03/07/2025: Review for the DELI (takeaway) - Food was excellent, the vitello super tasty and meltingly soft, everything was properly seasoned and the tiramisu was absolutely divine!! It was 25€ for all and huge portion (half is probably sufficient for a normal appetite). I will definitely go again :)

11/10/2025: Barotto is a welcoming and upscale venue in the heart of Milan, on Via Vincenzo Monti. Ideal for an aperitif with friends or a light lunch, it combines a relaxed atmosphere with quality dishes.

03/10/2025: A truly charming place, with attention to detail and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, making you feel immediately at ease. The menu offers delicious, original, and beautifully presented dishes. Excellent for an aperitif. Highly recommended!

25/08/2025: Dinner on August 1, 2025 This restaurant boasts a typically mountain atmosphere. It's about a half-hour drive from Bardonecchia via a fully paved road, but for long stretches, only one car at a time can pass (with some difficulty if you encounter another vehicle coming from the opposite direction). The Piedmontese menu isn't extensive, but it's still adequate to satisfy all tastes. Our orders were overall satisfactory: a varied mixed antipasto with hot and cold dishes (small portions but reasonably priced), pappardelle with wild boar, porcini mushrooms, and chestnuts, al dente and well-seasoned, but the mushrooms were a bit bland and watery; delicious tagliolini with gorgonzola and walnuts; and delicious gnocchi with butter and toma cheese. Finally, traditional desserts. The wine list focuses on Piedmontese labels, including some very prestigious ones, with a predominance of red wines. The service was courteous and prompt. The price was average, but still reasonable. For those with walking difficulties, there's a rather challenging paved climb to reach the venue. Rating: 7.5

20/10/2025: Very kind and courteous. I've known Jolly for years, but their willingness to serve dinner at 10:00 PM on Sundays demonstrates the professionalism and dedication of the kitchen and the staff. They're friendly and eager to do their job well. The Sardinian appetizer and two fried dishes were excellent despite the late order. The tiramisu was delicious and well-made. The only flaw was the crème brulee: the crust was good, but the cream was too runny. Overall, it's a positive review, and I hope you'll accept the constructive criticism.

11/10/2025: A neighborhood staple. Dishes made with high-quality ingredients and generous portions, excellent pizza, and the owners and staff are incredibly friendly. Prices are more than fair!

21/07/2025: We booked an aperitif dinner for 15 people two weeks in advance for 7:30/8:00 PM. On the appointed day, at 6:30 PM, the owner called us in a very rude and impolite manner, slurring his words, and claimed they'd canceled a birthday party and were closing and going home because it wouldn't be convenient for them to only be open for 15 people, forcing us to hastily find another place. What can I say? Kudos to you for your professionalism!

13/06/2025: Beautiful tavern, perfect service, delicious food. What you would want in such a genuine context, in this restaurant you can also find it in the dishes. Very good, we will definitely be back.

08/09/2025: The food was good, except for the Tagliatelle with mushrooms. Not really. Full of butter, left after the first bite. Even the waiter noticed it wasn't right and took the dish away without questioning why it had been returned uneaten.

31/08/2025: The pizza is delicious and very light... I was here on vacation but I'm from Milan and I've been to many pizzerias, but this one is by far the best and most digestible; the desserts and the Aleghe beer are also delicious.

13/10/2025: I stayed at the Hotel Villa Glicini in San Secondo di Pinerolo. The room was clean, but unfortunately I encountered several issues that negatively impacted the quality of my stay. The parquet flooring was damaged and lifted in several places (including the baseboards), the walls could use some freshening up, the bathroom door didn't close properly due to swelling at the bottom, and the bed was very uncomfortable since the double bed was actually two beds pushed together. The minibar didn't work, containing only two bottles of water, and there was no list of useful numbers for contacting reception or other hotel services (wifi instructions were also missing from the room). There was no information about using the spa, either in the room or recommended by the staff. The breakfast was very varied and made with quality products. In short, the hotel has potential, but the room maintenance and attention to detail could definitely be improved.

05/10/2025: The room needs re-thinking, cold, the shower door doesn't close... definitely not worthy of a 4-star rating. The receptionist was friendly, but the same can't be said for the waitresses! Breakfast was good and varied. NO coffee! I even left my cappuccino behind, undrinkable. If you plan on eating at rossopomodoro, which is inside the hotel, book really early! We booked at 8:00 PM and ate at 10:00 PM (with 3 small children!)
