30/04/2025: Sono un motociclista e le Langhe era una meta che dovevo fare, ovviamente non potevo non approfittare anche di un giro cantina/pranzo e degustazione vini..alla tenuta Germano mi ha accolto una piacevole donna di nome Viviana, una donna solare e simpatica, mi sono sentito subito a mio agio , mi ha fatto visitare la parte esterna delle vigne e spiegato in maniera dettagliata come vengono gestite , curate e trattate...( Fatevi spiegare perché ci sono pochi insetti nelle vigne 😆 ) . Il Giro per le cantine è da fare... si respira storia , si vede il passato che si intreccia col presente. Legno, acciaio, vetro, una mappa deve si vede il territorio perfettamente suddiviso per dare una giusta categoria e qualità all'uva...niente è lì per caso, tutto studiato nei minimi dettagli...bello! La visita è durata 1 oretta circa, dopodiché ci siamo spostati nel suo locale " il bosco delle galline volanti " dove mi aspettava la degustazione , io ho scelto quella base da 60€ Gli assaggi buonissimi, ho chiesto le ricette quasi supplicando ma Viviana è un osso duro, ha tenuto il segreto ( mainagioia ) , vini deliziosi , come il locale stesso...grazie Viviana sei stata un oste top , ritornerò sicuramente 😊

24/10/2024: The place is a bit hidden on the main road but once you park in the town square, two steps and you'll be there right away. The appetizers (15€) are brought directly to the table but it would be better to have an indication in the menu for the ingredients and prices. The meat is excellent, two types of rib steak and a skewer to share. The location is very suggestive. Perfect for an evening with friends.

27/04/2025: Abbiamo prenotato il pacchetto “degustazione e pranzo” tramite Bernabei,il pacchetto comprende la visita(molto bella) alla cantina e una degustazione di 3 vini,un piccolo tagliere di salumi per due ed un piatto di antipasto misto a persona,mi sarebbe piaciuto poter scegliere che tipo di “pacchetto” poter scegliere visto che poi il “pranzo” bon era un pranzo ma un aperitivo,era un regalo di compleanno per mio marito. Lo dico come precisazione e non come critica,l antipasto e i salumi erano ottimi,il tonnato eccezionale,abbiamo acquistato anche alcune bottiglie,sarebbe opportuno essere solo piu’ chiari sulla definizione “pranzo” Consiglio

02/06/2025: My husband and I stayed these two days, they made us feel like family, they were all super kind, warm, helpful. The cleanliness, the rooms, the food, the service, the view are excellent, nothing to complain about. If you want to spend some relaxing days I recommend you go there you will not regret it. We thank everyone who works in the hotel for having made us spend two wonderful days.

05/05/2025: Abbiamo scoperto l’Hotel Edelweiss a Capodanno 2024, soggiornando in coppia in una camera all’ultimo piano: piuttosto piccola, ma confortevole. L’albergo offre la possibilità di fare mezza pensione con una cucina davvero strepitosa, che ci ha subito conquistati. La struttura si trova lungo la strada, a circa 5 minuti in auto dal centro di Limone, in una posizione comoda sia per le escursioni a piedi che per le giornate sulla neve. La spa è ampia, ben tenuta e rilassante, ideale dopo una giornata di attività all’aperto. Ci siamo trovati così bene che siamo tornati anche per Natale 2024, questa volta con i miei genitori: abbiamo alloggiato in una camera più grande e recentemente ristrutturata, molto più spaziosa e curata nei dettagli. Anche in questa occasione la cucina si è confermata eccellente, con piatti vari e ben preparati. L’hotel ha sicuramente molto potenziale, un bel mix tra semplicità, calore e qualità. Consigliato per chi cerca una base comoda e accogliente per godersi le montagne di Limone Piemonte in tutte le stagioni. Tutta la famiglia, lo staff, è disponibile e cordiale. Un abbraccio a Joy.

05/04/2025: Il menù è molto interessante, buone materie prime ma alcuni piatti sono di qualità altri mediocri. Bella location molto curata e d’atmosfera. La nota veramente stonata sono i prezzi esagerati per la qualità e la quantità offerta.

27/03/2025: Sono stato oggi 27 marzo 2025 a pranzo con un gruppo di 45 persone. Avevo sempre sentito elogiare questo ristorante come un posto dove si mangia molto bene. Oggi invece è stata una grande delusione. Questo il menu : Un tortino per antipasto ( difficile da digerire), un risotto, una fettina di arrosto con due pezzi di patate ed un cucchiaio di spinaci. Dolce finalmente buono. Vino solo rosso, acqua e caffè. Il tutto a 35 euro a persona ! Devo invece elogiare la simpatia e velocità della cameriera .

02/05/2025: One of those experiences you remember… but not for the right reasons. I was attracted by the many words spent on this pastry shop, but sometimes appearances and reviews (especially those that are too assiduous) can be deceiving. Average products, rather distracted service and an air a little too busy looking at others rather than improving themselves. In a world where one could focus on quality and elegance, here the easier approach is chosen instead. It's a shame: the city deserves much more.

27/04/2025: Beautiful place!! It is a truly beautiful pastry bar on an aesthetic level. The food is excellent and I recommend you try the mini krapfen, which has a low price and is excellent! The staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful. I often go there for breakfast and every time I am always very satisfied! It is certainly one of the best bars in Cuneo and it is my favorite! COMPLIMENTS!!!
