07/02/2026: Arrived Saturday, February 7th No hot water in the room At 8:30 PM, reception said we had to wait 2 hours… At 10:30 PM, still nothing, and reception was no longer answering the phone. They leave customers without answers or a solution.

02/04/2026: We were warmly and courteously welcomed by chef Mario and well-served by the kind and discreet waiter Edmondo. The restaurant is clean and well-furnished, with standard restrooms with towels and paper towels available. The food was high-quality and beautifully plated, served promptly and with synchrony. The homemade dessert, made on-site, was excellent. Prices were reasonable. Recommended.

16/08/2025: A green setting with an Olympic-sized pool and fairly well-maintained surrounding area. The welcome and service were poor. Little attention to customers, and the staff who greeted us and then served us at the bar were brusque and often rude. Exactly the opposite of what anyone who runs a venue open to the public should do. The bathrooms need updating and cleaning. Toilet paper is available on request. Luckily, I was in good company and, above all, I didn't choose the location myself. There's work to be done...

08/03/2026: First time for lunch today, a nice little place, I must say, as was the welcome. Sitting at the table, we asked for two glasses of wine but they brought us the whole bottle right away... saying they didn't serve a glass. Too bad that after 5 minutes the next table was brought two glasses. Oh well... appetizer: cured meats and fried gnocco, meatball with gorgonzola and two other things. Risotto with pumpkin and toma, I didn't like it. The mixed grilled meats arrived at the table after about 50 minutes, the meat was cold. Too many excuses from the waitress and the owner. I only think one thing, customers should all be the same!!! Too bad!!!!

02/01/2026: A very well-maintained and welcoming pub, with an inviting appearance and a traditional atmosphere that invites you to linger. Excellent parking and a convenient location, just a short distance from the center of Orta San Giulio. A good selection of beers and perfectly pub-style tables, ideal for an informal meeting or an evening with friends. The sandwich was authentic and made with quality ingredients: the piadina and vegetables tasted fresh and well-sourced, although overall the flavor was a bit delicate and lackluster. Truly excellent service, with attentive, helpful, and always present staff who make the difference and make the experience very pleasant. Overall, a recommended place, especially for the atmosphere, the beers, and the customer service.

25/09/2025: We celebrated our wedding reception here. The staff is super friendly, the service is great, and the location is fantastic because you can party until late. The view of Villa Crespi was also lovely, and they make great cocktails! A really nice place for a drink.
