23/03/2025: Good dough, very tasty pizzas. Average quantities, thin thickness and with a high and soft crust. Highly recommended the Margherita D.O.P. with buffalo mozzarella or the pizza with dippers chips. Welcoming and precise staff and waiters, quick service. Very well equipped also with regards to Covid regulations. Too bad that the prices are a bit high compared to the average and that this type of pizza may not appeal to everyone. The desserts are nothing special in my opinion. Welcoming place and availability of seats even outdoors. Excellent proposal of the "deals of the day". Update March 2025: pizza always excellent and highly recommended this restaurant for a dinner in the company of family or friends. The new menu offers many offers of pizzas, focaccias, calzones, but also appetizers, first courses, hamburgers, second courses of meat. It also has a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The prices are a little higher than average but still once in a while you can do this shopping without problems because what you pay for is certainly of indisputable quality. Waitresses always very fast and the service is well-matched. Definitely worth a try! Clean bathrooms and a quiet and intimate place.

09/03/2025: Ci sono già stato altre volte con grande soddisfazione perchè il cibo è veramente ottimo. Anche questa volta antipasto, paniscia ( prenotati) e dolce sono stati all'altezza. Unico inconveniente è stato che pur essendo arrivati con il giusto anticipo, nella "confusione" hanno preso prima due ordinazioni di tavoli arrivati dopo di noi e così quando sono arrivati a noi la paniscia era pronta e ci hanno forzato a mangiare prima la paniscia e poi l'antipasto. Tutto ottimo come dicevo ma magiare l'antipasto dopo il primo non ci è piaciuto proprio. Pazienza, speriamo megilio alla prossima.

09/02/2025: Recensione scritta dopo aver cenatoci 5 volte. Il locale è semplice, non molto ampio ed usualmente abbastanza affollato. D'estate è possibile mangiare nello spazio esterno, intorno ad una vecchia legnaia. Locanda per chi vuol mangiare casereccio, senza fronzoli ne troppi convenevoli, la cucina tradizionale novarese interpretata in maniera schietta, ma molto gustosa. Mai ho assaggiato un piatto sbagliato. Le porzioni molto abbondanti, soprattutto dei primi ed in particolare della paniscia (fresca o saltata) che risultano praticamente doppie. Quasi impossibile prendere la 2a portata dopo antipasto e primo. Attenzione pero'. La paniscia fresca viene fatta solo la sera, per tutto il locale... è quindi consigliabile arrivare ne troppo presto (prima delle 20), ne troppo tardi (dopo le 21). Consiglio poi di non farsi mancare un tagliere di formaggi. L'abbinamento Zola stagionato/Camporelli è davvero mondiale. Buona carta dei vini, soprattutto per quanto riguarda le produzioni locali di Ghemme e Gattinara, con ricarichi sicuramente onesti. Il calore e la cortesia di Gustavo e Piera poi, riempiono il locale. Persone a modo e genuine che sanno mettere a proprio agio il cliente con la propria gentilezza, mai forzata ne di facciata. La passione si sente, ed è tangibile quando ci si ferma a far qualche piacevole chiacchiera con l'oste. Seppur il menu' è verbale ed i prezzi non sono quindi indicati, il conto alla cassa è sempre molto benevolo nei confronti del cliente. "L'effetto sorpresa" è sempre stato più che positivo, anzi sicuramente sopra le attese se lo si paragona a quantità e qualità. Contento di aver scoperto questo posto grazie a dei colleghi e felice di tornarci di tanto in tanto. A presto! Leonardo

10/04/2025: A place that takes care of details at 360 degrees. From the predominantly carnivorous proposal to the service. I ate a packet of Neapolitan ragù that was devastating, with the meat melting in my mouth. Attentive dining room staff who, without having to ask for anything, brought the finished bread and also a new napkin as soon as mine slipped from the table and ended up on the floor. Courtesy and quality. What more could you want?

04/04/2025: Pranzo con amico/collaboratore. Cibo: porzione abbondante e buona di lasagne, anche se non molto calde. Il servizio e la simpatia del personale molto scarsi. Abbiamo dovuto alzarci e andare al bancone per catturare l'attenzione e ordinare. La simpatia non è sicuramente di casa.

13/04/2025: Serata con amici,spinti dall' omaggio di due tagliate di Patanegra. La carne discreta,vino della casa in bottiglia niente di che, descritto dal cameriere come un rosso fermo,si è rivelato un vinello da tavola da 12 gradi, (chiunque capisca un po' di vino,sa che un buon rosso fa almeno 13 gradi o 14 ). Peccato che sia costata,la suddetta bottiglia ben 35€,neanche se fosse un Montepulciano doc. Oltre alle 4 tagliate, abbiamo preso uno gnocco fritto per 4, 3 dolci,3 amari e un caffè, più 2 acque naturali,arrivate al tavolo già stappate in bottiglie anonime. Conto 149 €, troppo per me.

24/03/2025: Tried it for dinner, one of the best pizzerias in Novara. The dough and the choice of ingredients are perfect, truly special and genuine pizzas. Varied and refined pizza menu. The desserts are also very varied and of high quality. The service is precise and punctual and the place is very nice, the only note is that it is a bit small so I recommend making a reservation (the pizzeria allows two rounds of reservations). Beautiful experience, I will definitely return.

The only problem is that it is very close to Panacea and many people made the wrong entry 😂 also due to a scaffolding of construction work in progress that covered the sign and made people think it was a single restaurant. I would aim to differentiate the windows so that it is better understood. For the rest, everything is excellent.. we came for dinner but we will return for something else 💙
