20/09/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Saluzzo. Traditional Piedmontese dishes served with professionalism and friendliness by the owner. Highly recommended.

10/09/2025: On Monday, September 8th, I had lunch at Trattoria Due Cavalli and it was a truly positive experience. Kudos to the chefs: I spotted them on the way out, two young men who truly deserve a round of applause! The agnolotti sauce was fantastic, the creamy filling on the tarts was mouth-watering, and the roast was a real treat. Authentic dishes, well-prepared, and bursting with flavor. Well done, guys, keep it up!

13/06/2025: Cena con amici in una bella serata estiva. Abbiamo mangiato fuori, sotto il portico, godendoci il tramonto sulle vigne. Cibo semplice ma molto buono, ottime le melanzane fritte e il risotto con asparagi. Vini di loro produzione, buoni sia Arneis che Nebbiolo. Personale giovane, efficiente e molto gentile. Prezzo assolutamente onesto per la qualità dei piatti proposti. Se siete a Neive o in zona salite fino al Bricco perché questo posto merita!

15/08/2025: Had lunch today, August 15th... an 11-course appetizer buffet, all you can eat... a grilled dish served at the table, and we ate half of what was served. Desserts were a buffet, so all you can eat, six courses... what can I say? Many compliments to the chef, Claudia, and Andrea for the delicious food and the service... no small feat these days. The air conditioning in the dining room was perfect... the price? Fair for a lunch like this... I've been there before, I was there today, and I'll gladly return. Thank you.

16/09/2025: A special priced dinner for a local celebration, with a vegetarian option on the menu (fondue ravioli!). Angela's cuisine was excellent, and Daniel's attentive service was impeccable. The atmosphere was quiet, with limited seating. Highly recommended!

14/08/2025: We ate a plate of gnocchi that was listed for €11. The waitress assured us the portions would be filling. They brought us what we described as a standard dish. But when it came time to pay, they marked it up by 40%. Our simple question was considered a request. Not recommended.

18/08/2025: Good morning, today, my mom and I visited this restaurant for the second time in Serralunga d'Alba. The first time was for a quick coffee, but today, after visiting the castle, I really wanted to go. It's hard not to eat well in Piedmont, but today I was proved right with other dishes I tried at this restaurant. Before entering the streets leading to the castle, we found this restaurant. I immediately loved the hospitality and the simplicity of the dishes—in this case, the traditional approach—with which they prepared everything. We started with an exceptional and beautifully presented Fassona beef appetizer, followed by rabbit as a main course, served with potatoes and steamed vegetables. Finally, we finished with an exceptional hazelnut cake served with vanilla ice cream, all accompanied, of course, by a delicious 2021 Barbaresco. A top-notch lunch at a good price considering the general price increases, but above all, I want to emphasize the friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness—things that can't be taken for granted these days. We have a small dog, and they kindly brought us water on a very hot day. At the back of the restaurant, we have a beautiful terrace overlooking the Langhe. I highly recommend this place and hope it stays open, since from what I understand, it will be closed due to internal issues. I hope they resolve the situation and that this restaurant, which for me is a symbol of tradition and good Piedmontese cuisine in Serralunga d'Alba, remains open. 03/07/2025: I menu sono davvero impeccabili e l alta qualità si percepisce dai primi assaggi. La location e l affaccio sulle vigne è spettacolare. Attenzione nelle giornate di intenso calore e sole ad evitare la terrazza perché batte il sole fino al tramonto. Probabilmente un sistema di tende o ventilatori aiuterebbero a migliorare l’esperienza

27/07/2025: To celebrate my parents' 55th wedding anniversary, I wanted something worthy of their story. The Emotional Menu was exactly that: a complete experience, designed to amaze, engage, and leave a lasting impression. Every dish was a surprise: original yet harmonious pairings, a clever use of cocoa, and courses presented as a mini sensory journey. All in a refined, welcoming setting, where you could feel a true passion for cooking and the guest experience. After lunch, it was impossible not to stop by their pastry shop: cocoa pasta, Monregalesi pastries, artisanal chocolates... all irresistible, all to take home to prolong the magic. We left with full hearts and smiles in our eyes. A place worth experiencing, even just to remember that food can truly move us.

13/09/2025: A very nice place. Trattoria and pizzeria (pizza only in the evenings). Pizza: very tasty dough, a very large selection with many different ingredients. But not only pizza. Lots of local antipasti, pasta, and seafood (the calamari, although frozen, was very tasty).

10/06/2025: Ho mangiato diverse volte in questo locale ed il mio giudizio è sempre stato più che positivo. Le pizze sono visivamente bellissime ed ancora più importante, sono buonissime. Il locale è molto carino.

21/05/2025: La comida, así como el servicio profesional y amable que experimentamos en este restaurante fue mucho más de lo que esperábamos! Para cenar tuvimos una especialidad local muy sabrosa llamada plin piemotesi agli arrosti y Boeche di Rosa - solo deliciosos entrantes. La mayoría de sus ingredientes son de origen local. El entrecote también fue cocinado a la perfección. La selección de vinos ofrece una amplia selección de vinos en su mayoría italianos y algunas importaciones a precios razonables! Al día siguiente tuvimos un fantástico pizze para el almuerzo. El propietario hace todo en “Casa” (casero). ¡Es un verdadero experto en la producción y fermentación de la masa de pizza! ¡Esto se hace evidente ya que no tienes una barriga pesada después de la pizza! Poseía una pizzería en el sur de Italia antes de mudarse a Cuneo y hacerse cargo del Crusco con su hijo. Solo puedo recomendar este excelente restaurante de gestión familiar!

07/10/2025: Excellent fresh pasta and delicatessen dishes. The place is beautiful and meticulously maintained, with knowledgeable and very friendly staff. It's a great place to go for a delicious plate of fresh pasta accompanied by a good wine, but it's also a great place to get ready-made pasta and delicatessen dishes to enjoy at home. Highly recommended! You have to try it to truly appreciate its deliciousness!

07/10/2025: Absolutely loved it! We had a lovely time enjoying the delicious food full of flavours by chef Rezi and drinking their special wine served with lots of love by Fabio. The staff was very welcoming and the food arrived quickly. I reccomend trying the meats especially the rabbit meat and carne crudo. Definetly a must visit to try their authentical food!!!

07/10/2025: The food was outstanding and they were very friendly. White truffle and fried egg was simple but delicious! This is a great place for a very local, traditional meal and we really loved it!
