18/06/2025: We ate here for a quick lunch. We had two piadinas (one with grilled vegetables and mozzarella and the other "vegetarian" with tomato, rocket and mozzarella). We spent €17 for two piadinas and a small bottle of water. They were both tasty, generously filled and well cooked until crispy. Quality ingredients and reasonable prices. Unfortunately there is no bathroom. However, they have various types of dough to choose from and a wide range of fillings. Today in particular, the piadinas with wholemeal dough, kamut or paprika were available. Highly recommended! We will gladly return.

07/09/2025: Relax an hour from the city I won't review the food because I didn't eat at the restaurant. I went to the free beach, which costs €6 per person and includes restrooms, showers, a changing room, a diving board, and a lifeguard. It's a quiet place, with a beautiful view, crystal-clear water, and sun loungers and umbrellas available upon reservation for €25. I'd say it's the Piedmontese seaside. The only thing I could say, considering the €6 per person, is that the restrooms could be a little cleaner. I'd definitely go back.

30/08/2025: Feel right at home. Carmen and her husband welcome you as if they were hosting guests in their own home. A wide selection of products and a cheerful, friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended for aperitifs 🍸

05/09/2025: The place is very nice and characteristic, the food is good, the prices are a little higher than usual, also they advertise too much but they have many fun evenings.

31/07/2025: Dinner with friends for pizza: the pizza menu is good, extensive and original, and the meat selection is also good, with reasonable prices. The pizza dough was thin and crispy, though for me, who prefers Neapolitan pizza, it wasn't the best, but the toppings were truly remarkable, both in quality and quantity. It's just a matter of taste when it comes to the dough, but overall, I'd say it's an excellent choice.

31/05/2025: Super tasty wines at very democratic prices, nice terrace. Patron gives good explanation, mainly in Italian, which does provide an authentic atmosphere. Unfortunately we discovered the bar too late so we could only go twice. If we come in the area again we will definitely go back! Really recommended!

31/05/2025: Seconda volta in questo ristorante, segno che la prima era stata una buona esperienza. Anche questa seconda è andata bene. Anzi, molto bene. Servizio cordiale e premuroso. Amouse bouche delizioso e pane, credo, fatto in casa (a nostro avviso sul pane avremmo sperato meglio). Abbiamo optato per due portate a testa. Le nostre scelte sono cadute su piatti dai sapori decisi (spiedino di lingua e anguilla, paccheri cacio&pepe gratinati con julienne di asparagi, crocchette di baccalà e filetto di branzino su bisque di crostacei) che solo a scriverne mi stimolano la salivazione. Tempi di attesa perfetti e, dal mio punto di vista, fondamentali per la buona riuscita di un pranzo o una cena. Vini in carta ottimi. Torneremo a Novara per una passeggiata in centro o una salita alla guglia di San Gaudenzio ma solo dopo aver prenotato un’altra volta in questo ristorante. Bravi.

31/05/2025: Sono stato in questo ristorante un giovedì sera a cena. È stata un'esperienza fantastica. Fin dal primo boccone si capisce la ricercatezza e la profondità di sapore dei piatti dello chef. Ho optato per ordinare 3 piatti fuori menù che sono stati uno meglio dell'altro in termini di sapore e presentazione. Servizio eccelso, cortesia e professionalità. Ci tornerò molto volentieri.

05/05/2025: I found shelter during a very heavy rainstorm strong, to eat something. The kitchen had just closed, but the lady owner (whose name I don't know) still managed to prepare some excellent homemade braised ravioli and serve me a super tiramisu. Everything was really good, the place was a little dated but well kept and I felt welcomed and treated like at home. Once upon a time realities that are unfortunately becoming increasingly rare. I felt the love and passion in the dishes. I will return very, very willingly.

19/08/2025: We visited this restaurant and were truly thrilled! We started with an appetizer of sautéed mussels and clams, which was simply delicious: flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked, with an irresistible sauce that was savoured to the last drop. This was followed by two seafood entrees that won us over: perfectly cooked pasta, rich yet balanced sauces, quality ingredients, and the freshest fish. You can taste the work of someone who knows how to showcase the seafood in their dishes without ever feeling heavy. All this was accompanied by a pleasant atmosphere and attentive, friendly service. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic, well-prepared seafood. We'll definitely be back!

03/08/2025: Located in the heart of Novara, this place is highly recommended, especially for aperitivo. The platters are generous and well-stocked: you'll find pizza, focaccia, French fries, fried foods, and much more. There's truly a wide variety, making it perfect for those looking for a hearty aperitivo. Furthermore, the quality-price ratio is excellent, especially considering the quantity and variety of the offerings. A good place to stop if you're in the area and want an aperitivo without breaking the bank.

13/07/2025: Dopo aver fatto il giro all'isola di S.Giulio ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante che avevamo gia prenotato e si trova proprio sulla piazza di Orta; eravamo insieme ai nostri parenti venuti dall'Ecuador e abbiamo pranzato con bombom croccante, spaghetto Giacomo, tagliata di carne, insalata di polpo, spongecake ai lamponi, acqua e vino rosato; tutto ottimo e abbondante; la cameriera Federica è stata gentilissima anche nella spiegazione dei piatti; servizio rapido; buon rapporto qualità/prezzo; consigliatissimo !!!

30/06/2025: Posto unico, di grandi sapori e alta qualità. Consigliatissimo il vitello tonnato, lo spaghetto con datterino e stracciatella, da provare i numerosi antipasti e taglieri squisiti. Personale gentilissimo (Federica specialmente)
