05/04/2025: I was here with a bunch of friends from all over Europe and we all agree this is the best restaurant in Italy. 1 owner is a wonderful guy 2 food is freaking amazing 3 we got some vine to the diner and all of them was on the top i have ever drunk. I would drive 1500 km back to Novara just to shake hands with the owner because it was an amazing experience. You can believe me because really don't like to come to Italy xD but this place is just wow. 10 stars

10/03/2025: Windy day but warm and welcoming place, friendly and kind waiter. Tasty dishes, cooked with care, not greasy or greasy but tasty. Very light fried food and mouth-watering apple and cinnamon cake.

25/03/2025: I've been there twice, the first time yesterday, I ate a pizza, decent today I decided to have a carbonara: The pasta was overcooked, bacon and no cheese, the pepper was non-existent, the egg was boh. When the girl came to get the plate, which I hadn't finished, I told her that I didn't like the carbonara and in response she only asked me if I wanted a dessert. The owner, with the waistcoat, present in the room, didn't ask for anything. Just make the pizza, leave the rest to those who are experts.

30/12/2024: My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this bistro by chance, and we absolutely loved our experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Lucas and his partner, and had great conversations with them about travel and motorcycles. The mojitos were fantastic, as was the food! We can’t wait to return to this wonderful bistro and highly recommend it. 🫶🏻

30/09/2024: As in any place that you don't know, my advice is to book before going, at least you are sure of finding a place and not making the journey for nothing. Courtesy from all the staff even from the owner himself despite the warning sign above the cash register (I won't tell you what it says, go and find out for yourself); excellent quality food and the right portion and not gourmet. The Fritto di Lago was not at all greasy, the chicken and potatoes were well cooked and the squid ink pasta was fantastic! Excellent quality cold cuts appetizers

18/03/2025: It was a real surprise. An old Piedmontese trattoria, well kept with helpful and friendly staff. Roberta was truly precious. Typical Piedmontese food, but very good. We will definitely be back

23/03/2025: We went last night with friends who recommended a place to eat well. I have to say they were wrong, you don't eat well you eat divinely well! Tried seafood salad and mixed fried food, both exceptional to say the least! Abundant and amazingly fresh and cooked in a sublime way. 100 star hospitality, service and food! We will definitely be back to try the pizza too! Thanks to our friends for introducing us to such a fabulous place! Highly recommended!!!

28/03/2025: Pizza gourmet con impasti particolari- stasera ho provato quella al basilico (eccezionale!). È molto digeribile, l'impasto è fatto lievitare nei tempi corretti e gli ingredienti sono si ottima qualità! Il menù offre varianti fantasiose sempre molto azzeccate! Buonissima!

28/03/2025: Oggi pizza al padellino con impasto al basilico ed un'eccezzionale millefoglie. Che dire! La pizza migliore di Novara ( ma anche carne alla griglia di qualità elevata cucinata benissimo).
