15/09/2025: On our way back from a trip to Upega, we stopped for lunch at this restaurant. The dining room offers a beautiful view of the valley. On Sundays, they only offer a tasting menu, which includes six appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, and dessert, including wine and water. All for €35. The price is fair for the quality and quantity. The staff is attentive and friendly. Reservations are recommended, as the restaurant is almost always fully booked. I highly recommend it.

28/02/2026: The location here is truly beautiful, surrounded by nature and in a peaceful setting; inside, there are also two welcoming and charming rooms. The menu is a fixed selection of local and international dishes, and I found the quality to be good overall, especially considering the excellent value for money. The service was perhaps a little slow, but that's understandable given the crowds. I'll definitely return, perhaps in the warmer months.

27/02/2026: For Sunday lunch, the place was a bit noisy due to a celebration for two birthdays, but the value was very good. Good-quality ingredients, a complete set menu at a fair price, excluding drinks.

22/06/2025: Essendo celiaca da anni, esprimo un'opinione al riguardo: l'attenzione è alta e la scelta dei piatti è ampia. Molto buoni sia il fritto misto che le pizze. Hanno anche le birre, di buona qualità, non solo quelle del supermercato. Che dire se non bravi e grazie per l'attenzione, non è da tutti!

22/01/2026: We visited this restaurant while passing through Cuneo for work with a colleague, and we had a wonderful time. The place is extremely clean and the staff very welcoming. We enjoyed all the dishes, especially the dessert, and the photos speak for themselves. The hostess was very attentive to us, without ever seeming overbearing. Congratulations!

Our room was comfortable and beautifully presented, the restaurant served delicious food, and the spa area was relaxing and well maintained. We stayed to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday, and the team arranged everything perfectly and in complete secrecy – prosecco in the room, spa access, and a candlelit tiramisu for dessert (they changed the weeks meny for this). Every detail was handled with care and professionalism. A perfect romantic getaway with a lovely surprise element. We will definitely be back. Thank you Edelweiss for everything. 26/02/2026: Bad experience, mediocre hotel with the pretensions of a high-end hotel. We were greeted coldly, bordering on rude. This hotel doesn't have a serene atmosphere, where you feel at home or welcomed. On the contrary, when you enter the lobby, no one greets you, the staff doesn't even look up, and there's always this military atmosphere that doesn't encourage you to stay or even decide to stop for a drink.

28/09/2025: We booked a room about six weeks in advance and were asked to pay a €50 deposit. Within a week we had to cancel this reservation, along with several others. Unlike all the other Refugios and Locandas, who refunded our deposits without hesitation, this place refused to return the €50. This attitude does not reflect the spirit of Valle Maira and is, frankly, an embarrassment for the region. It makes one wonder whether the owner truly has roots in this beautiful valley. If possible, avoid staying here — they do not represent the hospitality this area is known for.

28/08/2025: The staff were helpful, extremely kind, and friendly. Super clean! Excellent cuisine, combining authentic local products with the chef's creativity! Spectacular location for the views and a strategic location for excursions, both by car and especially on foot... I highly recommend it!

13/01/2026: Farmhouse nestled in the woods, with spectacular views. Rustically renovated farmhouse, just like it used to be! The food is excellent. Typical dishes include cruset, traditional pasta handmade by local elders, and lamb: a delight! Excellent value.

21/05/2025: I really feel like recommending this optician for his extraordinary availability and professionalism. I have very high myopia and finding a professional who knows how to deal with this type of need with competence is not always easy. In this case, however, I was followed with great attention from the very first moment. I was made glasses with Tokai 1.76 Biasferiche Lutina fine edge Super USC lenses, a very high level both in technical and aesthetic terms. Despite my significant visual defect, the lenses are incredibly thin, light and elegant in appearance, and the final result went far beyond my expectations. The doctor was able to advise me with great care and patience, answering all my questions and guiding me in the best choice for my needs. His technical expertise, combined with sincere kindness, really make the difference. Thanks again for the excellent service!
