27/04/2024: I must admit that we had a very good time, it is located close to the shops and the nightlife of Novara. It's a bar with a few tables, so the environment remains less confusing and you can talk. The owner is very kind and friendly, we had a prosecco, an open bottle at the moment, and had an aperitif. We were brought many small samples, cured meats, mini portions of lasagna, morsels of bread with salami and cheese, small bruschettas with spicy cream. All very good and fresh, we will definitely be back.

15/08/2024: Spent mid-August, in excellent company, at SOLIVA in Galliate.... What can I say, everything was EXCELLENT... ate and drank VERY WELL. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE STAFF

27/07/2024: Absolutely disappointing experience, compared to expectations. First disappointment, panissa can only be ordered for two people, there were two of us and to avoid the risk of immediately getting heavy and not being able to order the other interesting proposals of the day (fried frogs, donkey stew and stewed cod) we really reluctantly give up the panissa, a specialty of the House. A real shame, especially given the fact that, a few minutes after ordering the three dishes of the day, we were offered the possibility of having a portion of panissa (even asking for it quite insistently), most likely a dose "grown" by the 'order just served at the next table... Fried frogs, as an appetizer to share...well the photos speak for themselves...dry, dry, burnt, they looked like they were from the day before and refried, not a piece of soft meat, it's not my habit to argue or send dishes back, but I think that if this dish had been analyzed with a minimum of attention by the chef or if it had been presented to him, well he would certainly have had a different reaction from mine (also and above all in relation to the excessive cost of 20 euros, with the which in any excellent FISH RESTAURANT you can enjoy much more refined dishes than in any provincial club). Donkey stew... soft, but heated in added and loose liquid and with a crust from oxidation from the day before. Stewed cod... too much oil here, again disconnected from the tomato and the excessive onion. Finishing with dessert, we try to fix the lunch with the bunet, praised as absolutely unmissable... well, more isinglass or thickener than cocoa... oh well, total disappointment, almost 80 euros spent and only one certainty, that of not I can't recommend this club to anyone.

07/07/2024: I asked for information on where to eat the best frogs in Novara and they recommended this restaurant, but at the time of booking that day they were not available, however the waitress on the phone was very helpful, we will return

05/08/2024: Siamo stati lì perché fino all’anno scorso era top questo ristorante. Era top per la location e soprattutto per le sue fantastiche pizze ma quest’anno purtroppo abbiamo intuito che avranno cambiato pizzaiolo. Ci siamo accomodati e comunque devo dire che la location rimane sempre quella cioè bellissima e abbiamo ordinato tutti delle pizze. Potevamo anche non chiamarle pizze perché avevano questo impasto biscottato ed erano veramente immangiabili. Per noi era la prima volta che venivamo qui quest’anno ma l’anno scorso devo dire che venivamo qui davvero tutti i giorni perché oltre al fatto che era anche molto economico l’anno scorso era proprio eccellente mentre quest’anno i prezzi si sono alzati di tanto. ma non siamo qui a parlare dell’anno scorso …volevo dire che le pizze come già detto avevano un impasto biscottato dopo una fetta c’eravamo già stufati anche se noi siamo dei mangiatori di pizza seriali: per farvi capire un po’. Io sinceramente ve lo consiglio soltanto per un aperitivo e per la location ma per la pizza decisamente no. Non penso di ritornarci più. Mi ha veramente delusa..!

01/08/2024: Beautiful setting on the edge of the lake with great views Excellent choice of food, something for everyone. Pizzas were fantastic, such a choice of toppings. Staff were very attentive polite and welcoming. A lively place with some good music being played.
