01/03/2026: The place is freezing and unheated, and the furnishings are at least 40 years old. The waitress tells us they have a fixed menu without knowing what they'll serve. The dishes are sparse and poorly prepared. I don't recommend it.

29/12/2025: We can confirm Bersagliere's excellent reputation for its 17-piece fritto misto, which we discovered a few years ago. This lunchtime, my husband and I found exactly what we were looking for: a traditional, homemade menu in a relaxed atmosphere. We enjoyed vitello tonnato, fine tagliatelle al ragù or with tomato sauce, wild boar stew for my husband, and dessert for me: the best zabaglione I've ever had, accompanied by a light and delicious hazelnut cake. We also had two coffees, a bottle of water, and a very good bottled wine from Dogliani. All for €20 per person. A small price for a simple and authentic pleasure. We highly recommend it. The service, while very efficient, could use a few more smiles.

26/12/2025: It's a very beautiful and welcoming restaurant. The quality of the food is excellent, and the two people serving are attentive and kind. It's a shame the service was so slow! For a dinner where we ordered a tasting menu with an appetizer, first course, and second course, it took 3.5 hours. On average, one dish every hour, and a bit of it came out. So, if you want excellent food in a comfortable setting and aren't too hungry given the wait, this is definitely a place to recommend.

22/02/2026: Highly recommended. The staff were very friendly, everyone was very nice. We went in for a simple pizza after skiing, and found a place that completely exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent, with unique pizzas and truly delicious lactose-free options.

15/11/2025: I was delighted! Everything was delicious, but the cappuccinos and Nutella croissants were my absolute favorites. We went for breakfast practically every morning during our stay, and we looked forward to it every single day! The café is charming inside, and it has a lovely little terrace outside. I also tried the small Sacher torte, and it was absolutely delicious—one of the best I've ever had.
20/10/2025: Considering the number of customers, the service was up to par with the venue, but it's a shame we couldn't enjoy the excellent coffee while sitting at a table....

09/11/2025: This is our second time here, and we've always left very satisfied. The quality and deliciousness of the dishes is superb; the homemade breadsticks, bread, and pasta are truly delicious. Excellent and friendly service, with the dishes delivered promptly (just right). The atmosphere is beautiful and refined, with soft background music that enhances the pleasure of good food! We'll definitely be back in the future!

15/09/2025: On our way back from a trip to Upega, we stopped for lunch at this restaurant. The dining room offers a beautiful view of the valley. On Sundays, they only offer a tasting menu, which includes six appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, and dessert, including wine and water. All for €35. The price is fair for the quality and quantity. The staff is attentive and friendly. Reservations are recommended, as the restaurant is almost always fully booked. I highly recommend it.
