26/08/2025: Tried takeout for the first time. Accurate and punctual. The pizza is beautiful to look at and very light to eat. Absolutely excellent.

26/08/2025: I always order takeout. The pizza is spectacular. It's one of my favorites in the area. It's never disappointed me. One of the few where you can also enjoy the crust... airy and soft. The dough is easy to digest and expertly leavened. The toppings, including the sauce, are excellent. The prices are in line with the current market. Quality and price... Considering what I see around, you pay for what you eat because the pizzas are beautifully topped. The farinata is delicious.

31/08/2025: When a simple dish like polenta is made with exceptional ingredients like ancient 8-row corn flour, the result is exceptional. Excellent staff and a refined mountain setting. To top it off, an incredible zabaglione.

22/08/2025: We've been to this restaurant many times, and it was always delicious! They've probably changed chefs, because the food today wasn't up to par with what it used to be... I'm really sorry, because it used to be a regular for us! My girlfriend had the polenta concia, which was very grainy and really not very good. I had a rib-eye steak, which unfortunately was very fatty and poorly cooked, not very tender... It wasn't good quality! Again, I'm really sorry, because we really liked this place!

18/08/2025: A pastry shop with a huge selection. We bought two macarons and two pastries. The pastries were excellent, but the macarons were a bit disappointing: the sugar was so strong that it overpowered the flavor of the macarons, so much so that even though we had two different flavors, we struggled to distinguish the two. It's a shame. But it's definitely a place I'd recommend, and the constant presence of people proved it. A small bench outside is perfect for enjoying a quick treat. Takeout only.

24/03/2025: We got takeout. Really excellent. In particular, the vitello tonnato was a delight for the palate. The pizzas and Italian frying are good. Perfect value for money. We will be back.

11/08/2025: Arrived in Ivrea today for a day trip... I stumbled upon this pizzeria just steps from the castle... Very casual location... Good, plentiful food... Delicious wine and dessert... The gentleman was very friendly and the girl serving was very friendly and sweet...

16/09/2025: I came across this type of store by chance while walking around the center of Turin. It is basically a discount store but with exclusively local food products. Suitable for all budgets especially if you want to save a little and not spend excessively on the same products elsewhere. I opted only for the local Gianduiotti chocolate, both truffles and the legendary pralines specific to the area but at half the price of the original stores. They have a very wide variety of Italian food products at very good prices, so if you want something good and at a very good price it is definitely worth going to this store.

16/09/2025: After sitting down, the waitress asks me (literally): "Do you already know?" I reply that I'd like to see the menu, then she disappears. I'm outside, and no waiters come out for 10 minutes. I finally manage to stop one. I order, she repeats the wrong order, I have her correct it, and finally, anyway, she tells me to ask the kitchen. She comes back and tells me the kitchen is closed (a cutting board and a raw meat). I point out that the menu doesn't have kitchen hours. She points out the following sentence: "Saturday and Sunday, ask our staff for the full menu." I think this sentence isn't clear. It doesn't convey a reduced service, but rather an expanded one. Meanwhile, the girl who accompanied me to the table arrives and asks me if I've decided and want to order (lack of communication and organization among the staff in the dining room). My order arrives within the correct time frame of 5-7 minutes. I notice the napkins are missing from the table. No waiter for 10 minutes. I manage to flag one down, place a new order, and ask for napkins. The waiters disappear again for 15 minutes. A disaster. The manager of Eataly Via Lagrange in Turin should ask himself some questions.

10/09/2025: Giada Garden in Chieri. The restaurant has a 4.1-star rating on Maps. The reviews found indicate that it's a good place to eat, with fast service and friendly staff. Everything was very good. 😋 I recommend it.

20/07/2025: Nice place and nice atmosphere. Too bad about the service. It's bordering on mockery. I ordered two beers, a lager and an IPA. After a bit of a wait, the IPA arrives first, then a blanche. I go to the counter to report the mistake, and the owner (I think he's an older guy, a little overweight, and not very tall) tells me they only have IPAs, a lager, and a blanche, and that the one they gave me is actually a "lager" color, even though it's a blanche, so basically it's my problem... I understand that you've run out of lager, I understand that you're at a time when everyone from the tables is asking for more, I understand that maybe you don't like me, I understand a lot of things, but if you treat me like this, even though I'm always respectful of other people's work, maybe it means that this is your way of treating everyone. And so obviously it's not the place for me.

18/07/2025: Worst Bloody Mary of my life. Terrible service, with confusing orders and rude staff. The place is still nice if you like the less glamorous kind.
