there. Reflection: pan and brick pizza are entitled to a free can... you pay more for the giant pizza NO.... ok that's fine but as said at the beginning there were 3 pizzas... 2 giants and one brick pizza …so where is the can for the only brick pizza entitled to the promotion!? I haven't seen it yet. I recommend changing the wording of the flyer to avoid making fun of other people...A REAL TAKE!!

27/02/2025: Happened for the first time with a friend we had two proseccos for the modest price of €12. It seems a bit excessive to me for a poor quality prosecco and 2 chips. If I were in Piazza San Carlo in Turin I would understand... but it won't fit in any bar in Susa.

19/01/2025: We had such a delightful time at Le Bistrot. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, and occasionally brought us some complementary pizza to snack on. The atmosphere was fab and it felt like everyone was in a great mood. Can certainly recommend!

26/03/2025: A very nice chalet on the slopes, I was there for lunch twice during a ski trip. Food is excellent as well as service and the location is very nice!! It is crowded but not too crowded and you can reserve a table so if you plan your ski day accordingly it is not too hard to find a spot! The charcuterie board is awesome, highly recommended, we also like a lot the potato gratin (not in the pic!) with egg and speck, superb comfort food!!

Upon entering you already have a different feeling because the room is nice (even though we had a place next to a fridge for drinks and in such a large place it's not clear why it would be appropriate to put a fridge near the tables) but there is a dark and unused part (perhaps the hotel breakfast room?). The menu is rather limited. However, both the veal with tuna sauce and the mixed boiled meat are good, and the sliced ​​meat is also good. The wine list is completely inadequate for the type of structure (only one prosecco and not of excellent quality). Of the dining room staff, only one very knowledgeable young waiter survived who explained the dishes to us and was able to give useful information, the other two not suitable for the type of structure. We expected a lot but were very disappointed

Sono stata qui con la mia famiglia ( dalla Sardegna) per festeggiare i miei 50 anni. Grazie alla splendida accoglienza è stata una serata indimenticabile! La disponibilità del personale, la loro allegria ha reso ancora tutto più bello! Grazie di cuore Signora Lia... 06/12/2024: If we talk about pizza, the pizza chef and the dough are always what make the difference in these cases, I had served myself in this place years ago, I took advantage of it recently with a very simple take-away Margherita and I must say that the quality has dropped Unfortunately, the pizza was too chewy, not great, sorry! Since there is a lot of competition in the country, if I were me, I would try to raise the quality, it would all be to my advantage! 🤷‍♂️

22/04/2025: A pleasant experience characterized by kindness. Place without infamy or praise (roadhouse standard). Clean bathrooms. Definitely positive experience. An aspect that deserves a special mention is undoubtedly the extraordinary kindness and empathy of the staff. From our arrival, we felt welcomed with attention, a detail that really makes the difference. As for the food, I opted for the chicken cut, which turned out to be an excellent choice. The meat was incredibly tender (let's take into account that we are in a fast food restaurant at the end) and cooked to perfection, maintaining its juiciness. Really appreciated. The accompaniment of grilled vegetables, drizzled with a pleasant drizzle of oil, was well prepared. In other places oil is always predominant! My children, who are still growing, really enjoyed the grill mix and the impressive XXL chicken cutlet. From their enthusiastic comments, I can deduce that these dishes were also of excellent quality and plentiful. A final applause goes to the chocolover, who concluded the meal on a sweet note and fully met their tastes. Overall, the Roadhouse in Chivasso stands out not only for the quality of the food, but above all for the exceptional hospitality and professionalism of its staff. Highly recommended!
