A point of reference if you pass through Dogliani.
To conclude but not in order of importance, refined dishes cooked excellently served with different "Encores" as we foodies like 😄 accompanied by home-produced wine.
16/03/2025: We happened to be in the restaurant by chance for the Piedmontese fritto misto that they do only twice a year. Friendly welcome, clean and panoramic place. Fried food made on the spot, according to Piedmontese tradition, well served and accompanied by a very respectable dessert (homemade). To finish, a cold chinato dessert. We couldn't help but take a bottle home. Absolutely recommended.

Quando entri é come cenare dalla nonna, si intravede una vera e propria cucina anni 80, dove c è una vecchietta che prepara i 6/7 piatti presenti nel menù.
Tutto fresco, pasta fatta in casa, pesce e carne ottimi.
Noi abbiamo preso il fritto misto di fiume con rane, anguiille, trota e altri pesciolini, e l agnello, sublime.
Antipasto classico piemontese e ravioli fatti in casa.
Esperienza molto caratteristica. Da provare!

03/11/2024: Typical Piedmontese dishes we found by chance and hungry, we stopped. The service was friendly, it was a chaotic day... November 1st and then they forgot about us.... but overall the food was good, the prices, I thought were higher given the place.

02/02/2025: Capitati per caso durante il giro in moto, siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. Bellissima location di classe, arredata con buon busto con splendidi quadri che raffigurano la zona in cui ci si trova, appesi alle pareti e taluni in vendita, con personale giovane e professionale che fa stare chiunque a proprio agio.
Servizio eccellente e ottimo cibo, da provare, se disponibile, il piccione arrosto, una goduria per le papille gustative.

Cibo buono, con prezzo onesto, birre ottime ( le producono loro), servizio cortese.

08/03/2025: Siamo stati ieri sera e accolti in modo cordiale il posto è molto bello e sopratutto Fred la persona che ci ha servito al tavolo, ha spiegato ogni singolo bicchiere con molta professionalità e sopratutto passione.
La cena è stata ottima e mia moglie ha finalmente trovato un piatto che era dall'infanzia che non provava e cioè le cervella fritte. Complimenti sicuramente consiglio da visitare

A place with attention to detail and a family atmosphere, fantastic for spending an evening with friends or loved ones.
