04/02/2025: Local directly on the cross track. It is run by young guys, the service is informal but attentive. Typical Piedmontese cuisine, done well, even if some dishes were sometimes less than perfect. Vast selection of wines, not to be missed.
My favorite restaurant.

14/02/2025: bella atmosfera, gentilezza cortesia e sorrisi sono il biglietto da visita. Cibo ottimo e materie di qualità dall antipasto al dolce. Ottima scelta per i vini. Ordine e pulizia. Servizio cortese e sempre educato (che non è scontato). Complimenti chef! Termiamo la cena sempre con soddisfazione e voglia di ritornare.
24/01/2025: Con l’amico Luca abbiamo scelto Gustamante per la cena della paniscia.
Ottimi gli antipasti alla piemontese, ne siamo rimasti entusiasti.
La paniscia novarese purtroppo non ha incontrato il nostro gusto.
Il secondo e il dolce erano piacevoli.
La carta vini è ben fornita e i consigli molto apprezzati. Cortese il personale. Molto veloce il servizio.
La nostra esperienza è stata buona.

04/03/2025: We went to this place on the occasion of the classic Lunzon in Borgomanero. Very nice place, the food is good and a special mention for the risotto alla Toma and Vino Rosso, one of the best we have eaten in our life.
15/12/2024: La cucina di questo locale è di ottimo livello. sono stato a pranzo e anche il menù cosiddetto "di lavoro" garantisce un'alta qualità. Servizio cortese, prezzi corretti, un'ottima esperienza. Peccato il locale un po' piccolo ma molto carino. Sono sicuro che anche a cena ne valga la pena

I celebrated my son's baptism and birthdays and I was always satisfied with everything, even the DJ with the music to entertain adults and children with music and dancing.. I highly recommend it!!

10/02/2025: We took the seafood paella (good) and seafood salad (bad). The ingredients of the menu salad were: tomatoes, radicchio, lettuce, iceberg, carrots, artichokes, canned tuna, salmon (which was not on the plate), prawns and croutons. Price of paella €15 each, salad €12 each

17/08/2024: Decido di tornare in questo locale dopo qualche anno e nonostante il cambio di gestione, ritrovo comunque un’ottima e particolare offerta di cibo, luccio mantecato che era uno spettacolo e risotto con anguilla affumicata da applausi sono state le mie scelte, il tutto innaffiato con un buon Timorasso. Senza trascurare la meravigliosa location. Consigliato.
